Great professional tour operator
Totally great and fully professional tour operator for Masai Mara. We were on 3 days trip (2 nights) at Sentrim Lodge. Lodge is ok with very nice accommodation and pool. Massage is available at lodge. No WiFi!!!! Not even in the lobby!!!
We had Obama ( yes, his real name) as our guide. All Big 5 in one day! Obama was very nice and informative. We had a lot of fun which made all trip very easy and enjoyable.
I will recommend Reny Safaris to everybody who wants quality safari at favorable price.

The safari of a lifetime, a dream come true!
The Safari trip was 5 nights, 6 days and we spent one day in Nairobi. I went there with my brother and his wife, we requested a driver for our stay in Nairobi, they provided us with an excellent driver with no extra charge.
Sunup are very well organised, we were lucky to have "Surat" as our guide and driver, very professional, knowledgeable and decent, his main concern was to keep us pleased and satisfied.
it was an amazing experience, the hotel selections (lodges and camps) was great, the Sarova Sheeba game lodge with the baboons around you was a new and exciting experience for all of us.
everything was perfect, I relied on them in all decisions since I felt from the beginning that they were professional and they actually exceeded our expectations.

Great safari, great guy!
We, 4 of us, had an excellent 5-day safari with Ernest Nnko, co-owner of Momella African Adventure, who was our guide and driver. He picked us up in Momella (at Africa Amini Alama, a charity hospital in Momella where we worked for 2 weeks), and we spent 1½ days in Tarangire National Park, then 2½ days (2 nights at Mawe Tented Camp) in Serengeti. Ernest seems to know the area like the back of his hand, knows all about the animals and people, their habits, habitats, and culture, and is generally a treasure-trove of all kinds of interesting information. He can spot the tail of a leopard in a tree a half mile away while navigating skillfully and carefully around potholes. Finally, he is an excellent, reliable, and congenial travelling companion. He speaks English and German. His is a small but growing family company, and he deserves to be more well-known.
Amazing safari experience in Mana Pools and on the Zambezi!
The location of the camp was excellent and the accommodation very comfortable. Fabulous food, thanks to Isaiah our chef who worked tirelessly all day. The service from the camp staff was excellent and everybody was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother. The game drives/walks and canoe safari were a wonderful experience - we saw and learnt so much. Our guide Mark Van Zuydam was very knowledgeable and professional and both he and our other guide Norman helped us to feel really immersed in our surroundings, at the same time feeling safe and secure. We will definitely use Natureways again. Loved every minute. Exceeded out expectations.

The trip included 8 days safari AMBOSELI-NAKURU-MASAI MARA with extras such as , balloon trip, and a day in Nairobi visit to Karen Blixen and Sheldrick elephant orphanage

Best of the best safari!
I have booked a 8 nights Safari in Tanzania between Tarangire - Lake Manyara - Lake Natron - Serengeti (north and central) - Ngorongoro - Lake Eyasi.
Since the booking Asser, the owner of the company, has been really great, customizing the tour following my needs.
Everything was really professional since the first email and the booking process was really smooth.
Being a small company, Orongai safaris has great care for their customers: the communication between the booking and the start of the Safari has always been accurate and effective.
Then, when the time for the safari arrived, everything from the beginning was absolutely fantastic!
1. the driver / guide, Jackson, is a safe driver and has great knolwedge of the parks and we were always there at the right time to see the best things: the river crossing by the wildebeest, the lions hunting, the leopard having his food, the cheetah with her babies...
Moreover he was always helpful in explaining things and the dynamics of wildlife
2. the car was really comfortable and clean. Water was provided every day
3. the accommodations were really good, especially the tented camps in the Serengeti
4. the itinerary was well designed, we never had to rush and had enough time to enjoy everything at the right pace
4. Asser was really kind and wanted to meet me at the start and the end of the tour: this is great customer care!
It was my fifth experience in Africa and i have to admit that this safari in Tanzania was the best of my life.
Orongai safaris is a reliable company and i would suggest to book with them over the biggest company in Arusha if you want to have a better customer experience.

Great company with wonderful staff
The team at Wild Dog Safaris organized a self-drive trip for us. Everything was arranged perfectly and the 4x4 vehicle was in excellent condition. It was one of the best Africa trips I made. Namibia is such a beautiful country. I would recommend Wild Dog Safaris to friends and family any day.

Amazing, Delightful and Friendly!
In the beginning, we were a little hesitant as we were not familiar with South Africa and also our first time travelling through a tour operator. Our worries disappeared when we checked into our first flight. From then on, it was magically amazing. All the transfer rides were on time and waiting for us. The accommodations were also all ready and have been informed that this was our honeymoon thus going out of their way to make it even more magical. Prior, Sasha was extremely helpful, guiding and advising us. In fact, we initially wanted to go on a different itinerary, but she suggested otherwise which turned out to be a great one!
She did not stop there, she went further and arranged for each of our accommodation to prepare something special for us given that this was our honeymoon. And it must be said that the safari reserves and safaris that was booked by her turned out to be something almost out of this world especially for Leopard Hills. It was simply breathtaking. As it turns out, itineraries that we purchased separately were the most disappointing one as compared to what she planned for us.
Special mention also goes to Pippa as well who was prompt in responding when we were on the 'ground'.
So beautiful that we cannot wait to have her plan for our next Africa adventure!
