Breath taking
Free Spirit Safari was amazing from beginning to end. The wildlife we saw was way beyond our expectations. My favourite was seeing the elephants and just how close we were able to get up to them. Couldn't fault the hoilday.

I was totally satisfied with this first class safari.
Great guides, nice vehicles, good accommodations and food. The guides really went out of their way to keep us happy. It was well worth the money.

Emile is incredibly knowledgeable and works so hard to make it a great experience!
Went to Akagera National Park for 2 days with Lion Safaris! Was lucky enough to see lions, elephants, zebras, impalas, hippos, and more. Emile was definitely a large part of ensuring I got to see so many animals! Everything from booking to paying to communications was seamless and made the experience that much better.

Incredibly organized and custom itinerary - great communication both before and during our visit!
Brian was a great communicator prior to our trip and made sure we knew what to expect once we arrived in Zimbabwe. The itinerary he planned and accommodations he reserved for us were excellent, and he was with us each step of the way to make sure the trip went smoothly. He tailored the itinerary to our preferences, and the activities were well-timed, varied enough that we got to experience many things in the area, and were a great value for the money paid. The guides he connected us with were incredibly knowledgeable, and it was clear that Brian and the team at Customise Travel only select the best for their guests!
We will certainly be contacting Brian again when we return to Zimbabwe and would recommend him and his team to anyone visiting the area!

budget safaris
As a solo traveler and motorbike rider, I was looking for some budget options for visiting the delta. I ended up with "G" (Gomolemo) and his father "Tu" for a three-day, two-night Moremi - Kwai safari. We kept it very simple, backpacking style. I enjoyed it a lot.
"If we knew your budget, maybe I would have improvised," G wrote in his reply to my email. I think this should be their company motto.
I recommend them to all friendly, open-minded, and adventurous people.

The best trip of my life
Soul of Madagascar Tours organized my trip as a solo traveler. Everyone was remarkable and caring. Theresia designed a fantastic itinerary for me and incredibly friendly. I was accompanied by guide Eric. I had an amazing experience in Madagascar. We shared a lot of good memories and fun moments. I recommend this agency 100% because they are very professional.

Quick & accurate responses; helpful
My driver, Manda, was waiting as soon as I stepped off the plane & the adventure began! Light snacks on the Zambezi River to see warthogs, crocodiles, hippos, exotic birds, an amazing sunset & to be on a river that connects 4 countries was incredible! The next morning after breakfast, we were off to see Mosi oa Tunya (The Falls). We saw the Zambia & Zimbabwean side. Our tour guides Martha & Prudence walked us through the rainforest, we saw gorges, baboons, beautiful trees & the sound of the falls was amazing! There were rainbows & incredible photo-ops. We had lunch at Lookout Cafe, what a beautiful restaurant with delicious food & top notch service. We took a helicopter ride over the falls, which was breathtaking. We also made a quick stop at Big Tree. The next day was Chobe, Botswana. We started with a boat ride on the river. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the animals! I learned a lot. After a fabulous buffet, at an all you can eat lunch, we were off to the land safari. Our guide, Mr.O, got us very close to the animals (which is what we wanted). What an extraordinary day! The next day we got to sleep in a little. Pick up time was 10am. We stopped at a local store to buy food & school supplies for the visit to the cultural village. It wasn’t mandatory, but I love to help people. The village chief & his wife were so hospitable & thankful for the items. The chief gave us an in-depth tour & explained how life works. My highlight was visiting the school they opened & meeting the lovely teachers & adorable children. After the village tour, we stopped in town for lunch, coffee & shopping. We then went to the hotel to relax a little & at 7pm we were off to Boma to have fun, dance, eat, play the drums & just enjoy! The next morning was time to say goodbye to beautiful Africa, but we enjoyed every minute. Believe it or not, I left out some details. There was so much to see & do! The only thing I would change would be to upgrade my room at the hotel. But the staff was so welcoming & helpful & the grounds were tropical & well maintained. If you can’t tell yet, you should book this trip!

Nice safari, but the overall interaction with the company was terrible.
The safari was a great experience, however, the experience outside of that was horrendous. The tour operator that we dealt with was very inconsistent and unreliable, not keeping agreements that were made prior to travelling to Arusha. Following from that, there were certain shady behaviours that were displayed throughout the experience, such as never confirming transfers post-safari, demanding cash the night prior to the safari (rather than at the beginning of the safari - as agreed upon), intimidating us on the way to the airport, asking for a sum of cash for the transfer to the airport, even though it was agreed that this sum was apart of the lump value we paid prior to the safari. All these actions left a blight on what was a great safari, so if you can go with a better operator I would highly recommend that for a bit of peace of mind that it may go a bit smoother.
Be careful of this company!
I would urge HIGH LEVEL of CAUTION interacting with the main point of contact, Erastus.
He was incredibly evasive when trying to get information regarding the tour from him, and did not provide any details of the itinerary at any point.
We had agreed to pay the remainder of the deposit at the start of our safari. However, within minutes of us arriving at our hotel the day before the safari, he sent someone to demand we pay the remainder of the deposit... very suspicious on how he would know where we were staying! As this information wasn't provided to him yet.
I had organised drop off at the airport with him for 40USD. On the last day, no one, whether that be Erastus or the driver told us how we would get to the airport. At one point, Erastus said we will get picked up by the clock tower in Arusha.... no one (including the driver) knew where the clock tower was. Eventually, a fellow traveler told us that we were getting dropped off at his hotel.
At this point, Erastus appears out of nowhere and says he will accompany us to the airport with the driver. Throughout this whole time, he was trying to intimidate us and eventually forced us to pay him 50USD for the trip.
I would highly recommend you consider another operator than mafie adventures.

Incredible Safari!! I wouldn't change it one bit!!
Suricata Safari provides a fantastic safari! From booking it, the staff were helpful in organising airport transfers, hotels before and after and support throughout the booking process.
Our tour guide Freddy was fantastic. Explained everything really well and was kind and friendly throughout the trip
Our chef Tito made amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner! He suited it to our vegetarian needs and made the most tasty of foods!
I would HIGHLY recommend to everyone and it will be the best Safari you'll ever go on!!
