Un séjour incroyable
We did a three days safari with Redwood and it was amazing.
Firstly, they offered us much more than what we paid for (such as a night in a luxury private castle instead of the camping).
Secondly, the all team is really kind and will do their best to make you feel happy. Gerald and his collegue, Joseph our driver, they are beautiful people making your trip unforgettable.
Finally, everything is well organized, the national parks seen (Tarangire and Ngorongoro) are amazing and respectful for animals.
We thank you very much Redwood for this experience and we know that we will come back to our "second home".

A wonderful experience overall
It was my first safari experience ever so I was excited before starting this journey. I joined a 4-day group safari tour to masai mara (3 days) and lake nakuru (1 day) with Terminal Tours Kenya.
I was picked up from my hotel in the morning and headed to masai mara with no delay. We had our lunch on the way before reaching our camp late afternoon. Then we had a short game drive first day. Second day was a full day game drive starting at sunrise. We saw all big 5 animals besides visiting tanzania border and masai river to see crocs and hippos. Third day, we visited a masai village nearby our camp to learn about their culture. Upon that, we headed to lake naivasha and took a boat trip to see amazing wildlife there before arriving nakuru. Fourth day included a morning game drive in lake nakuru park to see both black and white rhinos and flamingos as well as other wildlife beafore going back to nairobi. I was dropped off at my hote in nairobi without any hassle.
Nelson was always quick to respond all e-mails and whatsapp messages before and during whole journey. Our driver Joshpat was an excellent driver and easygoing guy. He is so polite and stops wherever you want to stop to take pictures as long as it is on the road. He drives safe not only in the park but also between nairobi and park. After this satisfying trip with Nelson and his company, I also booked a private tour to kibera with him which was fantastic as well. His team is familiar with the area and they were helpful during our visit.
Overall it was a wonderful experience and recommend terminal tours for anyone who is interested in a safari in kenya. Nelson and his team is ready to help you.

It was very excited, I love the service that was been provided for us, Rideon Tours is the best.
The safari tour provided a chance of new experince and my expectations were fully achieved thanks to the good communication that the company provides to its travellers. The services were and are still extraordinary as compared to other safari tours that I've been to before. There is a sense of trust in their service.

Amazing safari experience!
In August, my friend and I booked a 4 day safari trip. This was our first safari, but what an experience it was! The company gave us their WhatsApp, and they answered every questions we had really quickly. We were picked up at the airport, they arranged us a really nice hotel in Arusha en we got the whole explanation the first evening. The first two days we did the famous Serengeti, it was amazing. We saw zebras, lions, monkeys, hippos, giraffes. We slept in tents in the park, and at night the lions even paid us a visit ;). The third day we visited the Ngorongoro crater. Very beautiful nature, totally different from the first two days. We slept at the Simba camping spot (it's quite a cold place to sleep) and were accompanied by an elephant in the evening, that was really fun! The last day we visited Tarangire, again something totally different, really loved this one. Elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras,... They all came really close to the jeep.
In short, this was one of the best experience in my life, I would do it all over again. Big thanks to the company!

Amazing trip
Amazing people that will take care of you in the best ways, and help make your trip unforgettable. They picked us up at the Air port and were our driver for the next days. The Driver, Najib was an amazing man that showed us around the capital. I would absolutly recommend these guys, and i would definnently hire them again!

Sandra was both prompt AND personal, creating a great celebration for us!
We communicated with 5 different operators and chose Traipsing because of Sandra’s quick responses and her interest in the purpose of our trip (celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary!). She helped us book a 5 day safari at Kusudalweni Lodge. There were many choices, but she helped us hone in on what we really wanted. The safaris we went on every day were phenomenal! There was a variety of activities to chose from including the Blyde River Canyon boat tour, Moholoholo Rehab Center and bush walks along with game drives in Kruger and in Manyaleti Private Reserve. Everything we did was awe-inspiring; we saw the Big 5 within the first 3 hours AND enjoyed the bush walk that ended up being a private birding adventure! Kudos to Sandra for arranging a great tour. Unforgettable life long experience with a great tour provider
We booked two days safari tour and half day tour to giraffes and elephants orphanage. The booking process was very prompt: I was getting the answer and detailed instructions the same day, immediately. This company is really customer orientated. Even when our 1st pick up point got changed, they arranged everything in one hour. The safari itself was amazing thanks to Mr Francis Kariuki. Good safe driver, giving necessary info on time, providing answers on our questions and even fullfilling our additional requests (we wanted to go to the supermarket). The good point your drop off area can be as per your request (hotel or airport). We were feeling very comfortable with Francis. The car was cleen every day ( safari is a dusty place), water was provided, monocles as well. Thank you very much for excellent service and lifelong experience!
