Excellent communication, knowledgable driver, good locations.
5/5

Booking was simple and straight-forward: any questions we had was answered usually within less than an hour, even when we wrote in the evening.

Pick-up was pretty much on time, the driver (Simon) professional, and whilst it is not one of those latest Landrovers with the higher windows, that shouldn't be expected at a fair price-point of about $1035pp for 2.

Lodging was excellent in Maasai Mara (Mara Sopa Lodge) and good-enough in Lake Nakuru (the rooms very a bit 'minimalist' but the main-building more than made up for it, plus service in both places was flawless), the driver was very knowledgable and very attentive to small requests: we all have our hobbies, and my joy is having my camera with me and asking to just advance a few meters back and forth at times. Having an attentive driver for these small things makes all the difference as a customer. More importantly, and as a suggestion: the 'basic' program seems to suggest safaris should start around 730AM. We requested to be out at 6AM with sunrise, and for anyone who has done a Safari before: that's when the true magic happens and most animals are out. 730AM would be a waste of the sunrise and your money.

At Lake Nakuru, make sure you drive straight to the flamingos at sunrise when the morning-fog hovers over the lake and creeps out of the forest. Just breathtaking.

If I could change one thing, and this is not a negative of the program in itself, then I'd change the program to go twice a day when the light is best versus driving all day to get further into the park. Whilst I'm glad we ultimately did that, driving a whole day is quite exhausting and mid-day is not quite as interesting if it's not your first safari.

Meals on the road between stops were quite basic, but that's simply how it is. Meals at lodges was great.

The important bit is: we saw the Big 5, we got some fantastic shots and memories, and at this price-point we had excellent service and attention to our requests.

Amazing Experience and Good Care
5/5

Recently Visited Kenya for Safari Experience. Everything Organised and executed by Seven by far. They are really good & soft nature and provided fantastic service. Over all well managed journey with amazing experience. Henry, the safari driver deserved for special mentioned and very humble person. My kids are still using his name as reference. We had fun and our dream fulfilled. Strongly recommending Seven by far for Kenya Trip. We also planning to visit again with few friends.

Simon was extremely professional
5/5

Simon is the go-to-person for travel in Zimbabwe. He is very knowledgeable, knows the ropes and will do everything in his power for you to have a good time. I was extremely impressed with his attention to details and how to maneuver through the bureaucratic systems that will waste time and allow you to enjoy more of your destination.

One of the best experience in our life!
5/5

We did a 6 day camping safari with another couple who also happened to be from Canada too. OMG! I still dream about it sometimes!
Bartho, the owner was so attentive to details, he delivered everything he promised, from the first time we met him at the airport his personality was so amazing, he would tell us a lot of stories about Tanzania, the next day we had a town trip with him in Arusha and he would make sure we got a “rafiki price” and not a “mzungu price” in the markets and shops as he was bargaining really hard for the souvenirs we bought.
During the safari, Mood our guide had a lot of knowledge for the flora and fauna in the parks and he was so charming and funny. He always knew when to find the animals and most of the time we were always alone avoiding other crowded safari jeeps during the game drives. The camping equipment were new, sleeping bags were perfect and Dullah, the cook was really amazing, he cooked us a variety of delicious meals which was accompanied with a bottle of wine.
All in all everything was perfect and we would never ask for more!

Thank you WAKANDA for this breathtaking experience!

Highly recommend them!

Their service was excellent delivered as promised. What I loved the most was their communication regarding what was going to happen, how to pay and the times of traveling. For me customer service is what I have an eye on and they were great!!!

Knowledgeable operator with on-the-ground insights that add value to travel.
5/5

Our tour was somewhat complex in that we made three separate trips (1) Rwanda/Gorilla Trek, 2) Ngorongoro and 3) Lamu) within East Africa from our base in Nairobi while staying with friends. Flight timing, order of each trip and trip itineraries were developed collaboratively with Esther at Lets Go Travel. She made recommendations that ultimately were excellent regarding accommodations and itineraries. An unexpected benefit from our perspective, was the dedicated combined transportation and guide in Ngorongoro. We were picked up at Kilmanjaro Airport by the guide and vehicle that we would use for the following 3 days. Having a vehicle to ourselves and a guide we got to know allowed us to customize our game drive in Ngorongoro. Trip to Lamu and staying at Peponi Hotel was a dream! Shela beach is unlike any stretch we've ever seen. Shela town is peaceful, people are friend, but the Peponi is a must.

is a scammer
1/5

I booked a 17-day tour with enrico, asked for a guide in Spanish and when I got there it was in English, he told me that it took 2 days to change it and it took me 7. I had to pay the gas because the guide had not given him money and if not I paid could not continue with the tour. He made fictitious reservations and does not pay to the hotels, you get there and if you want to continue you have to pay again, from Windhoek we left 6 hours later because I changed the car for a smaller one, I had 2 paid activities worth $ 600 and he did a dummy reservation and I don't pay ... you still owe me more than $ 2000 and don't pay please do not book with him, he will ruin your vacation

Great guide, great accommodations ... some long drives.
4/5

I highly recommend this company. We chose the 11 day package that started in Ol Pejeta and ended in the Maasi Mara. The accommodations were always better than we hoped and the guide, and his knowledge, we're exceptional. We chose the "comfort" level, wishing to stay in the various tented camps along the way. (In my opinion, the best way to enjoy a safari). The only downside was a couple of days of long drives, always a bit longer than stated. However, the game we saw more than made up for a couple of long driving days. The guide, accommodations, travel vehicle and game viewing all exceeded our expectations.
