Knowledgeable and funny!
The half day Soweto Tour is perfect for those with limited time. Our guide Prince was very knowledgeable and witty. He engaged well with all the guests on the bus. It's a good way to experience a part of Joburg in a short time. Communication with Moafrika was quick and responsive.

Very friendly tour operator. Great!
We had a beautiful one-day trip to the delta, including a mokôrô trip, a small bushwalk, lunch and drinks. We met friendly local people and experienced a beautiful nature (birds, antelopes, otters, hippos, elephants, etc.).

The tour operator was professional and friendly.
Tunu demonstrated exceptional friendliness and professionalism while assisting me in plan planning the perfect safari trip. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to witness all the animals I desired and even had the opportunity to interact with some by petting and feeding them. My safari experience was truly unforgettable, and I am grateful to Dallas Safari for their outstanding service!

Incredible experience! Warmest people and most amazing sights <3
Pounds East Africa is our favourite safari business to tour with.
Communications with them (especially the wonderful Loise!) is easy and quick, so any pre-trip anxieties were calmed almost immediately. My husband and I had some issues with our flight into Kenya but the Pounds team was exceptionally kind, understanding and flexible, allowing us to shift activities and dates around so we could make up for lost time (due to our own personal mistake!). There was nothing we had to confirm or check into ourselves as Loise had everything covered for us! We had also engaged Pounds to arrange our safari trip into Tanzania, and there was no point in which we had to concern ourselves with where we were going and how we were to reach our destination. Service was wonderfully seamless.
The guides (John and Kikitu) were both amazing as well! John was relentlessly professional and reliable. Kikitu was a ball of sunshine - seriously (and I can't emphasise this enough) have never met a man happier and more optimistic than he is. We saw a multitude of animals thanks to them both, and it all came with fun, insightful facts and commentary.
Accommodations, food and the safaris were all great. The lodgings were tailored to our budget and was great value for money! For us, we chose a good range of different accommodations and whether it was a tent, hotel or a nice lodge, they were all more than satisfactory. Most importantly, we had good food almost everywhere we went.
We are so thankful to Lois for the entire safari trip, and we're so glad we can trust her and the Pounds team to take care of anything and everything. Overall, I would recommend Pounds East Africa Safaris over and again to anyone considering a trip to the safaris!

Caring and attention to detail.
For a first-time safari, their attention and caring to detail was impeccable. Our guide Ezekiel was not only knowledgeable but also passionate, making every moment an enriching experience. He was also very honest without giving to much expectations of what we could see during the rainy season. I thank him for that. The accommodations, specially inside the NPs were comfortable and very immersive, as we could see and hear buffalos, hienas and lions during the night. The food cooked by chef James was delicious and I'll definetely missed it. Finally, the sights were breathtaking and thank you for meeting our wishes. Hopefully, I will come back soon.

Fantastic company!
Well organized.
They arrived on time, took into account wishes for the route and additional activities, and helped with the search for souvenirs. They were attentive and polite. They told interesting facts during the tour, helped with photographs and the best places to photograph animals in the park.
Thanks a lot for such amazing tour!

Awesome service and great people!
Enjoy Kili gifted us with such a wonderful and seamless experience!
At no point on the trip did we ever have to be concerned with where we were headed or how we were going to reach our destination. David covered all of that for us and worked with Pounds East Africa (another awesome safari contact in Kenya) to make sure we were always taken care of. David even got us Enjoy Kili shirts, which came in really handy since we might have under-packed for our trip to Tanzania.
The accommodations were splendid - we stayed in a lovely little hotel before and after the safari, and the team (thanks David!) even bumped up our room tier during the safari stay from the tent we chose to an amazingly comfortable room! We are so, so grateful for this. It was actually such a blessing because we visited during the 'long rain' season and while it never rained in the day, the nights were incredibly stormy. This meant we had really comfortable sleep and were ready for the safaris each morning. Additionally, the lodge we were at even had a fantastic performance on the first night with dancing and exciting acrobatic presentations. It was like the movie Bring It On but even better.
The food at our lodge was simply amazing. They provided lunch (our guide would be given big containers of a mix of local dishes, which we scooped from to individual plates that would be washed by the lodge staff later - really helps with saving the earth, I loved it!), as well as dinner and it was honestly all divine food.
Our guide Stanley WAS THE BEST! He's a responsible, knowledgeable, reliable and kind guy who's so open to learning about different cultures and teaching us more about his. It was great fun listening to him tell us about all the animals and flora and fauna we spotted. Who knew warthogs prefer to reverse into their burrows over going in head-first? I didn't! But I do know now thanks to Stanley haha. We could ask him about literally anything and he was happy to share more.
The safari itinerary we were given was also great - we got to see such diverse, beautiful environments and consequently saw SO many different animals.
Overall, Enjoy Kili was great. Definitely recommend their service, and everyone we came into contact with was wonderful. Thank you David and Stanley!
