brilliant, well beyond any expectations...
The safari was unbelievable, the guides were so professional, helpful and informative. Many thanks to Villem, Gabriel, Manfred and Kleofas. We were a group of 20 all with different needs and expectations, everyone had a great time, we saw the most incredible things, we got closer to many of Namibia's fantastic animals than we would have believed possible. We will do another tour with wild dog and would recommend them to anyone who asks!!!
A wild and spectacular landscape with a superb variety of wildlife and stunning sunrises and sunsets
We arrived in the evening to witness a superb sunset over the Augrabies Falls and each day an unforgettable sunrise, one morning from the summit of the Moon Rock. Accommodation and food at the guest houses was excellent. Although you won't see the big five in Augrabies the wildlife is none the less diverse and interesting. We had sightings of Giraffe, Springbok the delicate Klipspringer and a host of other mammals and birds. Augrabies is a wild untamed landscape and we left with many fine memories.

Henry & Annekie are fantastic. It was a treat to be driven, fed & considered in every way.
Communication was excellent. Pick-up was on time & up to our front door. My husband & I enjoyed every minute of our time at Satara & Skukuza in the Kruger Park. Henry & Annekie are perfect hosts. Henry was happy to stop for photos of birds, animals & insects, which was a bonus for me. Also, due to expert driving skills, we enjoyed the best position at sightings. They prepared some really appetizing meals. No pre-packed food on this trip! We have returned with happy memories & keen to do another trip with this team.

Outstanding
We really enjoyed our trip to Tanzania. The operator and guide were fantastic and the itinerary was very well planned and optimized. Our accommodation in tented camps was just perfect with a mix of comfort and wilderness. Everyone was pleasant and very nice to us. Guide knew all about animals and Tanzania history. Thank you it started in Africa!

Addo is the Elephant Park
This was not our first time we visited that Addo Elephant Park, but this time it was special as family member joined us for a trip along the Garden Route. If there is place you can see elephants, Addo it is the place. We are especially fond of the very young once as they not only cute, but very play full. The park has partly very dense bush vegetation, but also has big open spaces. On hills, viewpoints offer good sights in to the surroundings, at some you are allowed to exit the car. At the Hapoor Dam we could see up 200 Elephants drinking and waiting their turn. But the park also has lots of antelopes, zebras, tortoises and a lot of Birds. Predators are rather scares, but we have seen lions on previous visits.
Good Operator
Although I ultimately selected another tour for specific reason of our party, Felix provided me with a lot of good information as well as a fair price. Whenever I queried his pricing for anything he showed flexibility in adjusting to a more competitive quote. I felt very comfortable working 2ith him and would highly recommend Unison for anyone that considers their services.

Great park for a quick safari
If you are in Nairobi and like safaris/wildlife, don't miss the opportunity and visit the Nairobi National Park, even if it is just for few hours.
The wildlife is rich considering how small and how close it is to the Kenyan capital.
During a 1-day visit, we spotted several rhinos, antelopes, a large group of buffalos (probably 100+ buffalos), lions, ostriches, giraffes, impalas, hippos, monkeys, zebras, wildebeests, boars, baboons and kudus. The landscape/vegetation is nice.
The guide told me that the wildlife was a bit more abundant during that particular time of the year because of the start of the Great Migration, which crosses the park. I am not sure how the wildlife is during other times of the year.
Considering the proximity to the city, the park is quite crowded with tourists.
I visited the park with a private guide/compact car.
In general, it was fine because the vegetation in large areas is grass, so you can see spot the animals from distance even in a compact car. A 4x4 or a taller vehicle would allow you to take some dirt roads and see farther, still the experience was great.
You can stay in Nairobi, as the park is really close to the city - from my hotel it was just 40min by car.
Awesome Tour Company with Great Guides
I took a 5 day safari with Kenya Budget Safaris, which was incredible, but we stayed at a camp owned by Big Time Safaris and traveled with their guides and they did an excellent job. The staff was nice, knowledgable and were safe drivers. I saw their logo at a lot of stop to and from the Maasai Mara game reserve, so they are a popular and reputable choice for tourists.

Highly recommended good value safari
We would highly recommend an Afrishare safari to anyone who is not looking to break the bank on a safari and still wants to see all the animals that those on more luxurious options see.
Two of us had a great time throughout. There was a hiccup beforehand when our supposed partners dropped out of our group safari so we had to pay extra ($100 each) for a private safari - but given the extra cost to Ibrahim this seemed reasonable.
Our trip consisted of one day in Lake Manyara; three days in the Serengeti which Afrishare were happy to facilitate; and one day in the Ngorongoro crater. We would strongly recommend spending as much time in the Serengeti as you can because it was not only the most beautiful in our opinion, but we also had the best animal encounters. We saw all the Big 5 and so much more - including great close ups of all the big cats.
The camping was comfortable and we slept well in the tents and kit that Ibrahim provided. The food on the whole was good and we ate well but of course don't expect anything too fancy.
Our guide was very nice and happy to accommodate our wishes for drives at the crack of dawn, plus he was incredibly talented at spotting animals of all shapes and sizes. However one of our only issues was that he could have been a bit more knowledgeable about the animals themselves as we were keen to learn as well as observe.
Saying that, overall all the staff Afrishare are very hospitable and kind. We stayed two nights in the lodge, before and after our safari, and the food was great. Ibrahim was very helpful and easy to speak to leading up to our trip and then helped book us a bus to return to Dar and recommended us a good hostel to stay in.
We hope that next time we come to Tanzania we can go on the Kilimanjaro trek with Afrishare.

very customer focused with attention to detail
apart from some very minor glitches, the overall experience was what I wanted - to see the wildlife of Africa and that is what we achieved. the tour was well managed, the guide knowlegable and we would do it again.
