If you are reading this you know this company is solid by all the 5star reviews!
5/5

We booked with Safari Infinity after contacting a handful of tour operators. Throughout the planning process Lucia was very patient and prompt with communication. We changed lodging many times and had one friend join last minute as well. What I most appreciate about Safari Infinity is Lucia's dedication and her fast communication and the company's integrity.
We also had some mishaps during our trip, of course, that made it very interesting. The jeep had a huge crack in the windshield before we started the trip, however, our first day was very busy in Arusha so our guide was not able to get it replaced and we got stopped twice by local police for bribery. The company sent a replacement window all the way to Karatu to take care of the problem. Then our friend got pretty sick so she had to leave the group in the middle of the Ngorongoro Crater. SI sent a car to pick her up and take her back to a clinic in Karatu. The next day she was feeling a bit better they arranged for her to be flown to Central Serengeti, but that night our friend got ill again and the next morning SI arranged for her to be flown back to Arusha and took her to a clinic. After two days our friend felt better and was driven back to the Arusha airport to meet up with us for our flight to Zanzibar. Throughout the whole stressful process SI made sure everything was taken care of with our friend. Also, SI provided a cell phone to us on the first day of our trip so that was very helpful in contacting our friend as we handed the phone to her when she left our group. Simon and Lucia are the owners of the company and they really cared about our experience and called to check in several times on our friend's situation.
We also had a last minute canceled flight with Precision Air from Zanzibar to Dar es salaam however, we had a tour booked so Lucia worked around our schedule and booked us on Coastal.
We had requested Kelly as our guide from the reviews I have read. He did not disappoint. Kelly was extremely patient, great with our kids and had eyes like a hawk. Things that he spotted I had a hard time seeing with binoculars sometimes. Since we had a big group, he had to work extra hard to please all of our expectations. Although we never saw a cheetah on our trip that our 8 year old had really wanted to see, he didn't stop trying till the very end. We did see some amazing things, we saw a black rhino about 20 feet away and we saw two leopards mating also in close proximity. Our video of that can rival the discovery channel!

We had a great trip and would not hesitate to recommend Safari Infinity to our friends and family.

Go during the dry season!
Overall rating
5/5

My first recommendation would be to go during the mid dry season. Too early and the vegetation is too thick and the grass is too high for optimal game viewing. Also with lots of water around, the game doesn’t concentrate at watering holes. This made for interesting tracking but less prolific game. Botswana is great. The accommodations were very nice, the guides were fantastic (pick a good company to travel with). The scenery was pure Africa. We had some cold weather because we went too early. Don’t forget to try to visit with some of the indigenous people like the Bushmen. Overall excellent experience.

Exceeding expectations in Tanzania courtesy of Team Chalo Africa. Thank you.
5/5

Just back from a wonderful safari arranged by Sangeeta and Smita in Tanzania. We were booked into the mobile Ubuntu Camp by the Serengeti Western Corridor to see the migration (glam-camping at its best) and then onto Kitela Lodge (located serenely in the midst of a coffee plantation) for Lake Manyara and Ngorogoro Crater safaris. Both accommodation, food, safaris and staff by Asilia Africa Group were wonderful and we would highly recommend Chalo Africa for organizing everything including internal flights, transfers and being available at all times for questions and allaying worries. Having offices in Washington and New Delhi meant that regardless of time of day I usually got a reply within the hour.
Thank you very much for a memorable holiday.

An incredible adventure with safety and style.

Communication from Australia to Namibia prior to our departure was nerve racking as you don't know who to trust. Crisscross put together a tailored trip and delivered the moment we arrived. My Aunty and I couldn't speak highly enough of our experience. If your going to Africa and want the experience of a lifetime... This is it!!!!!

Saw the Big Five!
Overall rating
5/5

Everyone at Cheetah Plains was top notch. Our guide, Myke, was very professional and interested in helping us see as much wildlife as he could. The location was ideal. During the day, we lounged by the pool and watched the hippos and elephants play in the pond. It was like a private viewing screen. Rhinos and other animals appeared out of nowhere while we were having dinner. It was absolutely amazing. We had a true wilderness experience, but did not live like we were in the wilderness. Wonderful food and accommodations.

We also visited Cape Town and many towns along the Garden Route. It was a blast. Beautiful scenery and so much to do. The food was excellent everywhere we went. Ostrich was amazing.

Experienced and professional guides
5/5

We were 5 people who went on a 4-day safari into Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. There was one chef with us who made good food for us, and one driver/guide who was really good at spotting animals and knew exactly where to look for them, and he knew so much about each animal. From "the big 5" we spotted all except leopard which seems to be the hardest one to spot, and in addition to those we saw a lot of antelopes, gnus, monkeys, giraffes, hippos, different kinds of birds and much more. Kanuth was not with us as a guide, but he really cared for our safari keeping a good quality, so he sent us some text messages, just checking that everything was alright, and we also had a feedback form to fill in afterwards.

About: Tanzania
A must do experience to feel connected to Nature.

We made a 6 day safari (Arusha, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) followed by some time in Zanzibar.
Would we repeat it, we would´nt skip any of these places. Amazing wildlife. We could even catch a leopard with a prey, which is rare in daytime. Impressive the wildbeasts migrating along Serengeti savana. Ngorongoro is astonishing, a true sanctuary. We were fortunate to have Andrew as a guide, no efforts spared to fullfill our aims. Andrew was very resourceful when we had problems with the car.
We must emphasize the good quality of the lodges (Nsya Lodge, Eileens Trees and Ngoromgoro Rhino Lodge) and the unforgetful tented lodges (Osupuko and Tortilis). In everyone of them sympathy and quality and the food above our expectations.
In Zanzibar, wandering Stone Town, the harbour, the market, a trip to Prisoner´s Island, was a perfect end to our journey.

our contact with Deo the general manager of Earthlife started over the internet and since the begining the communication was fast and clear. we were a group of 5 including 2 children in the age of 12 and 13. we had a lot of questions and we got explenations to all of them. we spent 8 nights and days safariing in all major parks in Tanzania such as serengeti, ngorongoro and lake manyara. thanks to Earthlife and the well experienced guide Zadock, we were able to see a lot of animals including the big 4 ( no rhinos).
accomodation was very good. the children were very excited and happy.
