Review about Buffalo Springs National Reserve by Christopher J May
Buffalo Springs was a day trip for me. While I didn't have as much time here as at some of the other locations I stayed at, it was still very enjoyable. Our group got closer to elephants in Buffalo Springs than in any of the other locations we visited and this offered the opportunity for some very dramatic images. Scenes along the river were also quite beautiful and different from others we had encountered anywhere else.

Beautiful place, lovely people, not quite the game experience of East Africa
We loved our trip to Madikwe. Having been to Kenya and Tanzania, South Africa felt "tamer." We saw tons of wildlife, but not to the amazing levels seen in East Africa. I think that South Africa is a great choice for safari beginners, those who don't want to do malaria precautions. The wildlife is certainly in Madikwe, but it takes more patience.
Greatest Wildlife Diversity in a Single Location
Of course I missed the Wildbeast migration, but I didn't miss the stylish giraffe walks and lion-gazelle live hunts that I only see in the National Geographic series. The accomodation, food and transportation was all catered for by my travel company, Helinas Safaris. And the memories with the amazing guides are bound to remain intact for the next century or so.

In proffesionel hands
My dad and I spend 7days/6nights on Safari with Kili Slope.
The whole experience from the dialogue with David during the booking process to the actual safari was really good for us. We felt in safe hands all the way and the safari was truly special. Our guide Ziggy did his outmost to make the experience good and he found some truly spectacular sights with 13 Lions in a tree, Lions hunting, Leopard (on 2 occasion). Accomodation was as agreed and our food even better than we hoped - our cook Halid did very well.
David was the only person recommending the Walking Safari in Arusha National Park - great expericence - can only recommend this.
We are been on safari 3 times various places in Africa, and I was very nice to work with a tour company that was always and time (or before) and we really had the feeling that that David (owner), Safariguide (Ziggy) and Cook (Halid) did their outmost to ensure we had a great experience.
Exceeded our expectations, private, comfortable, exclusive and professional.
Shaun was amazing from start to finish. He was professional and communicated well with everyone. Shaun's ability to track animals is astounding and uncanny. We spent an awesome weekend with the Honorary Rangers at Camp George. The camp is stunning - private, remote and beautiful. Comfortable and spacious accommodation.
The food was plentiful, tasty and well presented. It was a photographic weekend and we got some awesome photos. Shaun was sensitive to everyone in the vehicle and positioned the vehicle in such a way as to ensure everyone got in a good position to get the shot. We had a first experience with a mating pair of lions, a huge male lion roaring and then drinking in the river in front of us and then a breathtaking interaction with a huge male leopard marking his territory playing in front of the vehicle. Shaun has an ability to predict the animals movements which is awesome. We would definitely go on a safari with Shaun again.

Amaizing safari experience
We were two spanish friends and we went on safari with this company on April. We took 3 nights/4 days safari to Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. The experience was really nice, we could see the big 5, and that is even better when you go with no expectation (nature is not predictable).
The driver/guide, Sigi, was such a good one! He knew a lot about the animals, he had lot of knowledge about all the locations, he could see the animals from really far away and in some ocassion we reached to the animals the firts, so we could have good place to see them and take pictures. He was so commited with his job, so he asked to the rangers about where to find the leopard... and we did! He give us all the time we wanted to be stoped looking at the animals, he was so fexible with us, so we could decide all the time all what we wanted about our safari experience. Really profesional guide.
The cooker, Buga, was also a nice guy. He cooked good food, always on time.
We had a great experience with this company so, of course, we would recommend it!

I can't recommend this adventure with Pearl Afric highly enough. YOU MUST GO!
iThis was my second experience of Murchison Falls National Park with Pearl Afric Tours & Travel and once again it was 3 days to remember!
We were picked up promptly from our accommodation and from that point to the moment that we returned I only have positive words to say about Pearl Afric and the adventure. Our driver Paul was excellent in every aspect. The rhino reserve was an absolutely unbelievable experience. Murchison Falls National Park is stunning in every aspect. Accommodation was excellent. Murchison Falls itself is beautiful.
This trip with Pearl Afric is highly recommended!!!

On of the best National Reserves in Kenya!
One of the best places I have been in Kenya in 31 years of traveling around Kenya! The wildlife is prefuse and qutie friendly and accustomed to vehicles. The roads are fine as far as park roads go and the river is magnificent! We stayed at the nicest campsite under huge old acacia trees with a very helpful campsite attendant who much to our amazement was able to source cold beers and fresh bread and milk from out of thin air.
The drive to Samburu from Nairobi is an easy one, there is a very good cafe mid-way just before Nanyuki - One Stop Cafe opposite Barneys airfield. Camping and park fee's for what the experience is worth should be much higher as it is in almost all Kenyan parks.
If you want to see the South of the North of Kenya - Samburu is your park - if you dont like camping, Elephant Bedroom Camp is the best place to stay by a mile.

Excellent unforgettable experience with Altezza Travel
Safari with Altezza Travel Company became an excellent unforgettable experience for me. I was traveling with my girlfriend and few of our friends in Tanzania in April this year. This was an unforgettable trip, the staff at Altezza Travel were very professional and friendly, they were very quick answering all my questions and they always provided all the requested information on the stage of tour booking. The lodges they recommended were great and the price for the whole package was very good.
Our guide, Frenky, was wonderful! Fluent in English, history, geology, geography and in terms of local culture and gave us a lot of knowledge.
No doubt the guide upgraded the whole trip, and we really recommend Frenky to be your guide!
The service was wonderful from all the stuff once the order several months ago untill we returned back at the end of the tour to the airport.
Thanks a lot to Altezza for the journey I will never forget.

Probably the best service you can find in Tanzania
My wife and I want to thank Altezza Travel for our amazing safari experience in Tanzania. We traveled to Tanzania in late February to early March.
Upon arriving at JRO (Kilimanjoro International Airport) near Arusha an Altezza Travel driver Ben was there to take us to the hotel.
Next morning during safari in Tarangire National Park we understood that Ben has an encyclopedic knowledge of the birds, animals, and plant life of Tanzania. He speaks excellent English, is warm, with a pleasant personality and a good sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. This company arranged excellent accommodations at upscale lodges and luxury tented camps. We especially loved the 2 tent camps we stayed at, sleeping to the sounds of zebras and wildebeest right outside our tent. During our 7-day tour we visited the Serengeti from south to north, the Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. We met all representatives of the African Big Five Following Ben's lead, we saw cheetahs and lionesses hunting, a leopard in a tree with a kill, the Great Migration and many other things we will always remember.
If we ever get the opportunity to return to Tanzania (I really hope so) we will definitely hire Altezza Travel and specifically request Ben as our guide.
