My wonderful in Kenya
5/5

I am from China coming alone Kenya and looking for a travel agent who can arrange a safari journey for me. On safari.com, I have access to a lot of companies and send e-mail but only this company is willing to help me to arrange safari trip. Travel agent Angelina is very helpful to make a four-day trip for me and according to my budget to arrange the appropriate hotel and time trip.I was her first Chinese reception, she not only prompted and assisted my visa Application for the situation with the yellow fever injection, but also accompanied me four days trip. When the next night I received my boss asked me to rush to Mombasa to deal with business affairs, Angelina immediately arranged and found the next day at noon a small plane fly from Amboseli national park to Mombasa, and accompany me to the local and arrange a return plane to Nairobi! She is a lovely young lady, she is my four days Kenya trip dedicated to arrange a perfect journey for me, if the future from China's free travellers or group of passengers want to visit Kenya to participate in safari tour, I sincerely recommend for them this company! At last I am thousands thank you Angelina and two drivers:Big bro John and Willy! All of them take care to me!

Perfect Safari with Soul of Tanzania
5/5

We just came back from our safari through the parks in the North of Tanzania: Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Lake Eyase, Ngoro Ngoro Crater, Central and Northern Serengeti.
I was travelling with my family, and it was the first safari experience for my 2 kids, aged 13 and 14.
It has been a stunning experience.
After some research we decided to go for the proposal of Soul of Tanzania, and we can only recommend this safari company.
Our guide, Dominique, was top-class: very knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, very experienced and an expert and careful driver, always willing to look for the best spot to view the cats or a river crossing.
The itinerary was very well designed, not too tiring and with a variety of landscapes.
The proposal to fly back from northern Serengeti instead of driving has proved to be a very good choice.
The accommodation resulted in a perfect mix of permanent camps, lodges and mobile camps, which was exactly what we were looking for. We particularly loved Chaka Mobile Camp in Northern Serengeti: unforgettable!
The hot lunches served every day during the game drives were much appreciated: we always were offered a wide choice of excellent food, and we were using steel dishes and cutlery, which were not only nice, but also are not producing tons of waste like the lunch boxes many other safari companies are providing.
At first I was a bit sceptical about the proposal to meet the tribes at Lake Eyase, we were in Tanzania for the wildlife and I was scared we would end up seeing something really just set up for tourists. After having met the Hadzabe, I must admit that it was just like entering in a time machine.
The wildlife we encountered in the parks just left us speechless: not only the big cats, but also the hundreds of flamingos and pelicans in Lake Manyara, the hyppos fighting for the territory, the thousands of wildebeests crossing the Mara River and the crocodiles hunting for them.
We enjoyed every second of our trip to Tanzania.

9 day safari experience beyond our highest expectations, it was so amazing!
5/5

In the middle of August, we experienced the most unbelievable and exciting 9 day safari in Tanzania which was way beyond our expectations. How do you describe perfect? That’s what our safari adventure was thanks to Easy Travel and the best guide ever, Jackson! We’re amazed at all we saw, including a cheetah hunt and kill, two of the elusive black rhinos, one in the Serengetti and one in Ngorongoro Crater, birds of all kinds, lots of every type of species in the deer family (including the smallest, the dik dik) and two crossings of the Mara River in the Great Migration, one of which was the largest observed in two seasons. We enjoyed watching 5 cheetahs and four leopards over the eight days, along with a spotting of two tree climbing lions sleeping in a tree. We also had days that we joked were the “day of the lion” when we spotted forty, the “day of the hippo” when we saw over 50”, “day of the giraffe” when we saw over 60, not to mention innumerable numbers of elephants, baboons, wildebeests, zebras, hyenas and warthogs. We were treated to smaller wildlife in the bush too; jackals, cerval cats, lizards, a tortoise, two types of Mongoose, Hyrax and an African rock python. Wow!
In the spring, our adult daughter, a high school biology teacher, received a monetary award from a special fund at her school to be used for wherever she wanted to travel. After deciding on a trip to Africa, she asked us, her parents, to join her for this experience. After extensive research online, talking with friends who had been to Africa and lots of discussion, it was decided we would book a private tour with Easy Travel, which was ranked #1 on Trip Advisor for the area. From the very first email, we were reassured by the prompt replies and willingness to work with our budget and desires for the safari. Over the next few months, there were speedy responses to questions that arose as we researched and prepared for the trip. The Easy Travel website provided good information and FAQ’s to help us have a successful experience.
Our first day, we were warmly met at Mt. Kilimanjaro Airport by our driver/guide Jackson, who immediately put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands.
He drove us to our first night’s accommodations at the Tulip Tree Hotel in Arusha. There we were joined by Emmanuel from the local ET office. He made us feel welcome to Tanzania and briefed us on what to expect for the next 8 days, from accommodations, game drives, gratuities, safety and answered our questions. We were greatly surprised to also receive a special cake to celebrate our daughter’s award and our 48th anniversary.
This special care and thoughtfulness continued throughout our safari. The lodgings arranged for us at the comfort level were all very good and as advertised. The staff members at each location were friendly and truly accommodating, anticipating any needs. The food was delicious and plentiful, including the box lunches provided every day, and we always felt safe. We were extremely surprised and thrilled to have special singing by staff and a cake at every accommodation. We will never forget how special this made us feel and we will always have those memories.
The 8 days of our safari, from Tarangire to Lake Manyara, the Serengetti: north, central and south, to Ngorongoro Crater and back to Arusha were magical, especially thanks to the instincts, care, sense of humor, genuine love of the Serengetti and a willingness to share information on the history, ecology, geography and wildlife of Jackson, our guide. He had endless patience to stop when we thought we spotted something and check it out, to back up when there was a particular picture one of us wanted, or to go pole, pole (slowly, slowly in Swahili) for me due to some physical limitations. We’re sure he worked extra hours each day to ensure we had the best possible experience, and at times even he seemed amazed by what we were seeing or experiencing. From the very first we were drawn into the excitement of the hunt and Jackson’s keen eyesight and experience made each day an awesome appreciation of the beauty and life in this vast area of Tanzania (we learned during the safari that others call him the “Bush Doctor” because he is so in tune with life in the bush).
After our debriefing with Emmanuel at the Easy Travel office in Arusha, it was with great sadness that we said goodbye to Africa and Jackson.

