Problems with payment and organization.
Accomodatino was very good and also the food in the campsite, the car was also good, but the last day we waitede to enter to last park for five hours. The guide told us, that there were some problems with payment. Agency did not pay so we could not enter to park Tarnagire. In the end they solved problem but we have only 2 hours to see this park. This is not good and this shouldn't happen.
Uganda Safari Experience Par Excellence
We were recommended Prime Safaris and they lived up to all expectations. Cate helped us shape and customise our trip and kept us completely upto speed with all arrangements. Our tour ran very smoothly. Our two guides Mark and Gerrard added so much knowledge of Uganda and its wildlife which greatly enriched our experience. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and were always available and on time. Their friendly and approachable manner made the whole experience much more fun and personal.

Beyond wildest expectations
My 17-year old granddaughter and I recently returned from an 18 day Kenya safari with Kenya Walking. From beginning to end it was all we could want and more. The owner, Mr. Otieno Lysaniash, was wonderful to work with. He was always available by email to answer my questions and advise me on arrangements. This was the first time I had done a private trip and I was a bit nervous about how it would work out. We had terrible problems with airlines on the day we traveled to Nairobi, but even after changing our arrival day and time three times in the space of twelve hours, our wonderful driver Benson Obimbo was there to meet us when we arrived anxious and exhausted at 5:00 AM. We saw every animal we were hoping to see and many that we had never thought of. Benson was always concerned with our comfort and well-being and was skilled at finding animals before they were surrounded by other vans. It was always a pleasure to spend the day with him. Our accomodations were always comfortable. Many of them exceeded expectations because of their rooms or dining or locations. Eating while watching herds of buffalo drink from a water hole right in front of you or lying in bed and listening to hyenas howl made this a once in a lifetime experience. I highly recommend a Kenya Walking Safari to first time travelers or those who have been to Africa before. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic, safe, trustable and recommended! My dream came true!
I worried a lot before my Kenyan trip travelling alone as woman from Europe to Africa. I had been searching, reading reviews and forums for weeks. My dream was always to go Kenya to see the fantastic wildlife from my childhood. Finally I had my budget and I decided to travel. I read so many fantastic reviews about KWSS and they offered me a very good affordable price for 12 days safari in Tsavo East, Tsavo West, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha-Nakuru-Baringo-Bogoria and Maasai Mara parks.
Mr. Otieno replied me always immediately (I had so many concerns and questions, we had about 100 emails) and when I finally met with him he was so friendly, kind and smiley and so trustable (next time I won't use paypal, I had some problems with it, the online payment link was quick, trustable and safe)
As a semi professional photographer the locations, good car and good guides were important for me to see the animals as close as it was possibe. The guides and taken pictures were absolutely above my expectations! I could see the Big Five and almost all the common animals in the parks.
My guides James and Evans were professional drivers with big knowledge (so many thanks for them!) and I could feel myself everywhere in perfect safe. They could spot hidden animals and they showed me as many animals as they could in the 12 days but not in hurry. We had time every day for watching or just beeing in the car in middle of Kenya in a park with the wild animals or just relaxing.
Accomodations were also more than I expected! I can't pick 1 or 2 favorites because all of them had its own special highlight, with comfortable rooms and delicious meals. In Voi Wildlife and Ngulia lodge (Tsavo) I could have my meals next to drinking, playing elephants, antilops, monkeys, birds or buffalos. In Amboseli the Kibo Safari Camp was so authentic with friendly staff and real adventurous atmosphere and with the best and cheapest souvenir shop. At Lake Naivasha in Elsamere beautiful birds and colobus monkey were all around, Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge had a breathtaking view. Soi Safari Lodge (Lake Baringo) was so relaxing and finally Sekenani Camp in Maasai Mara with homely, friendly tents and lions' grumple was like a real wild adventure.
If you choice KWSS you will get an absolutely wonderful lifetime experience, a memorable great holiday in wonderful places with so lovely people and staff and fabolous wildlife! I will choice them next time hopefully in the next year! Now all my friends are saying : ooo I would like to go with you next time :)
Don't hesitate it's unnecessary. Just book, get the needed vaccinations and malaria pills, go and enjoy!

