Effortless and stress free travelling with kids!
5/5

All in all I would say that Encompass surpassed our expectations!
Every detail from the beginning right through to the end was well thought out and delivered!
All those internal flights through central Africa all timed perfectly.

We had several choices of accomodation in each place we stopped at and Stephanie who helped me put this trip together had her finger on the pulse! The accomodation suggestions were perfectly picked! Steph was great in helping me make all the decision for this trip & that we kept to our budget and still got the outcome we wanted!
The safari choices that were picked (& there are soooo many choices out there!) were brilliant!
Zambia, Botswana and South Africa safari’s all had their uniqueness about them. The kids did not get bored as we broke the trip up...& I would highly recommend doing this for safari rather than doing 2-3 weeks straight.
I would not hesitate in recommending Encompass at all! & I have already suggested friends of ours to go through them! They will not disappoint
Thxnk you Emcompass.

This place will not be large and the wildlife will not get much. My hotel has good weather which is high, with a lake view in the morning which is very beautiful.

Safari bookings did a great job of connecting us to a child friendly safari lodge. Very nice drivers and transport to and from hotels/airport and quality service at the lodge.

Great! From start to finish!
5/5

I did the 7 day Kenya tour and must say that the experience was great! My tour agent Steve assisted me every step of the way from picking up at the airport to dropping me off. The safari guide Gibson was very knowledgeable and took extra time to show the animals around! Lodging and food was as expected. In conclusion, it was a great trip and well worth the price! I highly recommend you to ask for Steve if calling for Land Rail Safaris!

awesome 3 day safari with George
5/5

Had the perfect experience with Spirit of Kenya. 3 days was a perfect amount of time for our family and we got to see a LOT of animals. The staff is very knowledgeable and the best part was Tiago who was helping us craft our trip was very responsive--usually emailing back within 10 minutes or less. We did miss our driver picking us up from the airport as he was stuck in traffic but the hotel also had a free airport shuttle so it worked out. The safari itself was better than I expected and all accommodations were great. We stayed at the Azure Mara camp and did the hot air balloon safari one morning.

Reality exceeds expectation
5/5

We had an amazing safari , everything went perfectly well. The company worked on our booking very fast and with awesome effectiveness. They were very punctual, competent and professional at all times.

Selected accommodations couldn't have been better. All the staff were very kind and friendly, the setting was idyllic and the food was very tasty. We'll definitely miss our cup of coffee in the camps after the safari!!

Before finishing, we'd like to thank Stephen, our guide and driver, for being so charming, coming along with us these seven days and helping us during the tour. We only have good words for him, he was the best partner we could have ever had!! Thank you, Stephen, you made our safari very special. We hope to see you again someday!

On balance, we were very happy and pleased with the tour in general and we strongly recommend Bateleur Eagle Safaris!!

Great experience!
4/5

It was a very good safari. We took the option at $ 800 (4 days safari + 2 days hotel in Arusha).
It was in English. We knew it.

Humphreys coordinates the whole thing with Ali. They are very friendly and accommodating. Humphreys found us a free driver for our return to the Kilimanjaro airport in the middle of the night for example :)

To talk about the safari, the first day we did tarangire. Then we went to sleep in a nice camp with "beds" on the heights of Lake Manyara. The program planned to sleep in Tarangire but I think what we did was better because that way we drive less the next day to the Serengeti. Camps correct at Serengeti and Ngorongoro.

The cook was excellent. The guide was good even though we punctured 4 times. Fortunately there is a lot of car to help so we have never waited long. The tents are spacious and my bedding comfortable and clean. As a bonus we had 2 bottles of wine offered by the team :)

The negatives that prevent me from putting five stars are:
1 the first day at the hotel dinner is not included and we are made to understand very directly that the tip of 80 (40 guide, 40 cook) dollars per couple is mandatory. It could be interesting for you to simply pay the employees better by letting the customer freer as we were on a safari in Selous
2 Even if it were good, it would be necessary to better train the guides to the knowledge of parks and animals (going further than: "the lion sleeps almost all the time" or "the elephant is a dangerous animal"
3 The program announces 5 game drives but there are only 4 (which is more than enough and I do not know how we could do one more)

In summary I highly recommend because for this price it was still almost perfect! Very good performance compared to the competition.

Thank you !
