Nice View, Various Tourist Attraction and Mostly Nice People
I was told before visiting South Africa that it is a dangerous country. But after visiting for 10 days, I would say it's not true. As long as you always alert, not taking only photos, you will find South Africa is a nice country that you should visit. Not only a beautiful country with a various activities (eg, sunset cruise, safari, etc), the cost of living is comparatively cheap. The most important thing I experienced from this trip is, South African people are so friendly, kindly and helpful.

Review about Pilanesberg Game Reserve by Nittaya
From the game, we found many animals, but for big 5 we found only 3 (Leopard, Elephant, Rhino). However, our driver, Lethabo, he is an experienced driver with lot of knowledge. He tried very hard to find the places where we might see Lion and Buffalo. Anyhow, it was a great experience and exciting day.

Knowledgeable, focused, polite, great communicator, and all around great person are just a few words that describe this awesome tour guide. He spotted animals well before we saw them. He made sure we saw all the Big Five and most were spotted within the first 2 days of our 5 Day tour.

Booking was professional, friendly and customer focused. Charity took great care of us as we went through the booking process that WE didn’t make the smoothest due to a few errors on our side. Charity did all she could to accommodate us — EXCELLENT thank you Charity.
Rhino our guide was truly outstanding, friendly, personal, accommodating and knowledgeable- he made our trip!!!
The second half of the trip was also great, however, we were closer by far to Rhino!!!!
Despite our trip wing taken in Off Season, all was truly outstanding and we felt like our experience was tip top!!

We did a five days safari, including Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Tarangire. Couldn’t have ask for a better operator. Herman and his team are all professionals and very well experienced for decades. From planning to finish everything was exactly as we hoped for. All our wishes were taken seriously and met. Edison was absoluely amazing in organizing the perfect 10+ experience from Rwanda to Uganda tour for 6 of us. Logistics and itinerary of this trip was efficient and so perfect that we also rate it 5 star+ Our guide Freddy is best in class, knowledgeable, caring and safe. He picked us up in the 1-year new Safari truck at the Kigali Fourpoint Sheraton--which is also a great pick-up point and hotel. All the food and accommodations exceeded our expectations, clean, comfortable and delicious. We had absolutely the most amazing time and thought a need to post great reviews for so other travelers may benefit from visiting Rwanda and Uganda with the best travel company possible so they can enjoy the best possible experience. It was truly the treat of a lifetime to visit the Rwanda and Uganda. Bamboo Ecotour is very good and they deserve 6-star or 7-star. All the Gold Monkey, Gorilla, Chimpanzee and cultural experience are must-see. We can not thank enough or say enough good things about Edison and Freddy and this tour.

Easy and profesional
Our booking process was with Wayne. He made everything so easy for us, since the first moment he gave us different options and always with nice advice, we did everything online the payment process was safe and fast, and everything was coordinate without problem, great transport logistics, the hotel super lovely exactly what we had asked for, and the safari was magic!!!!
