Satisfactory
3/5

Beforehand the service received from Falcon was exemplary. From booking to confirming our stay the service was excellent.

Unfortunately when i arrived at the Zambezi Sun they claimed someone from Falcon Safaris had cancelled one of the rooms we had booked and paid for a day before we arrived.

The inconvenience to us was such that they had to find us a room far away from the other which we were not pleased with.

At Camdeboo we especially loved the scenery. Did not see many birds there.

An amazing trip that exceeded our expectations!
5/5

We only had 1 week in Tanzania and just 2 months to plan so we wanted to make sure that we can get the most out of our time there. Remsi was an invaluable help in the planning stage, giving reliable and truthful information and offering some advice where we were a bit in doubt as to what would be best to see. The result was a well-rounded trip where we had an amazing safari, we got to trek up Kilimanjaro and we also got to spend time with real bushmen and participate in some of their activities. We even had local guides congratulating us for our choices and we need to pass half of that on to Remsi. All the people we've met from the agency were really nice and very good at their jobs. We had Peter as a guide - the man is truly something, he knows so much about the animals' behaviour so he can spot them anywhere, he also gave us a lot of information about their habits and instincts and he has such a great personality. I feel I've learned more from him in 6 days than I've learned in years about wild life. We also met Peter the chef when we went to Lake Eyasi to meet the Hadzabe - we didn't expect to actually have a cook with us while we were camping but there he was and we had a few very tasty 3 course meals. As for Kilimanjaro we had Libert, a very experienced guide who also certified for medical emergencies - he even brought mountain sticks as we didn't have any. Remsi was calling our guide everyday to make sure that everything was all right and sometimes he was even requesting to speak with us to check if we needed anything. We even met him the last day and spent some quality time over dinner and from what we could tell he makes sure he meets all the clients and gets some real feed-back ASAP. No wonder all the team was chosen impeccably and we knew what to expect every step of the way. We had other 6 days in Zanzibar just after that and we wanted to organise them ourselves but Remsi asked if he could help and he gave us much better deals on the hotels that we found via Trip Advisor. We really had the time of our lives on the trip and we are looking forward to coming back! We wish all of you to enjoy your trips at least as much as we did!

Amazing experience - went above and beyond our expectations!
5/5

I contacted a few companies regarding a safari in Medikwe for myself and my husband - first time safari goers. Kerry from Pembury stood out from the start with her helpful attitude and clear explanations. From start to finish she organised everything and it was incredibly smooth, not one glitch and everything exceeded our expectations. We hope to return to Africa and will most certainly be asking Kerry to organise our next trip. Interestingly, the price we paid was extremely competitive and in some
cases significantly cheaper than I could have booked myself through discount booking sites - they obviously have some great contacts!

Fantastic Experience!!

We had a fantastic 5 day trip to the Kruger National Park this February, stayed in the Southern section of the park around Crocodile Bridge and Lower Sabie. Amazing sightings, seen all of the Big 5 as well as a pack of Wild Dogs over the first 2 days. The highlight was an adult leopard consuming an impala in a tree closeby to the road. It was just after the rainy season and the vegetation was lush with lots of Birdlife around, especially around the rivers. We went during the off-peak season so the roads were quiet and it definitely had a "bush vibe", the only crowds were in the rest camps and at the day picnic spots where we had our lunches. Accommodation at the camps is basic but comfortable with all of the essentials provided. Overall a wonderful experience and a must-see for all nature lovers!

Friendly local expertise at your fingertips!
5/5

We have just returned from a 10-day trip to South Africa visiting two amazing Safari Camps in Timbavati and Klaserie private game reserves. Before booking I phoned Natasha at Sun Safaris to explain what I wanted to do and also the type of experience that I was looking for. I have been on many Safaris throughout the world and wanted to avoid the mass tourism feel of some lodges.
She immediately suggested that we went to a private camp as these accommodate fewer guests at any one time giving you a much more personal experience.
We finally settled on two, Shindzela and nTambo tree camps, which proved to be a perfect combination. Natasha also organised transfers to and from the airport, and between camps so that we could have a hassle-free trip. We had an amazing time, and I cannot thank Natasha enough for her help during planning and booking. We hope to return once more soon and will certainly call Sun Safaris again.

A beautiful Safari throughout Botswanna and Namibia- First Trip to Africa
5/5

This was my first trip to Africa and Criss Cross Namibia was wonderful from the get go. Travelling with a friend who had travelled with Thinus before, made booking with Criss Cross Namibia a must. Thinus is a wonderful guide with a wealth of local knowledge throughout not only Namibia but Botswanna as well. I instantly felt comfortable with Thinus as our guide and looked forward to our time with him. From Chobe National Park, to the Okavango Delta, through Etosha national park, Twyfelfontein to the coastal Swakopmund in Namibia Thinus made me feel safe and cared for. I highly recommend using Criss Cross Namibia for any Africa trips!!!

An excellent experience
5/5

We are a UK couple who travel as frequently as possible and just to start we need to admit our bias, as this was our third trip to Africa with ATI, and it will not be our last. Each trip they have delivered more than expected or requested and to date our travels with ATI include, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Namibia! They share their vast knowledge and experience to ensure you achieve a really interesting itinerary, and from our perspective, excellent accommodation.
Our most recent trip in May/June 15 was definitely the most challenging, as we were taking three elderly family members, (75-85) who had never been to Africa before and they wanted the full experience in non-malarial Namibia. Mureal organised a fly drive trip which combined Namibia’s fantastic scenery (Fish River Canyon and the Soussousvlei dunes) with some amazing wildlife viewing, and she ensured that the lodges we visited were aware of our group’s restricted mobility.
We stayed at some exceptional lodges and good old Cornerstone at Swakupmund and when we did have a problem Mureal was able to resolve our issues, contactable on the ATI mobile we were given at the outset. She came up trumps when my mother had an accident and needed a wheelchair for the last part of the trip. We mention Mureal because as our contact she was fantastic, even down to helping organise restaurants and where to go for the best biltong, but as she graciously says, she is just one of the excellent, ATI team.
Apologies for being overly effusive but sometimes exceptionally good service needs to be recognised and our views are based on three great experiences, which has to be more than luck. Thanks to Mureal and all at ATI – we can now boast to have not only seen the desert elephants but also a black rhino in the wild, as well as in Erindi.
Many thanks ATI.