Great Tour of Dar es Saalam and Safari @ Mukumi National Park
Two great experiences – a city tour of Dar es Saalam and a full day safari in Mukumi National Park. 14 of us (7 adults and 7 teenagers) from the US arrived in TZ. On day one, Kanuth Adventure Safaris Ltd. provide a great tour of Dar es Saalam visiting an outside museum that provided history of TZ, a tour of other historical sites & stopping at a local market seeing Tinga Tinga artists at work.
A week later we were picked up in Morogoro for a day safari @ Mukumi National Park. An amazing day seeing many animals in their local habitat learning about their migration. Vehicles were very comfortable with great viewing. An amazing experience, thrilling to be "up close and personal " with so many different wild animals
Communications with Jude Hartley was excellent. She helped out in so many ways and that was much appreciated. Our tour guide Anthony was just the best. He was so knowledgeable, interesting and considerate of all our needs. Tour group size of 8 people was ideal. Good to have one empty seat in land cruiser. Vehicle was a little older than expected and took a battering on all the bumpy, uneven surfaced roads and tracks. This aspect of the amount of time and distance traveled (about 5000Km) was not clearly stated in the initial information about the trip. A reasonable level of physical fitness and endurance is required. However our group of mostly over 65's coped extremely well and we all maintained a positive and cheerful attitude. "Don't worry, Be happy" was our our theme song played many times on CD while travelling.
The standard of accommodation and food throughout the trip was excellent. Wonderful to have comfortable beds with clean sheets every night. It was fun preparing our own food and sharing cooking responsibilities together on some evenings. I enjoyed the African "banquets" in the larger restaurants also. Probably the best of all was the 5 days /4 nights out in the Chobe National Parks. Our team of 6 locals looked after us superbly well and prepared delicious meals cooked over a fire. The long days and early starts in the morning were worth the effort , and rewarded by the most amazing sightings of so many different animals. As this was the main purpose for our tour, I was just so thrilled to see the full range of animals and birds and vegetation so typical in Africa, but only seen in books or zoos here in New Zealand. My 10/50 binoculars were perfect, and I spent many hours observing close up these amazing creatures living in their natural environment. The huge number of photos and videos taken will be a lasting memory of the unique and wonderful experience. Well worth every dollar spent, and excellent value for money.
A couple of suggestions. I know this was primarily a wildlife and game park reserve and we also had so opportunities for some sightseeing, in particular around Victoria Falls which was magnificent. However, for me personally I would have enjoyed a few more opportunities to visit local communities and get to interact with the local people in their on environment . Also some more chances of walking around the areas, as I missed my regular exercise regime.
Another idea. While the Okavango Delta visit was a unique and special place, and I really enjoyed the peace and fascination of the environment, my suggestion would be to condense this visit into one night only, by including a plane trip to to local airstrip on the first morning early, do the beautiful sunset cruise, and mokoro pole cruise the next day through the the delta, then return to Maun that afternoon. Include the flights in the full costs instead of paying for additional sightseeing trip from Maun. This would mean one less day on the Tour, but would eliminate 2 long days of travelling in the cruiser over very rough roads. Just a thought.
Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. I will be thoroughly recommending to others.
simply amazing
We had a marvellous experience on our 3 day-safari trip in Tarangire, Lake Manyuru and Ngorongoro. Our guide and driver Godfrey was very skillful in Tanzanias wild life as well as history and politics. We learned so much. He was also a very good driver and extremey nice person of course ! Thanks for everything !

Excellent!
Already from the start the communication with emails was very good and I got quick answers with a lot of information. I went to Entebbe and then a driver picked me up and drove me to Bwindi National Park and Elisabeth National Park. The whole tour was amazing and the gorilla tour is something I wish everyone would do once in their lifetime. I hope I can get back to Uganda soon again!
