Review about Lower Zambezi National Park by aserlemitsos
Overall rating
5/5

Lower Zambezi is a great national park. Right on the Zambezi river, a favorite activity is Tiger fishing. I have stayed inside and outside the park. I recommend Kenyemba Lodge. It has a private island with game viewing opportunity, and is a short drive from the national park. It also has great food, and, located right on the river, is excellent for fishing.

Tanzania is a great safari destination, because you have everything you want on a safari in one country. You have the upscale tourist areas in the northeastern part of Tanzania, while there are plenty of off-the-beaten-track destinations around the country. The wildlife is amazing, with a great diversity and of course the Big Five. It has 2 parks where you can see chimpanzees in the wild. You can climb Mount Kilimanjaro (the highest mountain in Africa). Tanzania has gorgeous beaches and plenty of places where you can dive and see amazing marine life, can swim with dolphins, and perhaps spot a whale shark. Next to that, Tanzanian people are extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable, which will guarantee an amazing stay in this beautiful country. Moreover, in the last years many cultural events have developed, such as cultural villages, the Sauti za Busara music festival on Zanzibar, and the Zanzibar International Film Festival.

Review about South Luangwa National Park by aserlemitsos
Overall rating
5/5

South Luangwa is probably the best park for wildlife in all of Africa. I myself have seen leopards there countless times, and have never met someone who went there and didn't see a leopard. With the luangwa river going through the park, fishing is also another activity. I suggest the Mushroom lodge, a place that offers fine dining and the best game-viewing Africa has to offer.

About: Zambia
Rugged and Remote!
Overall rating
5/5

Travel in Zambia is a quintessential African experience. People are poor, friendly and hard working. Bicycles laden with firewood or produce or water jugs or families or pigs fill the roads. Chaos and confusion reign at border crossings. The scenery is sublime, and the National Parks are remote. It requires an impressive amount of travel endurance just to make the drive into parks such as South Luangwa and Kafue. But go there. Do not miss Zambia!

Review about Kafue National Park by aserlemitsos
Overall rating
5/5

Kafue is a great national park. I recommend Mukumbi Lodge, where they offer great food, and excellent game drives. My favorite memory of Kafue is driving along the road and running into lion, just lying there on the road.

Splendid experience, great guide and some (really) exiting wildlife encounters.
5/5

We had a great guide, very experienced and good company. We saw 4 of the big 5, missed the leopard by a second! Some exiting moments with an elephant in must, I will never forget this. The sounds at night, the views, the wildlife, the special birds and photographic scenes, the male lion @ 2 meters distance from the vehicle, the unexpected moments and the fun with the group.

Tanzania was amazing! From our first stop in the Serengeti to our final destination of Zanzibar, there was always something to see and do. The people, the wildlife, and the scenery were all amazing.

We saw so much, yet there was still so much we hadn't seen! Even Kilimanjaro was covered by clouds!
