7 days trip in Masai Mara and lakes
We have spent 7 days in Safari in different places like Masai Mara, lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha. The experience was great. We had a wonderful time. Everything went as it was planned from the first moment: driver picked us up from the airport, took us to the hotel and the whole trip every single driver or camp manager took a very good care of us. Breathtaking safari holiday in Tanzania!
Perfectly organized Safari by Desiree de Ridder. She organized a stunning trip through Lake Manyara, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Desiree sent the full program with detailed information about the Parks and the accomodation by mail, it was all very well planned. The accomodations were beautiful, the people were very helpful and friendly and the locations were stunning. We had the entire trip the same guide, Stewart, what I really appreciated. Apart from being a very safe driver, Stewart also had eagle eyes and spotted every animal and he knew so much about them, we learned a lot. Moreover, he was very pleasant company with a good sense of humor. We had great weather, not too hot and not too cold and there were not a lot of other tourists. Lions, cheetahs etc. just walked so close to our car, it was amazing. It was an unforgettable holiday for me and my two children in which we saw the big five and many, many other animals. I would highly recommend to book a safari with Desiree and Stewart of Afroriginal Tours and Safaris to all of my friends.

I had booked and paid for accommodation in the Kruger Park at Bergendal through Afritrip Kruger.Com.On our arrival at Malelane Gate after travelling for 5 hours we were told that accommodation had been cancelled as they had not received payment from Afritrip. You can imagine our disbelief. On phoning the company in Cape Town they found accommodation outside the Kruger Park which was not what we wanted but had no choice and another 2.5 hours drive.Lucky for us we knew where we were going,but you can imagine the horror of foreigners who would be expecting to stay in the Kruger Park.On returning home I sent them emails and phoned the company and to date 11/05/17 have received no response.No letter of apology or anything,just completely ignored.I will never recommend booking through them

Excellent trip, from beginning to end. The Serengeti was a wonderful experience,with so much diversity and the number of animals was something to cherish. Safarihub, with especially our guide Emmilian was special. I want to thank everybody involved, great trip, well worth it, and my wife (Melinda) is getting a gang together to climb Kili, so, we'll be back.

Great professionals who made our holiday THE best ever!
Tanzania. As African Heart really knows Tanzania and the most beautiful places to see, they made sure our trip, our driver and guide and all our lodges were absolutely wonderful! We started at Lake Manyara where during the evening we were booked in a lodge which overlooks the lake. The next day we traveled to Serengetti for a 2 day stay, and our guide and driver made sure his nick-name Eagle-Eye was proven to be true! He has shown us all the animals we had on our 'wish-list' and more and made sure we were able to enjoy them in private!! Lake Victoria, the Ngororngoro Crater and Zanzibar.. all amazing places to be! The food during the trip was extremely well (lunch boxes, fab diners). We will most certainly come back to Tanzania, and for us there is only ONE tour-agent for this: African Heart, where they know the country and really listen and act on your wishes!! Karibu Sana!!!

Amazing Service & Unforgettable Experience
This was my third trip to Kenya, but my first safari and visit to Coast. We went with The Holiday Dealers (THD) for our group of five because they were highly recommended by a friend and they certainly did not disappoint. David's service was amazing each step of the way, from initial discussions to handling issues during the trip (due to hotel staff, not THD). There can be some delay with emails so we found it best to use WhatsApp and its voice calling feature to communicate. The recommendations he provided proved very appropriate and everything was as described or better (imagine that!). All of our transportation arrived on time and the drivers were friendly and listened to our questions/input. That is HUGE when traveling internationally. This was probably the best trip experience my wife and I have ever had, and we've traveled to quite a few destinations, and a lot of that has to do with the personnel and recommendations provided by THD. I will definitely use David and THD again when booking our next excursion in Kenya and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Exceptional Service, Great Value, Sincere People
We've used Green World for several purposes over the last 6 years, mainly for driving around the country and also for a safari. My wife and I have worked with a community in northern Uganda for over a decade, and Green World has made transit the least of our worries. When we decided to take our honeymoon in western Uganda, they were there for us with a very flexible driver and great suggestions on activities.
