very well organized and friendly assistance during the whole trip
5/5

we were constantly in contact with Africa Wild Truck (Francesca) so if any problem should arise we felt sure that it would be solved. Anyhow there was never any problem The lodges were always more than satisfactory and so the people that managed them and their staff. The safaris were always an exciting experience and different from one another, very competent guides. We enjoyed their company too. We congratulate Africa Wild Truck for their competence and friedliness.Tiziana

Great experience with Kiboko Kenya Safaris!
5/5

We had a great experience with Kiboko Kenya Safaris. Clare was extremely helpful and had excellent communication. We had a private guided tour for 2 persons in Kenya and Tanzania. In Kenya, we visited Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, and Lake Amboseli. Our guide, Lenny, was wonderful. He has a fantastic knowledge of the parks, and is extremely friendly. The Kenyan parks are outstanding. Our visit to Tanzania was good, but the parks we visited (Serengeti and Ngorongoro) definitely seemed to be more refined and catered to the more conservative tourists. But, that being said, they were still beautiful and we saw some amazing wildlife in each. Overall, we had a fantastic safari experience!

5/5

We booked a private safari in Tanzania and the local organisation was done by Safarihub. Everything went according to schedule and we received a very thourough briefing in their offices in Arusha. The person that attended to us was very friendly and helpfull and made sure that all our flights and hotels were reconfirmed.

Educational travel support; luxury travel design
5/5

I have been working with Patrick Manyika in various ways for three years, to support regular travel to Zambia and Zimbabwe with different groups and individuals. I have been working in Zimbabwe for the last 25 years. The service and support that Patrick and his colleague John Mazviito at Jibha Africa Safaris provided our two groups this May was outstanding. Traveling with 28 choral students, and supporting our performances all along the way is not a simple task, and they handled both our set-up and the execution of the program with professionalism and style. They understand the requirements of academic travel, and supported our travel extraordinarily well.

About: Safarihub
Amazing trip!
5/5

Had a great week in Serengeti! We saw the migration and loads of animals, enjoyed everyday there. A big thank you to Victoria who helped us a lot to arrange this trip and she's really kind and thoughtful. Our guide - Antony, did a great job too. The only thing can be improved would be the guide's English skills, sometimes he seems not quite understand our questions, but that's not a big issue at all. We will definitely recommend Safarihub and hope we can do it again sometime.

Amazing Safari Experience!
5/5

We spent 7days on safari it was so great experienced! We weren't expecting for private safari with 3 guides but it was really useful to spot animals. Booking process was smooth via email with quick responses, accommodations and food was great paid for by the company. These were absolutely fabulous and really made our trip. Everything was sorted perfectly,we didn't have to think about the park passes, guides were amazing, very knowledgeable and we were fortunate to see the big 5 and the wilderbeast migration. All in all an absolutely unforgettable trip. And we're always to recommend this Namnyak Tours and Safaris! Good Job! Clever s team!

Excellent organisation of gorilla permits at late notice
5/5

Did a great job of organising gorilla permits for us at short notice.
They were fast and efficient, and dropped permits to our car hire company.
Very happy with the service received.
Reccomendations for improvements:
1. The different company names used are confusing
2. Found it difficult to figure out which payment option to choose from the options available on the online payment system. Some more instructions on this website for the different payment options would be good and it should definitely advise about any payment surcharges which can be significant as a percentage of the total (in our case $61 for two permits).

Fantastic Safari Guides
5/5

We had a very splendid safari experience with Clevers and company. Clevers was a very friendly guide along with his lovely partner Agnes. Jeff was awesome behind the wheel. I never imagined a van coursing through very rough roads like it was nothing. All of them spoke very good english and will amaze you with their stories and fun facts. We've opted for a budget safari so the tented camps were quite decent. If you wanna go for a nicer accommodation, then you can ask Clevers and he would definitely hook you up according to your budget. All in all, you can't go wrong with Namnyak Safaris. We felt like we were being toured around Kenya by friends. And you will definitely become friends by the end of the tour. Will definitely book them again for my next safari.

Wonderful Serengeti Safari
5/5

We just had a wonderful 6-day safari in Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti with Edwin Mramba and the Pumba team. We'd heard about Pumba from a friend who worked on Africa for an international organization, has taken numerous trips to Tanzania and gone on several safaris, and highly recommended Edwin and his colleague, Moses Justin. Edwin knows the wildlife and has a sub-specialty in birds, which helped since one of us is a dedicated birder. They arranged wonderful accommodations at the Serena Lodge n Ngorongoro and at the Tanzania Bush Camp in the Serengeti. We saw the big 5 (lion, leopard, elephant, giraffe, and black rhino) and 140 birds, as well as the wildebeest migration in the Western Serengeti. Tanzania is a wonderful country and the experience was eye-opening.

Repeat Customer
5/5

Repeat customer to both Kenya and Tanzania using Tersca Tours on 12 day safari visiting many new places with a few repeats.

Planning and communication with Peter, the owner , went smoothly and efficiently as he guided us in all details with adjustments made during the trip as requested by us.
The transfer at the border from one guide to another went smoothly. We were always in good hands.
Both guides, Comfort and Peter, were friendly, offered much info about their countries, the wildlife and the African lifestyle.
We stayed in a variety of lodging from a wilderness tented campground with a bucket shower to extremely deluxe tented accommodation on a hillside with spectacular view of Lake Nakuru and the city below. Superb Sunrise from our deck. Other locations offered great sunset views and from Kenya, a superb view of Mt.Kilimanjaro.

Peter, the owner, would often check in with us to be sure all was going well.

Abundance of wildlife in both countries. Each park has its own special ambiance.
I would suggest adding an extra day at several lodges rather then moving each day to enjoy the African warmth and friendliness .
Exciting , adventurous trip with excellent accommodations adjusted for ones budget.
In Nairobi, go to the Giraffe Center, Elephant Orphanage, Utamaduni Craft Center and the Bomas of Kenya show. All added to a wonderful Safari experience
