Compass Odyssey was highly recommended to us, by 2 family friends who had used their services on 3 separate occasions. As we had never been to Southern Africa or on safari, we had to trust Compass Odyssey to plan every aspect of our trip; to tailor it to our specific wants and needs; and to execute it according to plan. The service Silas provides is second to none. Both he and our safari driver James took care of us with the highest professionalism and made our Nairobi city tour and safari (Masai Mara, lake Naivasha, lake Nakuru and Amboseli) a great experience we will never forget. We had a great experience with Amko Safaris. Jeeps were good to move around, guides were punctual, friendly and professional. Though they can’t promise which animals you see, we missed only rhyno - all others they found and it was fabulous!

Friendly and trained personell
Ok, but 7 hours drive in a car with no AC and uncomfortable seats should be mentioned when booking. The safari was great, but when the car limits our trip around the park (crossing of river not possible), it's a pity, and we didn't get to go all over the park. The stay at Loyk was awesome, and the food great!

6 days Safari in North Tanzania
It all started with a search done on the internet and a short list of local agencies contacted by me for the best quotes. Because of an assiduous correspondence with Alex, who proved to be extremely courteous and available to offer a series of customized solutions, my wife and I decided to rely on Mamasavana for our safari in Tanzania, being also the most competitive for price and proposed solutions. Arriving in Arusha on December 29th we were immediately welcomed in the best way and taken to the hotel for the safari briefing. The next morning we left led by Allen to Tarangire park and then Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngogo Ngoro crater.
Needless to say, under the careful and expert guidance of Allen we were able to see not only all the Big Five and the main animals of the Savannah but also wonderful landscapes, incredible views and spending unforgettable moments in our research.

They put together this amazing trip for us to celebrate my dad’s big birthday in Tanzania & Zanzibar (where he was born). The whole trip was very special for us all.
The guides were fantastic they went above and beyond to ensure our trip was special - treated us like royalty. Ally was amazing - he ensured was saw the big 5 and more! Ahmed and Mtoo in Zanzibar also just amazing too had a great tour of stone town and the spice tour.
The staff at all the hotel were like family they knew who we were without even introduction - they ensured we had the best stay and food!!
Umang was available throughout the whole trip - you would never get this with a normal travel agent. Beena and Umang are just the perfect team and their passion for Africa can be seen in the amazing itinerary’s they put together for their clients. All the surprises you had for my parents were just so lovely - they absolutely loved being spoilt!
I reccomend UBON safari for all trips to Africa - they have all the knowledge and passion for Africa I look forward to booking all future tours with them (I would not book with anyone else!)
