Excellent Maasai Mara Safari thanks to Africa Flash Mc Tours (Peter and his team)
5/5

We (myself, my wife and my parents) went on Mara safari which was very well arranged by Africa Flash Mac tours - Peter was always ready to give different options and accommodate all our requests and adjust the plan as per our requirements. Good part is that he is so much flexible in the whole planning process and the actual experience was much ahead of expectations - be it the Land Cruiser, Driver-cum-guide, the hotel property including food and the amazing beauty of Mara experienced with the games drives on our Safari. It was a like-never-before experience for all of us and we would definitely plan all our next Safaris in East Africa with Peter and Africa Flash Mc Tours. Thank you Peter and the entire team!

Gorilla Trek Africa arranged a wonderful trip to Rwanda and Uganda.
5/5

While the trip began as their "double gorilla trek"booking, I soon realized there would be a lot more I wanted to see. My trip had wonderful, close primate opportunities, afforded by mountain gorilla treks in Rwanda (Volcanoes Park) and Uganda (Bwindi Forest), chimpanzee tracking Uganda (Queen Elizabeth Park) and golden monkey hike (Volcanoes Park). All communications, service, guides, accommodations were outstanding. The trip exceeded my expectations, and is highly recommended.

Short 3 day safari to Mikumi Tanzania.
5/5

Whilst spending a couple of weeks in Zanzibar we decided to book up a in-expensive Safari. We found Selous Explorer on Safari Bookings after typing in a search for a 3 day, 2 night safari. 2 companies caught my eye as they were both the same price. We have 2 children aged 7 & 9 so didn't want to go for a really expensive option as we just wanted to them to see Africa's large animals in the wild.
The itinerary that Norbert came back to us with was just about right as we had booked flights from Zan into Dar. It was a 5hr journey though from the airport to Mikumi (made worse by the poor quality road surface) but broken up with a meal part way at a local buffet place. Our driver Nestor was spot on with information on every aspect of our 3 days. When he said that he would pick us up at our lodge at a certain time he was there to the second. We felt that he tried his very best to make sure that we packed the most into the Safari. Mikumi is one of the least recognised parks & thus was not busy at all. It does not have the wealth of animals that other parks do & the main road running through the middle is a crazy situation as this does lead to fatalities as there are many lorries that go thundering past.
I would suggest that like us if you want a non expensive way of seeing some of Africa's finest animals & you are in Dar or Zanzibar then this is the one for you.

Over-the-top outstanding, Restoration Safaris clearly disginguised itself for excellence.
5/5

Everyone I speak with has good things to say about their African safari. A closer look highlights differences, and Restoration Safaris distinguished itself for excellence and value.
* Unforgettable safari: Our guides Bariki and Alfaio masterfully managed the many game drives, going way beyond simply naming animals and plants and providing detailed descriptions of animal development, behavior, life-cycles and interactions within their own species and with others. We stopped hundreds of times to point out animals and birds near and far--many of which were difficult to notice, and with special attention to animal behavior with all the interest this brings. Our guides frequently taught other guides where to look for animals and answered questions their clients had asked. It was obvious that they were providing a highly enriched experience. We were constantly invited to observe and understand animal behavior that went way beyond just seeing the animals.
* Personal attention to all our needs: Meticulous attention to all throughout.
* Un-rushed atmosphere: no hurrying and ignoring things along the way to meet deadlines; nor was the pace slow. Our guides accomplished this by superb preparation always being organized, resulting in optimal use of time.
* Flexible planning: We communicated for months with Mourine to tailor the safari to our interests and needs. The result was a safari that met those needs and exceeded our expectations.
* Rich cultural experience: Our experiences included visiting and talking with local residents in neighborhoods, schools, Masai village, and 1:1 nature walks. The Tanzanian people are friendly and open, and we were able to understand and appreciate their values, history, customs, and challenges in adjusting, adapting and thriving in the modern world.
* Commitment to the human, animal & plant and physical environment: Restoration Safaris is committed to the health of the environment.
* Outstanding lodging and food: We had both the "lodges" and "tents" experience. Both were wonderful, interesting and safe experiences. Talk about being close to nature!
* Truth in advertising: When Restoration Safaris promotional material states "14-day safari" it is really a 14-day safari, not an 11-day safari plus 3 days travel to get there and back.
* Great value: Read the itineraries and compare costs. Restoration Safaris is highly competitive.
* Outstanding human experience.
* All in all, a remarkable, memorable and satisfying experience.

Well organised and experienced guide - great trip
5/5

I was recommended Cul Tours and Saturday as a tour guide by a friend - she was right! It was smooth, well organised and the guide was experienced and well informed. The van was comfortable and the accommodation pretty great for the most part, even on a budget. I saw the gorilla's and the tree climbing lions on the one day! Uganda is beautiful and I would recommend without hesitation! Thanks to Stephen and Saturday!

Professional and reliable
5/5

EN : Safari Partners and Chris, were of great help in the preparation of our trip in Southern Africa (ZBW-BOT-SA-SWZ-NAM). Chris was always available and quickly answered our questions during the months of preparation before the trip. All their choices and suggestions were relevant, and all accommodation bookings, transfers, etc. were close to perfection without any glitch. Even when we were there, Chris was quick to help us realign part of our trip after our own wishes and quickly booked new accommodation.
In short, a very personalized service, very professional and at negligible cost compared with the price that we would have obtained by booking ourselves. Keep up the good work. Maybe we'll talk for another trip ... East Africa??

Absolutely amazing cannot recommend enough, completly made our holiday!!! :)
5/5

Had such an amazing holiday and would not of been the same if I organised it on my own. I've travelled to many countries over the years and generally prefer to organise everything myself these days but thought ill give them a go. Highly recommend, I was able to plan most of the itinerary myself as I already had an idea of the places I wanted to go and told them some of the activities we were keen on and we were given some additional recommendations and advice about the trip which was great and still very affordable, if anything they probably saved us money. No other tour company that I've used in the past, even compares to these guys! Everything was so well organised and such quick and friendly response leading up to the trip.

We went to Mozambique, Kruger, Cape town, Livingstone and Botswana. The accommodation that was booked for us was amazing, excellent service and friendly people. Saved us so much time trying to find this out and the places were awesome, we had animals roaming around our tents in Kruger and could see zebras & elephants from our room in Livingstone but still affordable, much cheaper then other tour companies that I had enquired with but still going to the same places.

Our guide Robin in Cape town was amazing!! Very professional + efficient, new all the good photo spots and was full of information. We were in fits of laughter driving back from our shark cage dive with him, my husband and I want to go back to Cape town just we can hang out with him, he was probably the highlight of our Cape town trip! He brought me a lovely bottle of wine from the vineyards and taught my husband how to fly fish while we there, he also surprised us and set up a cute little picnic for us early that day, definitely went the extra mile, A+++ Service and pleasure to be around. In Kruger they set up a private dinner table which we were also surprised with and had great viewing of some of the animal coming through at night, so cool! :)

There's no way we could of got around so efficiently without these guys. It would of taken hours an hours to research what to do, where to stay and who to do it with ourselves + ended up costing more money and time. These guys are experienced, so much better to leave it up to them. Completely exceeded our expectations, cant wait to plan another trip in the future, thanks!!
