Very unprofessional... Horrible - a scam
I was suppose to go on a safari to tsavo East and West parks. Everything was arranged and the previous day some "clients" never arrived. I don't know if these clients ever existed but Eric the "manager" put me on another trip to masai Mara. I was supposed to leave the hotel at 9 am to go to Nairobi on the next day but Eric never shows up nor returned my calls. He took my 60$ as well as my 200$ deposit. I hope you never go on a safari with this guy (in any case, let me know if you see any animal...) basically a scam!!

Excellent experience for budget safari
We were looking for a 4 days safari combining the great parks of the north (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire), but other online companies were proposing the tour for crazy prices. We found BMS Safaris through a friend, and got the tour for half the price and double enjoyment.
I don't know about other experiences and reviews that I found online, but our 4 days were excellent. The car was in perfect conditions, the cook was good and our guide was very friendly and attentive, always looking for the best views and animals: we even got the chance of seeing a pack of lionesses eating a massive buffalo, just next to our car!
Of course, we were looking for buget safari and accommodation, so don't expect those luxury-westernised campsites with swimming pool. However, I would say that the night of camping we spent on the cliffs of Ngorongoro, with wild zebras, buffalos and elephants walking freely just beside our tents, was way more fascinating than a dozen swimming pools.

Great team and of course a beautiful country. If you ever decided to go there (and I highly recommend to do so) ask for Charity and George and they'll make sure you get the best Safari.

It was a wonderful adventure, highly recommended
We were a group of 4 friends,our 5 days tour to Serengeti,ngorongoro &manyara was in March 2019. We were recommended by a couple who came for honeymoon in Tanzania,they linked us with this company,the email address and the website. I emailed them about the itineraries,pricing and some other related information,surprisingly they replied within an hour. The operator (Allan) was so professional and kind. He also gave us his whatsapp where we could chat and ask more questions about payments terms,we got many options to pay through but at that time the best of us was western union&bank transfers. Our tour was perfect starting from the accommodation,transport and meals. We appreciate the team,they went extra just to satisfy us. Thank you Nkollotours&safaris for giving us an amazing experience in Tanzania.we hope to see you soon again. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Tanzania.

Everything about this trip was first class and top notch. Chris and Jen were excellent, and answered each and every question promptly. We are so grateful to have worked with such professional consultants. Every detail was taken care of, all accommodations were first class, all guides and drivers were where they were supposed to be, at the correct time. Guides were pleasant, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of us. We will go back to Africa, and will definitely book with Safari Partners again.

amazing tour of Zimbabwe
From the beginning Blessing provided excellent communication and helped us plan a great trip. We wanted to do one of their tours backwards and change the itinerary a bit and he arranged everything. The accommodations they booked us in were all of a good standard and food was good too. We especially liked seeing the elephant wander through the parking lot of the Hwange Safari Lodge after dinner. Our favorite activities were walking over Mutarazi falls on a suspension bridge, touring the Great Zimbabwe, tracking rhinos and visiting a prehistoric cave with Ian (basically the Zimbabwean crocodile hunter! He was so fun to spend the day with and we got really close to rhinos!), seeing Victoria Falls especially from the Devil's Pool, and finishing the trip with a sunset cruise on the Zambezi river. So many great memories! I would recommend Africa Zim to anyone!

Great place for close ecounters with wildlife
We had a 8 days trip to Madagascar in November 2019. We spend the time on east cost of the island - Andasibe & Palmarium Reserve. The wildlife was very good - lemurs are close and provide excelent opportunites for photography. Birds in Andasibe were good and approachable, a bit worse in Palmarium (very few visible). We used Assiten Travel and the service was excelent - very good accomodations, great driver, food and transportation.
Mine key target was to photograph lemurs and I am very happy with the results :).
