Spectacular Safari with the great Galloping Safaris
Last April we went on a safari to the northern parks in Tanzania, we visited Serengeti , Ngorongoro and Tarangire. Our safari experience was elevated to extraordinary levels by the impeccable planning and execution by Gallopıng Safaris. Anderson had an uncanny ability to spot animals from great distances and ensured we had the best vantage points for viewing wildlife. I am totally impressed with this company. My emails were answered within the hour, and when I accidentally paid too much money for the tour I booked, the company immediately notified me and organized the refund. I had booked a 2-night Hwange Game Park game drive tour for my friend and me. Everything that this company organized for us, was fantastic. We knew nothing about Hwange Game Park or about any of the accommodation options available but what Cultural Tours and Travel organized for us was way above what we had expected to get, given what we paid. We were booked into Iganyana Luxury Tented Camp, which was a wonderful experience - a mix of very comfortable living in a bush environment, with great food, beautifully furnished and very comfortable tents, very attentive staff, a wonderful setting and game drives with very few other jeeps around. Elephants came to drink from the swimming pool at night and we could watch animals grazing while sitting outside enjoying the bush atmosphere. A Cultural Tours and Travel representative picked us up from the Hotel in Victoria Falls in a very comfortable and new-looking minivan and drove us to the Camp then back to the Hotel at the end of our stay, providing very interesting information about Zimbabwe and the wildlife along the way. The next time we travel to Zimbabwe, we will definitely book with Cultural Tours and Travel and if we do another game drive tour, we'll request to be accomodated at the Iganyana Luxury Tented Camp again.

A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing - Very Dishonest and Zero Empathy
This is a very dishonest business, under the guise of a professional one.
Background story : we booked a gorilla safari at the end of last year.
There were already some misunderstanding with "Alpha", our contact person, because of the way that the different hotel options were presented, which was confusing to say the least.
Due to a very serious family emergency, we had to cancel ten days before the beginning of the trip.
Having already paid a hefty deposit - 3,600 USD - we asked if at least part of it could be refunded.
We were told - several times! - that they would provide a refund of 800 USD by the third week of January...
It's now June and the refund is nowhere to be seen.
I am attaching a copy of most of my interactions with "Alpha", where he openly mentions that the refund will be processed.
We are hoping to go back to Rwanda next year. However, this will be most certainly not with Gecko Safaris.

We had a fantastic time with suricata, would highly recommend. Golden our guide was super knowledgeable and had eyes like an eagle so we spotted everything that we could have seen! The food was great and all in all a great experience.

Thank you Kameraz of Afrika, From start to finish, every aspect of the journey was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed, leaving my family with pleasent memories from Hotel Stay in Narobi or staff of Mara Serena Safari Lodge, who took exceptional the care for elderly guest and even the highly courtesius knoweldgeable guides.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Kameraz of Afrika highly enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable safari experience. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and commitment to sustainability set them apart as a premier safari agent.

Amazing experience
