Excellent Service & Communication ...got more than expectation..
5/5

We took a 6days 5 Nights package with Kenan Travel & Tours covering Masai-Mara,Lake Naivasha,Lake Nakuru & Amboseli.Though it was a short trip but the quality time we had was just amazing.
It was a pleasure knowing one of it’s owner Jane and the wonderful team specially Martin and Naftali, who made the safari experience pleasant and enjoyable. We are truly amazed by the hospitality of the company towards us.

Me and my wife are specially thankful to you Jane for making us so comfortable, and helping us in making decisions in every single step :-)

Thank you for the memories of a lifetime to team Kenan. My best wishes for them.

About: 4x4 Uganda
Great experience from start to finish
5/5

My girlfriend and I rented a Toyota Prado with 4x4 Uganda for 12 days to drive to Lake Mburo, QENP, Kibale and Murchison Falls. We had a great time and Paul was extremely helpful in the planning of the itinerary. When we needed the side mirror fixed he was quick to suggest a garage close by and handled payment directly with the garage. The camping equipment was exactly what we needed. I can wholeheartedly recommend 4x4 Uganda.

A lifetime's experience.
5/5

We did a 13 day safari across West Kenya/Tanzania and down to Zanzibar. It was a very well planned trip and our tour guide, David, was great. Also, the company representative, Otieno, responded to our queries quickly and help us all throughout. Would definitely recommend this company.

Unforgettable 10 days Safari in Kenya and Tanzania. Excellent guides and personal attention.
5/5

My friend and I did a 10 days Safari in Kenya and Tanzania to visit Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli, Taranguire, Serengeti and Ngoro-Ngoro crater.
I couldn´t have dreamed this countries to be so beautiful, so vibrant, so perfect. With breathtaking landscapes, excellent food, and cheerful people, I can say that this will be an unforgettable experience, an exceptional opportunity to get in touch with nature.
But none of this experience would have been so good if we didn´t have travelled with such good guides. Both Johnson (in Kenya) and Guideon (in Tanzania) were amazing. Very respectful, caring and excellent drivers, who did their best in order to help us profit our trip.
It’s not easy for two Argentinean women to trust a company in other country, so far from home, with a different language. But I can assure now that African Sunset Safaris and its owner are really trust worthy. We had to pay for some tickets with our credit cards and Haron Gashao made a crazy trip so that we could receive our money back before leaving the country.
Travelling with a local company was the best choice we could have done. Every lodge was perfect, every moment was perfect. And I can definitely recommend both guides and of course this company that was the only one that offered us such a personal treatment and let us plan the trip we wanted to do but with this local touch that made everything better.

Amazing 1 week trip to Selous and Ruaha plus Zanzobar extension of perfectly organized by RajaTours
5/5

RajaTours organized this fully tailormade trip for a friend of mine and me. We intended to visit the southern part of Tanzania to avoid heavily frequented national parks of the north, combined with a Zanzibar extension for one of us. Communication with and responsibility of Rajab was always excellent, usually I had the answer withon hours.

The tour itself fulfilled all expectations - contact with local people (thanks again to Esther for accompanying us and the insights into life in Tanzania), great sightings in two very different national parks. I therefore recommend RajaTours for all those who look for a tailormade Tanzania trip.

Don't book your Safari in Tanzania at this company, they failed completely!
1/5

We booked a safari by Vimics Group (part of Wellplanned Safaris) in Arusha, Tanzania. We found them on this website. We like to place a negative feedback about their company. Hopefully you will remove them from your website so other people won't have the same bad experience. The organasation failed completely. They put us together with two different groups, so the car was filled with 8 people, when they promised 5 instead. The hotels and accomodations where in 3 different places, so we spent each night driving to 3 different hotels. This took us about 3 hours each night because they where not close to each other. The same problem started in the morning when we had to pick up everybody. Because of this we started our safari at 9:30 each day instead of 6 am. like they promised us.
Also we booked a 6 day safari trip and the only planned 5, so they last day they had us wait for 2 hours, and finally a taxi picked us up to do a safari ( in a taxi !?) when we roads required a 4x4 car. We had to wait at least an hour for every gate because the paperwork was not in order. Other safari cars only waited about 2 minutes at the gate so this was not normal. Finally we made a complaint to Victor ( owner of Vimics Group). He promised us to refund $100 dollars. We still haven't received this money. Every promise they made didn't happen so I don't think they deserve to be on this website. I hope we can save others a bad experience.

Everything that was promised
5/5

We just returned from an 11 day trip to Kenya planned by Kenya Walking Survivors Ltd. It was the trip of a lifetime and we got everything we were promised. I think that Mr O must sleep with his computer because most of my correspondence were answered within hours in spite of the 8 hour time difference. Our guide/driver Paul was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. He certainly helped make the trip a success. The various places we stayed at were all excellent. Even though it was low season, the service was excellent. Because there were so few people at the facilities we didn't have buffets, but a choice of at least two or three options. I highly recommend KWSS if you are planning on visiting Kenya.

Lucky Solo Safari of Kenya and Tanzania with Zanzibar trip
5/5

This was my first trip to Africa and my first solo trip out of the US so I relied heavily on help from everyone at KWSS and they reply at a moments notice. By luck I ended up on my own private safari with Anthony in Kenya and Marcus in Tanzania (this was the low season). I cannot stress how much you need to rely on the guides. They know the area, the animals and how long it takes to travel from place to place. They will optimize your time and what desires you have and not overburden your trip. The photo shooting is far more of an adrenaline rush then I ever expected. Your experience is what you make of it. Anthony and I were about the same age so we really hit it off outside the safari as well talking about life and dating and comparing our countries to find we had a lot in common. Marcus's ecology degree really shined through with his knowledge of the animals adding a great deal to the experience. I did see all of the big 5 including rhino in both countries which is extremely rare. Dhow Inn was rather dream like in Zanzibar, very very good for couples. I will be back to Africa for another trip with this group.
