An experience unlike any other
4/5

We did this trip with out much planning and was so glad that we went with most of the recommendations of ancient wild safari. They are extremely helpful and very forthcoming with relevant information about each place. The only think i'm looking forward to in the next trip is the vehicle upgrade as promised ;)

Udzungwa Mountain is a fantastic equatorial forest place with beautiful scenery and endemic species. However, the terrain is rather steep and one has to be at least moderately fit to climb to the top of the waterfalls.

An AMAZING safari with Amazing Tanzania!
5/5

From the initial email inquiry to the end of our safari, Amazing Tanzania made our trip such an amazing experience. Laura (one of the owners) was so accommodating and helpful, even when I surprised her with an additional, last-minute person who wanted to join the trip. What I loved best about the experience was how every place we went felt so special, and this is owed to the boutique, bespoke nature of Amazing Tanzania. Laura and her partner bring to the safari world years of first-hand knowledge, having grown up in the area. Therefore, every place we went and stayed was fused with this very intimate nature. They know all of the proprietors and the land like the back of their hand. We couldn't have asked for a more local experience. And for someone who wanted the real Africa experience, and not just some cookie-cutter, chain hotel tour, my expectations were exceeded far beyond my wildest imagination.

From the moment we arrived in Kilimanjaro, everything was taken care of. All we had to do was sit back, relax, take in the STUNNING scenery and enjoy. Amazing Tanzania works with only the best local guides, and ours (Paul) was so, so wonderful. This can't be overstated- the man is a legend in my book. The amount of knowledge he possesses and passed on to us was incredible. On top of that, Paul was a joy to be around- important when you're spending lots of time in the safari truck together :) We spotted all of the Big Five and were lucky to see the most incredible wildlife ever- a pride of over fifteen lions in the Ngorongoro Crater, lions mating in the Tarangire, giraffes scratching their bellies on short trees, baby elephants frolicking- the list goes on and on. After a few days in Tanzania we flew to Zanzibar for some beach time at Laura's suggestion. It was the perfect end to our safari- we loved spending a day in Stone Town and then heading to the east coast for some relaxation and beach fun.

The lodging and food far exceeded my expectations. Our lodging was so on point- such special places with the most welcoming staff I've ever experienced. The tented camp in the Tarangire was spectacular and should not be missed- what a view! Most of the food was sourced locally- from the lodge's own gardens and even the sea. It was so nice to return from being in the bush all day, to be greeted by friendly people and to relax with incredible food. At one of our lodges, Laura stopped by for a sundowner and a nice chat. I was so impressed by this- it speaks volumes to Amazing Tanzania's desire to connect with their customers.

Amazing Tanzania provided us with a seamless experience where all we had to do was show up and enjoy the ride. I will be forever grateful for this trip and all of the hard work they did for us and cannot recommend them enough. When I return to Africa, and I will as often as time allows, I will only do so with Amazing Tanzania!

Breathtaking nature & wildlife

This was my first ever wildlife experience in Botswana and can proudly say I wasn't let down. The morning game drive went well, backed by the clear skies and a glorious sunset. We encountered a few wild animals like Elephants, Lions, Monkeys, Kudus, Kobs, Impalas, Zebras, and so much more. My mission was to take as many photos as I can, and these are giving me remarkable flashbacks whenever I look at them... I stayed at Chobe Marina Lodge near the waterfront thus giving me fantastic views of the mighty Chobe River and the Namibian territory across. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and approachable. I felt at ease and explored without limits for the four days I was in Kasane the gateway to Chobe National Park.

Review about Saadani National Park by Chiara
Overall rating
3/5

Saadani park is not very populated: it is hard to spot lions and zebras for example. It is interesting because it is located on the coast: there are bushes, a river and the Ocean as well. Due to our lack of experience and to the lack of information from the tour operator we have chosen, this safari was very badly organized: I think that even if Saadani is a small park, there is no point to go there for less than 3 days. You have to take into consideration several elements that could overturn the original plan: for these reasons you need to take some time to enjoy the wild nature, have time for a walk and so on.

About: Go Safari
My Pilanesberg safari surpassed my expectations.
5/5

Two things made my day at Pilanesberg Park an extraordinary experience - Stephen Herbert, an extremely knowledgeable and personable guide, and the variety of animals that Stephen was able to show me on the drive through this beautiful park. Susan made it easy to arrange for this adventure and everything went smoothly, and my safari and conversations with Stephen made my day extra memorable. I would highly recommend Go Safari for your next adventure. What a great day!

Wonderful experience!!!
5/5

I can say that big 5 voyage is a wondeRful operator tour, we had the opportunity to see all big 5 Africa animals, including the Leopard which is most of the difficult animal to see. The attention and food was very good. The experience during the night, sleeping in the middle of the jungle was unique.
Thanks Amon, thanks to all your team

We strongly recommend use this operator to everyone
