Amazing people
Due to a terrible mix-up and unbelievably useless immigration officers at the airport, we had to cancel our holiday to Ethiopia, but I'm writing this review because I was impressed with Hailemeskel from Finot Tours' support and patience during our planning process.
There was a lot of back and forth from our end before we finally agreed on an itinerary, but
Hailemeskel was more than accommodating, he was quick to respond and helped answer many questions I had.
And he put together an itinerary that included all the hot spots we wanted to see. We were super excited to visit this amazing country.
And when we arrived in Ethiopia, he waited for such a long time to pick us up, as we tried to get our visa issue sorted. He was more than understanding when things unfortunately transpired as they did and we had no choice, but to cancel our trip in the last second!
He was the only friendly voice that was comforting while our first impression of the country turned out to be less than satisfactory.
We are not sure we will attempt to visit Ethiopia again after the way we were treated at the airport, but if we ever did and to anyone who doesn't have to go through the hassle of getting a visa online, can't recommend anyone better to explore Ethiopia with, than Finot Tours.

Weekend @ Lake Mburo
We (family of 4) went to Lake Mburo with Katsam Adventures for a weekend trip. Our driver / guide picked us up in Kampala. We stopped at the equator for lunch. Once we arrived at Lake Mburo, we went for a first game drive. Our driver / guide was very knowledgeable.

They were very professional
I booked a trip with Go Touch Down Travel for a Kruger safari and Victoria Falls tour. Angie and her staff were very professional. The accommodations provided were top notch. Meals were well prepared and tasty. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. I gave them a four-star rating as part of the safari required me to take a flight to one of the safari locations, however only a last-minute observation prevented me from being left at the location after the safari. The flight did not include a return. This return flight became an additional expense. Notwithstanding the return flight mix up, I would recommend Go Touch Down Travel to others.

Great experience and great tour company!
We had a great time with Morningstar in Kenya and Tanzania!
Dennis was great to work with, was able to make all of our plans for us, and was able to make every request happen. We were even able to request different accommodations.
James and Jackson were also both great tour guides. More than once, we were able to have a meal with them and learn more about the countries and way of life.
The only reason we are giving a 4-star review is because, for a few days, one of the cars we were traveling in had a consistently dead battery which I feel took away time from seeing the animals. It was finally replaced after a few days and all was good. Overall, this probably took away minimal time but still significant enough of an inconvenience to mention.

Efficient, honest and reliable service provider.
The tour was great and everything went without a problem. Tongesai managed the tour with a quiet efficiency that was reassuring. The activities on tour were varied, interesting and as advertised. There were no unpleasant surprises, though there were some very early mornings with long bumpy drives. Overall, we were happy with the whole experience.

Nice safari experience in the Kruger park! Very quick communicatie by text and got an answer almost immediately. Arrangements were easily made and the whole trip was organized well.
We did a 3-day trip and spend 1 day in the Kruger, other drives were in a smaller game reserve which was not very clear for us. Overall experience was very good. Mister Lambs was an amazing guide and did such a good job!!

The Maasai Mara experience:a gateway to the side of Kenya you will never forget
I booked the 3-day Masai mara safari. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the safari drives through the Masai Mara. Seeing the vast herds of wildebeest and zebra during the migration was a breathtaking sight I will never forget. Our guide, Mr Mungai, who doubled up as our driver was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, making each game drive an educational and thrilling adventure. I was also impressed by the cultural experiences you arranged, such as the visit to a Maasai village. Interacting with the local people and learning about their traditions was a humbling and eye-opening experience that gave me a deeper appreciation for the region. Thank you again, Kensai, for putting together such an amazing itinerary and making my dream trip to Kenya a reality.
