An absolutely wonderful experience!
My wife and I booked our Machambe route Kilimanjaro climb through Snowcap and have nothing but great things to say. Our luggage was delayed by a day and we were thinking we may need to delay the start of our climb. Kenneth and his operations manager Khalid were able to get us started and had porters catch up to us with the rest of our gear on Day 2. Our guide and assistant guide were great and very knowledgeable about the routes and the mountains. From day one they paced us and put us in the best position to reach the summit. Our entire team, including the cook and porters were very friendly. The food was fantastic and we never went hungry!
I cannot rate these guys high enough and would strongly recommend.

Kerry and her team are best planners who find those unique experiences that only few locals know. Her knowledge of the lodges and tours in Zambia and Southern Africa is deep and extremely rare. Her team are the most responsive and go out of their way to solve some tough challenges we faced. I cant imagine using anyone else again.

I booked a 7 days safari with Bencia Africa adventure with my brother to go to Naivasha, Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. This was our first time in Kenya and it was just amazing. Our guide/driver, Maurice, was just the best one we could have get, really friendly and safe driver. Same for our cook John, we loved our meals ! Everything was done to our expectations and I definitely recommend you to travel with them !

Tom Blakey was very helpful in planning the trip. He gave invaluable suggestions about hotels, safari lodges and places to visit. Carmen Castrovilari was a wonderful concierge. Both of them were extremely quick in responding to queries and suggested alternatives. All the arrangements worked flawlessly.

Excellent communication, great staff, amazing Safari
I booked a 5d/4n Camping Safari with Afrozone Kingdom Safaris in Tanzanias Northern Circuit including Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire Crater as well as a cultural tour in Mto wa Mbu. Contact was established by getting an offer via Safaribookings.com. Adam, the one running the company, responded very quick by e-mail and also Whatsapp. The offer was competitive compared to other companies as also was the tour program.
From the beginning everything worked fine: contact, offers, airport pick-up, overnight stay in a hotel in Arusha (clean room, good breakfast, good service). The next day I got picked up by Waldon, our driver and tourguide. The vehicle was clean and in a good condition. Communication was always clear and he really took care of our group. Thanks to him we saw a lot of wildlife, of course we were sort of lucky as well, but that is part of the game. Acommodation at the campsites where good to very good (never forget, its camping). Food was good too. After the tour Adam was welcoming me personally back at the hotel to ensure if everything was fine - good customer service end-to-end. Absolutely recommendable.

Fantastic once in a lifetime experience. Across the Wild staff were very helpful and responsive.
The safari tour was incredible, we never imagined we would see so much. Fina from Across the Wild was always available if needed. What made an incredible holiday all the better was our safari guide, Kevin. Such an experienced guide with a cracking sense of humor. Once he felt comfortable with our group of four he just added to the laughter. All the lodges/tents we stayed in were exceptional, each for their own reasons. Tsavo West’s watering hole to Maasai Mara hearing hippos in the night, all recommend by Fina. Everything went to plan from picking up from the airport to dropping back off for our journey home. We even requested an extra driver for 2 days at the end of the holiday which was no problem at all. Could not recommend this company more, would certainly travel with them again.

a memorable experience
I took on a 3 day trip to Tsavo East National park, i must say the trip was exciting,my tour guide Mr Maina was well knowledgeable about the wildlife he is also well familiar with the terrain so we wasted no time,his observation skills cannot be matched. He was very keen on the road and he made sure we all got enough time in viewing the animals.I am certainly looking forward to more trips with explorer Kenya.
