We made a very good decision when choosing the suricatas company. Our experience was first class, from the moment they picked us up at the airport it was great. Each of the 6 accommodations was at the level of what we paid. Our guide, Rocky, knew a lot about each animal and really took the time to look for each animal. We had some incredible sightings thanks to his professionalism. Tito the cook, I prepare delicious lunches and dinners! congratulations .
Meerkats Lodge was incredible, its lodge concept is beautiful, with a privileged view of Lake Manyara. I congratulate you, you really work as a team like suricatas!
Thank you for every detail, we leave with some incredible moments that we will never forget.

Exceptional customer service with quality for price
Embarking on the 7-day Kenya Safari Tour with Moses felt like having a friend guide me through an adventure of a lifetime. Moses's communication was prompt, his service exceptional, making me feel truly cared for throughout the journey.
What truly made the experience extraordinary was our Maasai guide. Their deep connection to the land and wildlife ensured we had unforgettable encounters, bringing us closer to the wild animals than I ever imagined possible.
In short, if you're seeking a safari that feels both personalized and thrilling, look no further than this tour with Moses. It's an experience that will stay with you long after the journey ends.

First-class service
From the first moment we came in contact with Susan and Go Safari, we experienced nothing but first-class service, culminating in a wonderful safari in Dinokeng. Susan answered all of our questions leading right up to the moment when we were picked up at our hotel in Johannesburg by a friendly and informative driver, Wiggie. The kind staff at Little Mongena Tented Camp made us feel very welcome and the safari experience was a great thrill, especially thanks to our knowledgeable game driver, Rebecca. If we get the chance to go on safari in Southern Africa again, we would absolutely reach out to Susan and Go Safari.

Great Tour, Great Accommodations, Great Guide
Madukha Tours provided great communication in advance of the trip, and was very responsive to emails. I believe all were answered within 24 hours. Itinerary was provided, ahead of time, and Stephen our driver/guide was always prompt, courteous, and flexible. We had a great time spending the week with him getting to know him as well as learning about everything we saw. Everything went very smoothly. Stephen networked very effectively with the other guides to stay on top of animal movements/activities in the parks.
I have no complaints whatsoever, as the trip was almost perfect, however I thought I'd provide a few "be awares":
-Our vehicle was an older van and did break down twice. Once was a simple loose battery cable, fixed within minutes by Stephen, the second was a wire that got severed. This was fixed in town within an hour (and they had a contingency vehicle lined up if it hadn't gotten fixed quick). These vehicles do take a beating, so this is certainly understandable.
-There is not a lot of room for excess luggage. While this was a "group" tour, it was the off season, and we ended up the only two. We don't travel light to start with, and were doing other travels besides the safari. If there were 5 or 6 of us and everyone had 2 bags per person I don't think we'd all have fit.
-Water was provided only on the 2 days with a very long drive between sites, and no snacks were provided. (There were plenty of opportunities to pick some up at rest stops however, just know to plan to bring/buy what you need)
-Be prepared for anything that needs to be paid directly, as in the remote areas, credit card isn't always doable, and ATMs are not always easily accessible (ie the Maasai area).
-Generally: You are going on "safari" to be a spectator of nature and nature often has its own plans. Each day may have its own unexpected twists and turns. Relax, go with the flow, enjoy the journey, and you will have a great time!

Look no further
My experience echos those of previous reviewers. Sam and his safari group provided exceptional service during our photography tour with professionals David Shaw and Jennifer Hadley. I felt entirely safe in their care. I have special diet needs and the chef was extremely accommodating. I loved every meal. Sam & Paul were very knowledgeable and have an uncanny ability to spot the elusive wild animals that seem to hide in plain sight. The staff were friendly and have attention to many details at the campsite, particularly cleanliness. I highly recommend Early Kingfisher Safaris.

Great safari and cute animals, drivers with attitude, providers with misleading info.
- Safari experience 5 out of 5 stars, lots of animals, beautiful nature - love it.
- We had 3 different drivers, 2 of them had attitude. One made us wait in the morning for him, the other one argued with our safari member and did not want to make an effort to communicate with us.
- The nice driver always had water was us, explained about animals, made an effort to make sure we saw every animal. Thank you Felix!
- The other 2 drivers - did not have water. One of the drivers - did not get water even after we had asked several times and then later reminded us we had to give tips. The other driver did not have enough but later brought us water.
- Hidden extras that were not mentioned - bicycle ride in Hell's Gate 10 USD extra, Walk in natural reserve in Naivasha 30 USD extra (otherwise we would not do anything else), Amboseli morning walk 10 USD extra
- Some game drives were shorter and started later, and the reason was not explained.
- We were promised that there would be 6 passengers in the van and one day we 9 people, most of the days 8!!!! I have messaged the tour provider and they have kindly ignored it.
- Overall experience with tour provider -> It was OK, all animals and birds are cute and beautiful. I would recommend being aware of all the negative sides and if you are happy with those, go ahead and book. If you complain during your trip to the tour provider, most likely you will not get a refund/discount/apologise, you will be ignored. I have a feeling all tour providers are one big organization, promising things, prices might be different, but they are all the same if you go for a budget option.
