The Cradle of Humankind is an incredible site. However, getting to it and actually experiencing it takes a lot of legwork. Going with an experienced guide made all the difference. Willem gave us context for the installations. The tour stops were incredibly useful; the museum added a rich dimension to the experience. I feel so fortunate to have found this tour.

Zambezi Expedition came across when I was searching for travel tours that can accomodate our African trip/adventure this month of April. Fantastic Experience!
My husband and I chose Spirit of Kenya for our first safari as my Goddaughter had used them for her honeymoon trip and was very happy with them. We are quite thankful for her recommendation as we had a great trip!
Our driver/guide, Michael, was excellent. He picked us up from our hotel in Nairobi and was with us for the week as we visited Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, and Maasai Mara. He is an excellent guide and did his best to find the Big 5! We really enjoyed our conversations with him and learned so much about Kenya, the different parks, the animals and anything else we wanted to know.
Spirit of Kenya offered us lodging options at each of our locations and we were pleased with our choices. You can go from "budget/standard" to "luxury/premium" at each place; we chose the premium options which were all fantastic.
Vanessa was extremely helpful in the planning of our trip. We actually booked the trip just a month before leaving and it all went very smoothly... Read more thanks to her prompt replies to my many questions. The weather was great other than an hour of rain at the Lake and then on the last day in Maasai Mara, so we were quite happy with going in April.

Thank you Murray for the great organization. We chose Serengeti Park, with one night in the national park. We took off from Zanzibar, the transfer is included. Lunch, dinner and breakfast are included. Of the big five in Africa, only the rhinoceros was not seen, apparently next time :-)

I booked the tour 2 days before it started. This was the best offer for the price. At my request, a transfer was provided. Everything was worthy. Despite the rainy weather, we visited all the stated locations. The staff and drivers are friendly. If you are offered additional services, simply refuse if you are not willing to pay extra.
