Probably the best service you can find in Tanzania
My wife and I want to thank Altezza Travel for our amazing safari experience in Tanzania. We traveled to Tanzania in late February to early March.
Upon arriving at JRO (Kilimanjoro International Airport) near Arusha an Altezza Travel driver Ben was there to take us to the hotel.
Next morning during safari in Tarangire National Park we understood that Ben has an encyclopedic knowledge of the birds, animals, and plant life of Tanzania. He speaks excellent English, is warm, with a pleasant personality and a good sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. This company arranged excellent accommodations at upscale lodges and luxury tented camps. We especially loved the 2 tent camps we stayed at, sleeping to the sounds of zebras and wildebeest right outside our tent. During our 7-day tour we visited the Serengeti from south to north, the Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. We met all representatives of the African Big Five Following Ben's lead, we saw cheetahs and lionesses hunting, a leopard in a tree with a kill, the Great Migration and many other things we will always remember.
If we ever get the opportunity to return to Tanzania (I really hope so) we will definitely hire Altezza Travel and specifically request Ben as our guide.

Best safari company & tour ever!
Travel Light Africa is AMAZING!! You will not regret booking travel or a tour with them!!
My husband and I had two free days and one night while we were in Uganda this past April. We showed up to the Travel Light Africa offices after they had closed the evening before we wanted to depart. We had been to three other travel agencies hoping to find one that was open and could accommodate our last minute plans. Travel Light Africa was the only one to deliver - and boy, did they! The owners came back to the office in 10 minutes, and less than 30 minutes later we had a safari trip booked for 6am the next morning.
Our driver was on time both mornings and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable the entire trip. He was on time for everything, kept us updated on plans (where we were, why he was driving faster or slower, the safety of the areas–Uganda is very safe, estimated times of arrival, what to expect at every turn). We went to Murchison Falls National Park and sw more animals than I could EVER HAVE IMAGINED! My biggest concern was going on a safari and not seeing any wild animals, but our driver knew the right roads to travel to see them. It was hands down the most amazing safari we have been on! We saw multiple parades of elephants and towers of giraffes, more warthogs than I knew existed, tons of oribi, antelope, baboons, various monkeys, hippos, water buffalo, uganda kobs, nile crocodiles, and more!! It was AMAZING.
We stayed at the most beautiful resort on the Nile, had phenomenal meals, and enjoyed the company of our driver, who was a local, and available to answer any and every question we had!
To top it off, we asked the owners where we might purchase Uganda Cranes soccer jerseys for our kids, and they went out and purchased them for us, and had them in hand when we returned to Entebbe.
You can't beat this kind of service! We're already booking our next trip with them and will bring the kids as soon as we can!

wonderful experience, we were blessed to see the big five within two days, cant wait to return!!
The weather was perfect. In total we saw 555 animals! 28 different species. We only did 10% of the park!
We started at Crocodile bridge, spent the night there, which was idyllic. I saw my first bush babies there. They were about one metre away and were not scared. The following day we went to Lower Sabie. Stunning!! Elephants , hippos, crocs, monitor lizard, water buck , we stayed at Berg en dal that evening. We had a wonderful time driving around and stopping off at different places for brunch etc. I love the Kruger National Park. We will definitely be returning, but for a lot longer next time!! Please look at my Flickr account to see my photos kaz3160.
If undecided, I would definitely recommend that you go!!!

Always a pleasure to visit
Etosha National Park is one of Southern Africa’s best wildlife reserves. As with many such parks, what you see depends on patience and luck. However, in Etosha you will always see something interesting regardless of the season. There are many accessible waterholes where animals congregate in the dry winter season, although there is still plenty to see at other times of the year. We have visited Etosha twice, in late April/early May, and during our visit this year (2016) we were rewarded with the sight of eight elephants who walked right past us and a few minutes later we saw three cheetahs out in the open. All of this was a short drive from Namutoni Camp. The other good point about Etosha is that it is very large so it doesn’t feel crowded. The only downside, and it’s not a major issue, is that the camps inside the park are a bit tired and need an injection of money and better management. Despite that it is still a highly recommended place to visit.

Wildlife & Game Parks
Whilst I have travelled to Africa on many occasions this is the first time I have booked through Masihambe Afrika and have just had the most amazing time on the Wildlife and Parks trip through SA, Zim and Botts.
From start to finish the passion for Africa shown by the owner Jude really showed. An amazing amount of time and effort went into making the sure the itinerary and accommodation were tailored to ensure you get the best possible experience.
I really liked the way our guide gave a briefing each night of what we could expect the next day, his passion also shone through and he always did his upmost to ensure we were able to make the most of the available game viewing, local and cultural experiences.
There were too many highlights to list them all, but without a doubt the opportunity to stay in a mobile camp out in the bush for 4 nights certainly has to be up there, even in the middle of no where Jude had chosen the most amazing company who ensured every possible detail was covered.
I would have absolutely no reservations about recommending the company to others and am already talking to Jude about a trip to East Africa next year!!

The view, nature and silence
Masai Mara is a amazing place. Loved the horizons, silence and the variety of wildlife. Never expected it would impress me this much. Been in Kruger before but this is a totally different experience. More endless planes and in it, very easy to spot, birds and animals. Also liked the climate, due to the elevation it was just perfect between 20-24 degrees Celsius.

Magic surroundings, unique scenery,
The Okavango Delta scenery is quite unique and as you have to fly a small plane to get to one of the lodges, you can realize it as soon as you board. It is very remote and with the water reflection the light is a wonder and you ear the bush noises so clearly day or night (you can ear hyenas grunting , lions roaring, bell frogs croaking etc.). For wildlife, scarce elephants and hippos are guaranteed. But you may not see cats if you don't book in a lodge offering game drives. Most of the lodges have boat activities and bush walks (a great experience indeed), but few have game drives. If you think you will be frustrated not to see lions, choose lodges with gale drives. If you can afford to stay in two places (one in the north, one in the south), it might be advisable as you'll probably see different things. Quality wise, the accommodation we booked was not a bargain. Lodges are very expensive and the service is not quite as good as we might expect for what we paid (I know, it is the bush but...) The thing is if you are used to other safari accommodations (I live in South Africa and have tried quite a few..) you can have real value for money (even if it is not as spectacular as the Okavango)...
