Hardworking and helpfull
5/5

We spent 10 days in kenya masia mara, lake nakuru, lake navashia and amboselli, we booked with bienvenido tour and purity helped us through out and was very helpful and professional, our driver ERIC made the holiday much more memorable as he was very nice and made sure we saw all the big five. He knew all the animals and answered every question we had and made sure that we had a great holiday. Very happy with the service would recommend to every one to book with them and ask for eric as there driver, 10/10

Well planned
5/5

The trip was amazing.. it was very well planned with a good vehicle and a great driver in Ronnie. Ronnie was very accommodating and helped me throughout the trip. I can only say positive things about this trip. I highly recommend East Africa Jungle Safari if you are in Uganda.

Wonderful experience in the Masai Mara!
5/5

In the beginning of June 2024 I did a three-day mid-range Safari to the Masai Mara with Jockey Tours. In one word: it was wonderful!. Jockey Tours did a great job. The tour was very well organized, the location I stayed (Jambo Mara Lodge) was excellent. Our driver and guide Raheem was awesome! He is a very good driver and guide (so we didn’t get stuck in the mud like some others), he knew where to go and tried everything to show us the wildlife of the Masai Mara. Besides that he provided with all kinds of information and he was very kind and polite. I will certainly book again with Jockey Tours (and Raheem) for a safari in Kenya.

Amazing Safari with comfortable camp, vehicles, and staff!
5/5

I just completed a three-day safari in the Maasai Mara and it was an incredible adventure. The variety of animals we encountered was astonishing, and the comfort of our vehicle and the camp exceeded my expectations. The luxury tents felt more like a regular room than a camping setup. Our driver, Steve, was friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Maggie, who organized the tour, was very attentive and responded promptly to all my queries. I highly recommend Pixworld Adventures for your tour; they are highly experienced and provide excellent service at a very reasonable price!

Great safari trip
5/5

We were really lucky with spotting the animals. It was soo incredible to see lion and cheetah cubs! The food our chef Gideon made was really good and that he took care about my friend and me as vegetarians was so nice. Our driver was Lobulu and he brought us save through the whole trip. We booked the safari with Jerome who answerd all our questions quickly. Overall we had an amazing safari with nice people in our group and lots of animals that we spotted.

A superb experience! Mother nature
5/5

I thoroughly enjoyed this safari! The tour company was very prompt in responding to our inquiries and extremely helpful throughout the booking process. The safari itself was amazing, with guides who were knowledgeable, fun, and friendly, allowing us to see all the animals in the Maasai Mara. The accommodations were cozy and provided exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. I cherished this experience so much that I would gladly return for another trip.

Great safari experience
5/5

They are kind and trustworthy people. My driver and guide, Richard, was fantastic! During a three-day trip in the off-season in May, despite challenging road conditions and tall bushes, he skillfully navigated various parts of the park. We reached the Mara River and saw over ten lions (including three in a tree and two right beside our car), nine cheetahs, three rhinos, and numerous elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, buffalo, and impalas. It was an incredible experience, and I highly recommend Richard.

Turned out to be an enjoyable experience!
5/5

Out of desperation and due to our limited time in Kenya, we booked less than half a day before the trip without doing any prior research. As a result, our expectations were quite low. However, I'm pleased to say that it was an enjoyable experience and well worth the price. The campsite was excellent and the food was good. Our tent had solar-powered lights and hot water. The tour itself matched exactly what was described on the tour information page.
I want to thank Pixworld for accommodating our last-minute request to go on this safari.

Knowledgeable, immediately responsive and a great variety of safaris.

Wayne has an intimate knowledge about Kruger the wildlife and accommodation. His response to any request or comment is remarkable. If you are thinking about a safari in Kruger Wayne should be your first choice.

Wonderful guides and places to stay
5/5

We enjoyed our time with 2 different sets of 2 drivers; one for Ruaha and the other for the parks around Arusha. All four drivers were wonderful and extremely helpful. One saved our lives. In Ruaha our right front wheel bearing broke on the way back to the hotel. The other vehicle returned to pick us up; on the way back a male elephant was in the road; our driver pulled to the side to let him go by until he approached us and started a charge. Our driver backed up faster than the elephant and he soon was not visible on the road. When we resumed our way up the road he charged us from the side (it was planned ambush) but we got past him safely.

Our guides were knowledgeable and helpful at all times . They guided us to good shopping opportunities as well as finding all the animals we had hoped to see.

Most of the hotels were outstanding . However one, Masailand, had terrible beds (We tried 2 different rooms.). The hotel staff were fine; Heart and Soul was outstanding for service.

I can not comment on value for the money as I do not know what the alternatives were. I hate to tip; I wish companies would pay their personnel enough so large tips would not be expected.
