Fantastic!
5/5

We (young swiss-married couple) enjoyed our 5 days trekkting organized by usambaraexp. very much!
Alex was very helpful with the booking. Joseph & Richard have been great guides trough spectacular landscape, mountains, forests, villages.. they knew a LOT about the plants, people and surrounding!
The accomodations and Food was very nice.. the price for the whole trip was more than worth to pay for all the nice food we ate and people we met.. we can really much recommend to go for hiking into the usambara region instead of the touristy place arusha!!! Usambara mountains was one of the most beautiful experience and adventure in my life!

A once in a lifetime experience done the best possible way.
5/5

Going on safari has been a lifelong dream of mine. Right from the moment I sent an enquiry through to Chris, to the moment he dropped me back at the airport after the safari, I felt safe, well looked after and well informed about every aspect of the safari, which meant I was free to sit back, relax and enjoy everything that Kruger had to offer.

Before you go on safari, people warn you that you shouldn't expect to see something every day and that, when you do, it might be an elephant far in the distance or a buffalo herd on the horizon. I tried to manage my expectations as best I could. When I saw Chris's Armadillo truck, I started to get really excited. The extra height meant that our feet were at the level of most cars' roofs. This means you can see further, and also you can drive up to any sights people are viewing at the roadside without being blocked by a car in front.

It is hard to describe the wonder and the experience of a safari adequately, and we were exceptionally lucky on ours, but here is a quick list of what we saw, close up (touching distance, were it not for Kruger's rules and personal safety concerns): 5 different groups of lion at the roadside, including one pride of 18 lions, one of which was Kruger's only resident white lion; innumerable elephants, some crossing the road; a crash of rhinos crossing the road in front of our truck; herds of buffalo; a leopard sitting in the branch of a tree at the roadside; zebras; giraffes; kudus; beautiful birds and plant life... You get to watch how the animals actually behave, in the real world, and Chris gives you time, space and information to enhance this. Perhaps the best part of the safari was when we were woken in our tents at Satara by the sounds of heavy breathing and growling. These were the sounds of a buffalo being taken down by a coalition of 3 male lions right outside the perimeter fence. We were able to watch it all, as well as check in on the cycle of life and scavenging that played out afterwards between the hyenas, the jackals and the vultures.

Apart from the experience itself, there is NO OTHER vehicle like Chris's doing safaris. It has better height than the others by a good couple of feet. It also has tables, comfortable seating, a flush toilet, a library of reference books and even an honesty bar on board to you can kick back with a cold beer or cider whilst watching the natural world play out in front of you. Chris is a generous and excellent cook, the food was superb. The tented accommodation is also very comfortable.

I am the sort of person who will always find reason to moan about something, but I literally cannot think of a single thing to complain about on this trip. It was flawless, one of the best experiences of my life, and I envy you the anticipation of not having done it yet.

2nd time with Flash Mc Tours - Amazing!
5/5

Peter and his team have been fantastic this time again. They offer a competitive, clear price with no hidden charges. Peter looked after us from the beginning of our trip right till the end. The collection and drop-off in Nairobi was painless and Leonard, the tour guide, was well informed and jolly. We stayed at Kibo safari camp in Amboseli National Park which is a paradise in itself. Fully stocked bar, delicious food, courteous service and amazing views of Mt. Kilimanjaro combined with a swimming pool provided for a relaxing stay.
Will definitely be using Peter and his team again when I'm back in Kenya next year.

