These guys are simply the best. They amazed us almost in everything during our safari. We contacted them directly through their website and they customized our tour which was just wow! awesome. They took us to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara where we were able to see all big five animals. I can still remember the hyena's voices like laughing at us like we were strangers in the Serengeti haa! We spent all nights inside the parks and we felt like we were back to home (nature). Their guide Isa was the best. This man deserve a tour guide golden medal. He is extensively and intensively knowledgeable in this field and i wish he could be a teacher to other guides. Team was responsive and able to accommodate our requests.
Our tour guide (Barney) was knowledgeable about wildlife, Kruger National Park and South Africa. He told us about how the animals inhabit the space and diligently looked out for different animals while he drove us around the park. Before and during the trip he was responsive via text/phone. He was able to accommodate our request when we had to shorten the tour by one day due to a logistical reason. I would recommend booking a private tour with Wildlife Safari.
Accommodations while we were at the Kruger National Park were okay. The accommodation at the final stop (Hazyview) was particularly nice.

Nice solo trip in Kenya provided by AXIS
During my solo trip to Kenya for five days and four nights, I am incredibly grateful for Jimmy, my driver and guide, whose assistance made the entire experience unforgettable. Brilliant!
We have just finished a fantastic safari with African Big Cats Safaris.
We chose African Big Cats because the booking process was simple. They were so easy to contact and very responsive while we chopped and changed our plans.
From the moment we arrived at the airport, our guide, Elias, took such good care of us! He was so knowledgeable about all of the different places and animals that we saw. He went over and above to make sure that we saw as many animals as possible, and was good fun too!
We also loved the accommodation chosen for us by African Big Cats. We stayed in some lovely places, and ate great food!
We would definitely recommend African Big Cats Safaris!

The best way to feel the wild Okavango.
It is undoubtedly the best way to LIVE the Okavango. It still makes my skin crawl when I think about the trip and the experience and the truth is that it could not have been better. The guides, Tebla in particular is a true master. We have learned a lot with him and it has been a very pleasant trip. It's nice to have people like that by your side to live the best possible experience.
Seeing the animals so close, in their natural habitat and learning from them is a fascinating adventure.
It has been one of the best days of our lives. We will definitely come back.

Sam was the ultimate guide and driver for our safari’s.
Our guide was Sam and he did an outstanding job in so many ways. He was excellent on the Safari’s of knowing where to look for different animals and having a large knowledge base on each animal. We saw a Leopard which was an animal we really hoped to see.
He was very personable and accommodating. On our next trip to Uganda we will request Sam as our guide again!

Excellent and very knowledgable guide - 3 day Lalibela tour for the Christmas celebrations
Daniel was excellent. We attended Christmas at Lalibela and Daniel ensured that our experience far exceeded our expectations. Daniel expertly navigated the site which was full of pilgrims for the celebrations ensuring we arrived seamlessly on time for all the best spectacles.
Daniel is very skilful at supporting photographers to help them realise images and find suitable subjects and situations. He's also very knowledgable about the site and its history.

A very good tour of Lalibela
Daniel organized and guided me through my 4 Night & 5 Days tour for Lalibela churches including the accommodation. He is very knowledgeable about the history, the churches (both the architecture and the religion and all the symbolism that goes with it) and the traditions. Daniel never forgot to mention to me all the important aspects and events of the tradition. I had the privilege to share a lunch with Daniel's wonderful family.
Daniel arranged also my 2 Night and 3 days tour of the Denakil Depression including the transportation transfer. He was not my guide during the tour but was so caring that he calls me daily to enquire about the trip.
I strongly recommend Daniel as both an organizer and a guide for any tour in Lalibela and beyond in Ethiopia.

Overall wonderful safari experience
We booked a trip with Serengeti Smiles for our honeymoon in Tanzania. During the booking process and time leading up to the safari there was very good communication from Baraka on the booking team. We were greeted at Arusha airport by Serengeti Smile’s driver who took us safely to the Arusha Planet lodge. We spent the next 5 days with our tour guide Champion and we felt very well looked after. He was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a great experience. He took us to the Tarangire, the Serengeti and the Nrongorogoro crater. Champion had a detailed knowledge and shared many facts with us about the geology of the national parks, the many different animals and Tanzanian culture in general. He was also talented at locating the animals within the safari and we had the chance to see all of the animals we had set out see. The safari car was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed including unlimited cold drinks. We would highly recommend Serengeti Smiles to other travellers as they were highly reliable and good value for money and all the staff provided us with a great service from start to finish.
