Sun up was great Chris was friendly ..always on time and responds with a big smile to all our needs and any additional requests..Hotels and lodges were superb. He delivered all what we agreed on and more .
Our guide Surat was just great..full marks in : driving..friendliness...dealing with situations...altering program to meet our needs...vast knowledge of all the parks we visited and the different animals....in summary a great guide who exceeded our expectations

Amazing 11 day safari- well organized and uncomplicated
Grassrootz offers taylor made tours in Uganda. After considering different options that Sander planned for us (all of them were very detailed and well visualized), we decided for a 11 day safari incl. gorilla trekking. Before the trip we got a very well plan of our trip and useful information.
Thanks to grassrootz, we had 11 amazing days in Uganda. We did not need to worry about anything. Everything was well organized and the accommodations were well chosen. All this was crowed by our very skilled personal guide/ driver David. Thanks a lot!

Wonderful wildlife experience
We spent 7 days on tour to several parks, all managed by Baboon Budget Safari. Our journey started few months before when booking and discussing the details with provider - all clear and simple, they were even able to buy us extra train tickets for next travel etc (thanks Susan!). The real start was from Nairobi where our driver Anthony picked us up at hotel and we continued with 6 other guys, together we made a great group and enjoyed a lot of fun. Our path was through Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli, all of them were very exciting and strongly variable from flora and also fauna point of view. Anthony was a great driver with strong passion for his work - skilled in all aspects from crazy driving to spotting the smallest birds and also very friendly to all our requirements and silly questions.
We enjoyed pretty much everything of this route even though not all is easy - you have to expect waking up very early, eating simple meals, spending most of your day in a van and staying in simple tents where you hear wildness roaring all night. But once you take all of these "struggles" as a starting point for a breathtaking experience (as we did) you will love it all.

Fabulous is what I can say, Maasai Mara is.
One of the best countries for wildlife viewing. The sheer expanse of Maasai Mara is breathtaking. The number of animals is simply mind numbing

Seamless and organized
Sandra helped me book a 3-day tour at the Black Rhino Lodge near Pilanesberg national park. My friends and I had an amazing experience there. Sandra was so easy to communicate and made me feel at ease throughout the whole planning process. Each step of the trip was perfect. We would love to return someday for another tour!

Amazing Experience!
I had a hard time choosing a tour company when I decided to go to Uganda, but I am so glad I chose Africa Adventure Vacations. The entire staff was professional, friendly, thoughtful, and quick to respond to my inquiries. I did a 10 day tour and my driver guide was Sam. He was a great driver, very informative, and easy to get along with. He was able to spot animals on game drives that I would have never found by myself! I was a solo woman traveller and was hesitant about going by myself but Sam made me feel safe the entire time and even ate all of my meals with me so that I didn't have to eat alone. All of the lodges I stayed at were very nice and the meals were great! I highly recommend Africa Adventure Vacations and would use them again if I ever go back to Africa.

Wonderfull
Did a 4 day safari to Lake Nakuru and Massai Mara and it was wonderfull.
Asked the staff for a special night with my girlfriend since it was her birthday and they got me a cake with Massai tribe dancing for us!!!

Exquisite attention to itinerary details and flexibility, rearranging for better game viewing option
Our expectations were well exceeded! With great confidence, Alex at Mama Savana, wrought last minute changes to our itinery that proved well thought out. We avoided hours of unnecessary travel to the northern Sarengeti area; the expected wildebeest migration hadn't begun to cross the Mara River. Our days proved better spent on the Central Serengeti. Our Mama Savana guide Haroun was incredibly knowledgable and personable, able to spot all sizes of animals at great distances and give detailed information with ease and humor.
