Mixed feelings
3/5

We booked a 3 days/2 nights safari with Wildebeest Safaris in September 2019. The booking process was straightforward and we were really happy with the accommodation that was offered. We were picked up by our driver Joseph who was also our guide on the whole trip. First two days, we had a great time in Masai Mara National Park, we were lucky to spot the Big 5. Joseph did everything he can to find rare animals such as leopard and rhino.

The last day we set out to go back to Nairobi where we had a flight in the evening. Soon after we realised our driver was feeling very sick. He asked me to drive the safari jeep which I did. On the way, we stopped by a local clinic to make sure he had treatment. He was feeling better after two hours, so we moved on. The journey back to Nairobi was very long and because I wasn't familiar with that type of vehicle, so I struggled with driving it. We were supposed to go to Lake Naivasha and pay a visit to Masai village on that day, but Joseph again became sick and we had a plane to catch so we just drove on. We didn't want to take a break to eat or use toilet to waste time, yet again, Joseph stopped us at a souvenir shop which he had an agreement with. We then were stopped by a local policeman on the road who gave us a hard time, luckily I had my driving licence with me and he let us go after a while when he was convinced that our driver was sick. The whole journey took us 11 hours and when we arrived in Nairobi we had 2 hours left to our flight. Joseph asked us to pull over at their office where we were greeted by Noah. He had no idea what had happened, so when we said we were late, he immediately found a car to drive us to the airport. Unfortunately, the traffic was crazy in the city and we made it to the airport only 15 minutes before the check-in was closed.

We wish all the best to our driver and understand the challenges of ending up sick in a remote place. I tried to help him as a doctor and also as a friend. But it was a very stressful last day for everyone and the little things that happened there left a sour taste in our mouths. There was clearly miscommunication between the driver and the agency as they were not aware of what was going on. I hope Wildebeest Safaris take this review as constructive criticism and not allow the same thing to happen again.

Perfect experience at Mikumi Nationalpark
5/5

It was a private 2 day - 1 night tour to Mikumi Nationalpark. To get there takes ages but it’s worth doing it. Animals roam around freely and are used to visitors. So you can go pretty close without them running away. Nico was the best guide ever. He knew where to find the animals and made this trip unforgettable in so many ways. Thanks. Absolutely recommended.

Untrustful company of thieves
1/5

They cancelled at last time without reimbursement. They stole our money. Do not ever book with them at least you want that your holidays become a nightmare.

A wonderful experience that I will never forget!
5/5

If I could give 7 Wonders 10 stars out of 5 I would. We had the most wonderful time on our 7 day camping safari with them. We were incredibly well looked after by our Guide, Hozza, and Cook, Izak. We couldn't have asked for two better people to show us around Lake Natron, Serengeti, Ngorogoro and Lake Manyara, and keep our bellies full with delicious food. Caring, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, they both went out of there way to make our experience memorable.
Seven Wonders pre-trip communication was exceptional. Evelyn was quick to respond to any queries we had, and they were able to easily accommodate our request to adjust our safari to visit Lake Natron, and spend an extra night in Serengeti.
Terrific value for money!!
I highly recommend 7 Wonders. I have been on safaris with other companies, which have also been wonderful experiences, but I rate 7 Wonders as the best of the companies I have travelled with. Thank you Hozza, Izak, Evelyn and all the 7 Wonders team!! Melissa

Top Notch Service & an Amazing Experience
5/5

Nadzua, our tour operator representative at Buy More, provided exceptional and personalized customer service as she was instrumental in organizing our incredible 19 day safari tour through Kenya quickly and efficiently. She took the time in expeditiously answering all our questions, addressing any and all concerns and accommodating all our requests. Changes were made along the way but only to better our experience which was already great!

We have done safaris in the past and have traveled all over the world but she is by far the best tour operator representative we ever had!!
We were in touch with her the whole time we were on safari and she was eager to receive feedback on accommodations, meals, itinerary guiding services, etc.
BuyMore is very competitive and provides value for money spent. We stayed in wonderful places throughout Kenya and the food was great.

Due to the long safari we booked during high season, we had two drivers for different parts of the road trip. We had some concerns about changing drivers and potential time lost but Nadzua was instrumental in organizing this so that the changing drivers was absolutely smooth and seamless. For most of the trip especially in Masai Mara we had the driver-guide Charles who was an unbelievable wildlife spotter. When there was a predator chase (cheetah, lion and wild dogs), he was instrumental in figuring out which direction the predator and prey were moving in and how best to get there and position the vehicle to take the best photos! Truly a wildlife photographer's guide! He was also very knowledgeable about animals, the local cultures, the 43 different tribes, the country history, etc. We enjoy watching wildlife behavior, not just taking picture and Charles was very accommodating in meeting our needs. We did have an incredibly memorable trip.

We would highly recommend using BuyMore Adventurers for a Kenya safari. We would not hesitate in using them again in future. If you have any questions about our experience that we have not already addressed here, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be glad to share.

Incredible safari!

Our experience with Shemeji was incredible! We had an absolutely amazing guide who really loved what he did. He found us animals without millions of cars around and took us out from super early daybreak until the sun was setting.

They were very responsive to our requests and needs for our African adventure
5/5

I was well pleased with the communication and they provided exceptional service. We flew to South Africa on our frequent flyer points so they had to be responsive to our transportation choices. They did an excellent job of meeting those needs. In addition, after we returned stateside, I received a billing on my credit card for rental car charges that had already been paid for in the booking with Go Self-Drive. When I alerted them and asked for help, they had my charges reversed within 2 days. Thanks to all at Go Self-Drive.

Review about Amboseli National Park by Masako
Overall rating
5/5

It was very quiet and peaceful park.
Very different from Masai Mara.

I did not see any scavengers there except hyena, but I was satisfied because have already seen them at Masai Mara. I recommend to visit Masai Mara first.

I could spend quite and beautiful time at Amboseli.