Outstanding 3 days Masai Mara safari with Terminal Tours and their driver Cyrus
5/5

We had an amazing Masai Mara Safari with Terminal Tours. Before we decided for a tour organiser we got in touch with twenty-five different operators. At the early beginning Terminal Tours turned out to be very fast with their replies and Nelson, we dealt with, seemed to be experienced and flexible, sine we booked our lodge separately. At the end their offer was competitive as well. Finally we decided to do the tour with them and agreed on the program. Since there were only a few days left before we wanted to start, we did not even need to pay anything in advance which gave us even more the feeling that Terminal Tours is a reliable organiser. Just for your information. Most of the tour organiser insist on a advance payment, which is even the entire amount in some cases. So, Terminal Tours picked us up and started our Masai Mara Safari in time as agreed. Our driver Cyrus was very flexible, skipped lunch stop on the way we we had wished for, in order to arrive faster and had more time in the national park. Cyrus is and extremely confident, good yet safe driver. He was also very knowledgeable about the animals and was able to spot them at great distances due to his work experience as a safari guide of over ten years. He seems to be knowing every angle of the park and seemed to be very motivated to show us the best areas to see the different animals. So everything worked very well and we spent a great vacation.

My lifetime trip to Tanzania was fully realized with the help of Balletto African Adventures!
5/5

With the help and excellent suggestions and guidance of Balletto African Adventures and the superior knowledge of Mr. Balletto himself, my trip to Africa became the dream adventure I had always longed for. The service, accommodations provided, information and daily safari expeditions into the bush made each day a special discovery. Our guide, JB always seemed to know where to find the animals we wanted to see and surprised us daily with unique sights and amazing visual treats. The cultural connections we made with Masai tribes and bush people who our guide personally knew, were a wonderful and enlightening part of our expedition, also, and made it even more interesting. Balletto African Adventures helped me fulfill my lifetime trip in the most organized and delightful way possible. I would highly recommend the company for anyone looking for a great safari experience.

Safari in Tanzania
4/5

I was in Tanzania for the month of July for the first time and I went on Safari to Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Manyara national park. It was so lovely, the tour guide from Global insight Safari was great, we saw majority of the animals that were looking forward to see. Ngorongoro, was the climax of our safari as we were able to experience unique and untouched ecosystem of the park. This is something one has a to experience at least once in a life time. Thanks to Global Insight team for making our safari memorable.

The gorillas’ feet resemble that of a human being
5/5

When scientists said that our closest relatives are gorillas, I wondered why. Actually, it never made sense for me since from the few videos that I had watched about these animals, they had too much fur compared to any human being. Although I’m not a scientist, I now believe what they said because I observed it. Gorillas are so playful, every time they try to show their gymnastics. As one was playing, it flipped itself over and I managed to take a photo of its feet. I was just taking random photos; I never had it in thought that I should take a photo of its feet. When I went to my hotel and a little relax at the couch, I got out my camera to see some of the images that I had taken. Wow, there I was with a photo of a gorilla’ feet. This was a treasure to me because Immediately, I counted the toes and they were five. I said to myself, did I take a photo someone’s feet or it for the gorillas, I realized it was for the gorillas. They really resemble us some way. This was a science exhibition for me-so much entertaining and educative.

A piece of advice though, you must be in good health to do a gorilla trekking safari because you shall be required to climb mountains which some meters above sea level. Thank you gorilla tour booking safaris for a wonderful tour to Uganda

A superbly executed tour down to the last detail. Our guide, Yusuph, was fantastic!
5/5

From the first contact with E-trip, we had an excellent experience. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions with patience and confidence. Every transfer, meal, and accommodation, was handled beautifully. Ben helped us balance cost and extravagence in every part of the trip by breaking down each expense. I greatly appreciated being able to build the safari that was exactly right for us. The best part of the trip was our guide Yusuph. He knew every animal, bird, and plant. He answered all our questions about identification, animal behavior, geology, culture, and history. Yusuph knew exactly how to position the vehicle to get the right lighting for our photography and to have the best views of the animals. On several occasions he moved the vehicle to the perfect spot so the lions and leopards came directly towards us! Unbelievable pictures! Yusuph worked extremely hard to make sure we saw all that we wanted to, including driving for long hours to the western boarder of the Serengeti to make sure we saw huge herds of wildebeest. Our safari and our whole experience with E-trip exceeded our wildest expectations!
