a perfect company in all things
5/5

Our safari with “Enjanga” was a very great experience. Before we started the tour we were a little bit nervous, because we didn’t have no idea, how will it be. While the days with our guide and his team we learned many interesting facts about animals, geography in the region and botanic. And we saw a lot of animals about what we a very happy. The organization of the safari was perfect, prepared with many heart, it was a very good relationship between us and the team. Thanks for all. We hope we can make it again with the same team.

Incredible experience with Sunshine Adventure
5/5

We had an amazing 8-days safari experience with Sunshine this January. Sunshine took all our requests into consideration and put together an itinerary that was suitable for us and within our budget. Our guide Migwi was amazing. We saw all kinds of animals we expected to see and got many nice pictures and videos. We had a wonderful trip.

Perfectly fulfilled a lifelong dream...wildlife, culture, and breath-taking views!!!
5/5

Our Spring 2024 trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe was extremely interesting, quite educational, and absolutely sensational!!! We experienced a safari, visited Capetown, and trekked Victoria Falls. This venture was made possible by Go Touch Down Travel & Tours (GTD). From start to finish, Lucia and Deon and everyone associated with GTD went out of her/his way to make sure that all of our questions/concerns/needs were met.
The thatched roofed huts at both Reserves were spacious and comfortable. The chefs went all out to make sure there was plenty of food that all appetites would enjoy. Vegetarians and vegans should not worry; plenty of choices for you too. Our rangers were fantastic. Their vast knowledge of wildlife and foliage throughout the Reserves truly enhanced the experience. We saw the Big Five, plus many other animals and birds. Our wonderful driver also shared his knowledge and understanding of the Reserves and the countryside while driving to different locations. The Endangered Species Reserve is a must see. The afternoon was interesting and offered much information about the wildlife being protected and nurtured at the facility.
During our stay in Capetown, we learned about the city’s culture. A walking tour had us seeing first-hand the lives in a shanty community, a school, and sharing a meal with a local resident. For those liking jewelry, Shimansky’s will have you smiling. (Save your receipts and VAT paperwork!) Dinner and the show at Gold’s Restaurant was so much fun. The food was delicious, and vegetarians/vegans can request a separate menu. Neethlingshof winery was wonderful. We tasted many varietals and took an informative tour. Our visit with the Sans grouping taught us about how we are all connected to each other. And, I cannot forget the penguins; they are simply adorable. Lastly, Victoria Falls is breathtaking. The views looking at the Falls were beautiful, as well as from behind the Falls during our sundowner cruise. This three-week experience was truly a treat!!!

Kiboko has hired the best of the best to provide adventurists with bucket list experience!
5/5

We were fortunate to have Dexter as our private guide for the duration of our 7 day Kenyan safari. My husband and I were extremely impressed with how proficient and accommodating Dex was! In addition to locating the Big 5 (many times) and a variety of other majestic animals, he taught us so much about his beloved country, Kenya, and its people! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would request Dex 100 times over were we to go on another African Safari! If you decide to go on Safari with them, request Dex! You won’t be disappointed!

We arrived as tourists, and left as friends!

Great service & amazing lunch
5/5

I went to a 2 days (Tarangire & Ngorongoro) budget safari with Januz Safaris. The guide was knowledgeable and polite. And I am sure we had the best lunch in Ngorongoro that day! Absolutely recommended company!

About: Tanzania
Incredible experience

We booked our 3-day safari with Mountain Warriors. The guidance, information, and recommendations I received from Rehema helped us select them as our tour operator. This proved to be an excellent decision. Rehema handled everything expeditiously and professionally. She answered all my inquires quickly and thoroughly. She surprised me by sending a message early on a non-workday to make certain we didn't need anything, and all was going as planned. Our guide, Godfrey, performed his job professionally and with enthusiasm. His knowledge of the animals and the area was superb. He went out of his way to accommodate any requests we made. The safari itself was amazing. We saw "the big 5" along with many, many other animals and birds. It's hard to describe in words, the immenseness of the Serengeti Park. It's overwhelming to look over the vast land area and see animals living in their natural habitat. Although we traveled during the rainy season, we experienced no rain and beautiful weather every day. I feel fortunate I visited this amazing place and highly recommend anyone who enjoys the outdoors and nature to take the time to do so. I always felt safe everywhere we went and enjoyed interacting with the people who live there. As a whole, we found everyone to be friendly and helpful. If you choose to visit Tanzania, I don't think you will be disappointed.

About: Kenya
Great Safari experience, avoid some tourist traps

- The safari experience was unforgettable! Masai Maara park was the best, I wish we had spent there one day extra instead of other parks.
- Amboseli was flooded a little bit, as it was rainy season when we went. But that attracted lots of different birds, however, all the big cats were hiding.
- Camps were very well taken care of. All rooms had private showers, towels, soaps, toilet paper, mosquito nets, plugs, and hot water. Some camps had limited electricity, but it was fine.
- Masai village was OK, and interesting, but very commercial and you can see it is made for tourists.
- Food in budget camps is good (pancakes for breakfast were GREAT, for lunch very common were - lentils, spinach, chicken or beef stews, salads, noodles, pineapple or watermelon) but I would recommend bringing some snacks as well, as all camps have same food pretty much, so you might want something different. OR if you have a special diet - please think of bringing your own food.
- Picnic food was 3 out 5, Sandwich with 2 thin slices of cucumber and butter, a piece of chicken thigh, fruits and juice. Our vegetarian friends had 2 sandwiches one with tomato slices, the other one with cucumber slices.
- Sometimes drivers did not have enough water even though we were promised 1 litre of water per person per day, some days we only got 0,5l after for a whole day and had to buy our water.
- Masai Market in Nairobi felt like a tourist trap, as people tried to sell you a lot of things and were VERY pushy. If I had known, I would have avoided it.
- Diani Beach - great beach, water is very warm, beautiful white sand, lots of crabs and pretty shells. But the beach boys are VERY rude, insulting, pushy and trying to sell you whatever they can - we asked to buy something every 3 minutes, so we could not relax by the beach at all. I would recommend staying in a resort, as resorts have private areas that are by the beach and beach boys do not enter there.

(we went in April)
It was flooded a bit so the big cats were hiding.
Lots of elephants in big herds.
Lots of birds.
The early morning walk was 10 USD extra, but we did not do it, as we wanted to enjoy the sunrise by ourselves.

Our guide did not give us enough time there, we had to wait for him in the morning, so we left late.
We did not see enough of the park. Anyway - there were zebras, giraffes and birds - we did not see many, as we went there after Masai Maara.
To hire a bike you need to pay 10 USD extra. I would say you can skip it.
