Petrus was engaging and held a captivating tour!
A truly professional tour with lots of engagement with the guests! We always felt safe! Petrus brought us as close as was safely possible to the animals so that we got some really good close up pics!
One highlight would have to be racing to catch the sight of the leopard when a fellow tour operator told him that it was spotted!

Amazing trip to Nyungwe
Barack was a fantastic guide and I would highly recommend Rwindi Safaris to anyone considering a trip to Rwanda. Easy to communicate with, he went out of his way to accomodate our group and it was a huge help that he had clearly built up strong relationships with everyone along the way, from rest stops to park staff to hotels. We went in without a clear idea of what we could fit into limited time, and Barack made sure our tight schedule (and indecision!) didn't keep us from seeing everthing we'd wanted to.

Amazing experience
The team at Brilliant Safari’s did a wonderful job of tailoring our 5 day Safari experience. Joshua was our guide and his knowledge and expertise of the parks and animals made our experience, we were lucky enough to see The Big 5 and this was all down to Joshua’s experience. Lightness created our package and was patient with our queries during the booking process. The hotels all exceeded expectations and this was reflected in the quality of the lunches we had during Safari. I can’t recommend Brilliant safaris enough.

Trip of a Lifetime!
Truly the trip of a lifetime, all thanks to Johnny and Safari Tours! We truly cannot believe the value we got for the incredibly competitively priced trip. Johnny was above and beyond what we ever could have expected/asked for - he was so personable and kind, took the time to get to know us, answered all of our questions (there was a lot!), was an expert at navigating tricky roads/traffic, and was a perfect guide once we were in the park. We will be recommending a trip with him to all of our friends!
Outside of our wonderful guide, the lodging at Mara Sopa was better than expected and provided great food, service, and cultural experiences. We felt safe and like we were in luxury lodging.
Overall, the service from Jocky Tours was good. They were responsive to our questions, and gave us the information we requested. My only critique is that communication from the office staff before the safari could have been stronger to confirm details, send a more formal itinerary, etc. However, that minor point for improvement is nothing compared to the overall value and service we received.
Book a tour with Jocky (especially with Johnny) - you won’t regret it!

They are good, you can trust them
This was our first time in Tanzania and we can tell that Ozon delighted our safari. Their services from booking to safari itself was amazing. The communication on booking and hotel selection were managed by Nuhu in the office and he gave us the best. Our guide Issa took us from the airport direct to Manyara NP and the lifetime adventure started. We had amazing 6 days safari in 4 parks and we were able to see all big animals and birds even more that we expected. The driver guide is highly experienced in safety driving and wildlife locations. Unexpectedly, they surprised us with the anniversary cake which we didn't communicate with them, we just informed our driver on regular conversation while on game drive that our marriage anniversary will be in two days and amazingly they surprised us. They real won our emotional.

Excellent tour and very kind services
Together with my Family we booked a 8 Days trip to Kenya with Dream Voyage safaris visiting Masai mara, Lake Naivasha and Ol pajeta conservancy, the experience was nice we saw a lot of animals we learned and experienced Kenyan culture.
Kenya was really nice, plenty to see and experience, the hotels we stayed at were all nice and the parks we visited were so beautiful and full of wildlife.

Excellent care and service for my boss in Akagera National Park
I contacted Silverbird to help arrange a very last-minute tour of Akagera National Park for my boss. I believe I contacted them within a week of her intended visit. I live in the United States, so even with a 6-hour time difference, Silverlake proposed an itinerary, accepted feedback, made revisions, and completed my payment in almost exactly 24 hours, continuing to communicate with me long after regular business hours in Rwanda.
Throughout my boss's visit, they kept in near constant communication with me, confirming her pick-ups and drop offs, sending me a list of wildlife highlights she experienced during her game drives, and even sent me a photo! She received VIP care, while I received peace of mind.
My boss's feedback of the trip was that it was a "terrific" tour. She specifically singled out Justin as an excellent guide, who she highly recommends.
I would eagerly trust Silverlake again in the future for any travel to Rwanda. Highly recommended!