Great experience and nice staff
4/5

we have our own group and signed up for a 9 days safari tour for both Kenya and Tanzania. the communication with Martha was very effective and she replied to our queries with no delay.
As it's a budget tour, we didn't expect much for the accommodation, most of tour was camping, the camp site is clean and well set up, most sites even had hot water for shower, meals were considered quite good given it's cooked in national park with limited resources. Camping at Ngorongoro is freezing cold during night but we were not well informed, so all of us couldn't sleep on that night, but animals visiting made up some of the bad feeling. hotel in Arusha was quite terrible, but no harm done for just two nights stay.
both our tour guides were very good, 4wd in Tanzania was very nice, only the road to NP was very bumping, which couldn't do much about it.
overall the safari was amaizing, saw lots of animals, all big 5 we had spotted, Big time's service was very professional, the tour was at great value for its cheap price.

Saw the big 5 and much much more . Camping most nights but nice tents , good food and great guides - highly recommended for the price . We also booked our Kilimanjaro climb through baboon budget which again was great value for money and well organised . If you want a budget safari look no further !

Brilliant. Trip of a lifetime ! If I could give 6 Stars for outstanding I would.
5/5

Our whole adventure was sublime from the start of our 7-day Kenyan safari until the end. Francis, Naomi and Joseph were the consummate professionals and they made our safari even more special, and we will genuinely not forget it for the rest of our lives. We opted for the mid-level safari with 4* lodges and every single one of them (2 nights Amboseli - Kibo Lodge, 1 night Nakuru - Lake Nakuru Lodge, 2 nights Maasai Mara - Mara Sopa Lodge and 1 night Lake Naivasha - Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge) was perfect with very high standards of luxury. Francis our guide was amazing...punctual, funny, kind, polite and a gentleman. He made sure we had the best time when out on a Game Drive, (Safari) We got to see so much wildlife in their natural habitat thanks to him and it was simply fantastic. I cannot recommend or speak highly enough of Heritage of African Jungles, my wife and I are experienced travellers and they didn't put a foot wrong. From picnics on the open savanna, to getting very close to lion cubs feeding, and elephants mere feet away on the trail, they get top marks for making it happen. Communication pre-safari was excellent and a deposit of 20% secured a trip that had been on our bucket list for years. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you guys for your hard work and wish you all the success in the world, you truly deserve it. Our upmost respect. Lee & Olya Bradley.

Samburu, Lake Nkuru, Masai Mara, Elsamere and Amboseli by van
5/5

This was an outstanding tour, both my wife and I feel this was the best vacation since we have been married (10 years). Kennedy was our driver/guide and did a fantastic job of finding wildlife. Boy did we see wildlife. We saw the big 5 in three days!. We were amazed at how close we could get to Lion, elephant, cheetahs and the elusive leopards. I had a 55-300mm telephoto lens but other that for animal head shots, didn't need it.

We are 68 and 67 and were a little worried the trip might too rigorous but no we left tired but thrilled after 10 wonderful days. We are from Seattle WA and were surprised that the lodgings were better than expected and we did four nights in the luxury tents, the Kibo safari camp and the Sekenani Camp which come complete with a full size bath, shower and toilet. At the Maasai Mara we heard lions roar one night and very close by, but the area is patrolled all night and if the lions get too close they turn the camp lights on!

The drives between destinations were long sometimes 5 hours or so but nevertheless interesting to pass through the countryside and villages.

Communication was excellent. Emails were replied the same day and telephone calls returned

All in all a big thank you Mr OT and Kennedy for a great vacation.
