First safari - the best
Helen, Tom and I went with Ernest on overnight safari and had the most amazing time. Ernest is extremely knowledgeable and informative, patient, funny and kind. He knew where to go for sightings, including wild dogs which was a really find on a first safari. Would highly recommend the company and Ernest. Thank you so much!!

Perfect trip to Serengeti and Ngorongoro
The Safari was well organized - from the pick up at the Airport until the drop off in the residence. The guide was well experienced, very friendly and willing to tell us a lot of background information about the animals and the surrounding. He also leaded us successfully to watch a great variety of wild animals. Even in heavy rain showers we found good spots for observations. Meals have been good and the cook was delighted to get driven by a masungo :-). Due to park regulations it was not possible to provide this service more often :-(. The 4 wheel drive was very ok. All together a great vacation! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9WChSO-qug

Perfect Christmas and NewYears Safari with Tanzania Explorer
Last christmas me and a couple of friends traveled to Africa. The thought of seeing and experience the wildlife on the African savannah have always been a dream of mine.
We picked out Tanzania after reading online reviews about the area, the parks, the variation of wildlife and off course chances of seeing a lion.
We contacted Tanzania Explorer, gave them our ideas about the trip, our budget, the duration of the holiday and what we wanted to see and experience. After a little time, they came back to us with a plan, combining safari and high luxury at Zanzibar perfectly. Local and serviceminded guides and staff at the resorts made the safari so good. The guides local knowledge about the different parks, the animals and speaking english made the safari even better. Elephant, lions, crocodile, giraffs, we saw it all :) After the safari which lasted 5 days, we ended the holidays with 5 more days at Zanzibar. We lived at a place called Fruit and Spice which Tanzania Explorer recommended to us. High luxury, great service, food and a perfect place to start of the new year.
Tanzania Explorer provided us with all neccesary info about the trip on advance, vaccines, local currency, prepayments, what to expect when arriving at the airport in Dar es salaam and so on. I felt in control and taken care of throughout the entire trip. If you have plans going to Tanzania on a safari, I would definetly recommend Tanzania Explorer.

15 Day Kenya-Tanzania Safari
We completed a 15-day Kenya-Tanzania Safari in August, 2015.
After witnessing the Great Migration in Masai Mara on Day 2 of the safari, it was easy to think it couldn’t possibly get any better. But it did…repeatedly.
This was our second safari with KETS, so we had the highest expectations and weren’t disappointed. In Tanzania, we followed the northern circuit: Serenageti (Western Corridor and Seronera), Olduvai Gorge, Ngorongoro Crater & Lake Manyara. We returned to Kenya via Amboseli, then spent the final 5-days in Tsavo East, at Bigi camp on the Galana River. For elephant lovers who enjoy being in the middle of remote wilderness, Bigi Camp is for you.
A few highlights: spent 2-nights at Sarova Mara. The buffet alone would make this a destination, but add Masai Mara and brace yourself for stellar experiences. In the Serengeti, we stayed at Mbalageti Lodge. The sweeping views across the plains of Serengeti are unbeatable. A lion spent the night under our cabin, and its low rumblings kept waking us up…but we didn’t complain! At the Bigi Camp, we loved observing tuskers wandering around the tents. As vegetarians, we were pleased to see that most of the buffets at the lodges we stayed were free of animal products.

Service that went above and beyond.
All I can say up front is WOW!!!
Our Booking Specialist (and there is no other word for her) Kerry was on top of everything, even with 8,000 miles between my house in California and South Africa. Emails were responded to with 24 hrs almost all the time (I thinks 3 days was the longest and that was only once). Every question was answered, every detail planned out.
Because this company is located in South Africa, they have the local knowledge lacking of a safari company based state-side.
Below is the trip report I sent to Kerry at the end of our trip. Note: She responded the next day.
I'll break it down by area:
Zambia - This was the one place we wished we had more time had the airline schedules allowed. The one suggestion we would have was to have the canoe trip later in the afternoon. It took 5 hours to do the walking safari and we had no time for lunch, so the canoe trip felt like a route march.
Other than that, the hotel was fantastic in every way. Seeing Victoria Falls from both sides was great. The sunset cruise was magical.
Simbavarti - One word sums this place up - perfect. The size was right on the mark. Our guide, Mike, was incredible. We met some South Africans from South of Jo'burg and became fast friends. I don't know how people can only stay 3 days. We could have stayed more and still have been wowed. The river location allowed us to see so much. The staff there cannot do enough for you. We were able to do a drive the day we left. How that place is not a 4 star property I don't know. It was hard to leave.
Also, you staff on the Emergency line helped get vouchers to us when we thought we lost them in Cape Town.
Cape Town - David, our guide, was great; very knowledgeable. Had a minor mix up at the airport, but easily sorted. The Lawhill Apartments were great. Just as you said, easy walking to everywhere. How we got so lucky with the weather we won't know. The first day not a cloud touched Table Mountain all day and we had a great view from the top. The city tour was brief, but educational, then off to Robben Island. We even whale watched on the way back.
David had great recommendations for dinner every night.
The wine tour was great. 6 bottles of South Africa's best are heading back to California. I'm going to look for South African wines more when I get home. Our tour of the Cape was probably the highlight of Cape Town. From the cape to the penguins to a sunset dinner at Couts Bay, we didn't want it to end.
But it has, and after doing some last minute shopping we're heading home.
Thank you so much for putting this together.

Thank-you Vayeni for taking our hearts back to Africa
Vayeni did an amazing job of assisting my wife in organizing the most magical surprise 40th birthday holiday. My wife was provided with great options and ideas to suit our needs which we were able to enjoy with our two young children. They provided us such professional yet at the same time such personal service from start to finish.
Thank-you again for your knowledge, passion and the best birthday ever.

Fabulous trip!
I had a wonderful time on safari!!! My guide was very friendly and welcoming. He knew all about the animals, trees, and history of the area and I felt like I got a cultural tour with the safari. He was flexible and was willing to make stops at some of the stores to see the tanzanite and to get coffee at a local shop. On safari he knew the parks like the back of his hand and knew which trails to go on to see certain animals. It was a wonderful trip. The only downside was that it was harder to pay for than other safaris. There is no option to pay for it online. I had to send a copy of my credit card with a filled out form.

Simple, Secure and Enjoyable.
Planning to go on for a gorilla trekking safari in Uganda at Bwindi Impenetrable Forest seemed like an overwhelming task however, l lucked out because I luckily found and used Gorilla tour booking safaris. Every detail of my 3-day gorilla trekking safaris was taken care of, starting with a guide meeting me at the airport-Entebbe International Airport. All needed documentation was made available to me so I knew exactly what to expect for each day of our trip. I would highly recommend using Gorilla tour booking safaris and will use them again on my next trip to Uganda.
