Beautiful experience, company went above and beyond!
5/5

The trip was incredible. Our guides went above and beyond in every way. They clearly were very experienced in all aspects of the trip. Trips between parks sometimes were long, but the driver was incredible at making everyone feel comfortable. He also spent a lot of time with us in the park to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see. And the food went beyond all expectations, it was gourmet cooking every night, and was absolutely delightful. Lodging was incredible as well. Thank you for providing such great guides and amazing itinerary/lodging.

A great experience , a trip i'll never forget. And a tourgide how understood his job, thanks Julius
5/5

From the day my wife and i decided to go on this trip we had some talks with Terah about the safari trip and got good info.
Tuesday june 14 we've been picked up by the cabdriver who took us to Mombasa, there we waited on the van with our tourgide and the other safaritrippers.
After we left Mombasa i got to see already a lot of the couintry wich i very much enjoyed. On our way to Tsavo we had a small rest for refreshing a bit and to look for souvenirs for who liked to buy something.
From the moment we arrived a Tsavo we could see right away the first animals, mostly elephants.
Realy what a special moment it was to see them in he wild natural enviroment in stead of seeing them in a zoo. After a couple of hours we arrived at the lodge where we spend the night at had a lunch and some time for R and R. The trip continued in the afternoon and it was only beautiful , the land, the scenery and all the wildlife we got to see.
At the end of our first day the guide got a phone call from another guiide who had spotted a group of lions, so as fast as he could he took us overthere. Wauw!!!! what a great experience was that to see this group so close to the van. I think they were so close to the van that i almost could touch them. This was the best experience i had that day. Now it was time to leave and go back to the lodge for diner and sleep,,, this we all really needed.
Day 2 , june 15. We had to wake up early for breakfast and left the lodge after that. The day started chilly but i did not even care about that, i was so excited about everything .So we all got in the van and started our second day. While we were driving and try to spot wildlife Julius our guide saw more then we even could see.He is a man who was seeing things we even didn't see and pointed us on that various times, i thank him for that. Also on the second day we got to see lions and even a couple of cheetah~s. OMG what a good decision to go on this trip it was worth to invest the time and some money in this, i realy can say this from the bottem of my heart! The trip went on for a few more hours and so we reached the end of the park. On our way back to Mombasa we made a last stop for some food and drink, after this stop the thought of the safari stayed in my mind. When we reached Mombasa our cabdriver was already there waiting for my wife and me and he brought us back home to Mwtapa... For all i can say : This was great and a beautiful, will do it again in the future, and for the people who are thinking of taking a safari i can only say DO IT, you wont regret!!!!.

Special thanks to Maureen , Terah, if we didn't know you we probally did niot go on this trip. And Julius thanks for showing us the beautifull park and pointing us at interesting things.
Also special thanks to my wife, without you i would not have enjoyed it so much as i did!! Asante Sana

3Dqay/2Night Safari in Chobe NP
5/5

Very pleased with Africa Zim travel. They made arrangements for the two of us to be picked up in Livingstone and transferred to Botswana for the safari. Logistics were superb with the hand off from shuttle to boat (to cross the border) to the safari leader seamless. Africa Zim was even able to accommodate a last minute change from us to be returned to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe instead of the originally agreed upon Livingstone, Zambia at the end of the safari at no additional charge.

The safari itself was sub-contracted out to Cape Fig Safaris based out of Kasane/Chobe in Botswana and they were excellent. I would 100% recommend that you request that Africa Zim books your trip to Chobe with this operator.

Three small notes:
1) The itinerary provided by Africa Zim mentions time to stop in Kasane to shop for some last minute supplies or curios. We did not get this chance. Wasn't a problem for us, but probably something Africa Zim should communicate to their sub contractors or remove that item from the itinerary.
2) I paid 25% upfront using PayNow (kind of the Zimbabwe version of PayPal), which does assess a fee for making payment, just something to keep in mind.
3) The final 75% was requested in cash, which may be a lot for people to be carrying on there person (and difficult to obtain in Zimbabwe currently). You may want to ask to make other payment arrangements.

A Truly Unique and Unforgettable Experience!
5/5

I could not conceive of a more knowledgable or better guide then our animal whisperer, Erasto and his driver Elisante. They gave us a unique experience that was unparalleled to anything we could have imagined. Aside from seeing lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, gazelles, hippos and many other incredible wildlife......Erasto took us to places well off the beaten tract, including visiting Bushmen and Maasai and Chaga villages. He drove hours from our scheduled itinerary to insure that we saw the great migration of the wildebeests, who had traveled further west. Erasto speaks fluent English as well as Swahili and his native Maasai. He is well educated and fascinating and we enjoyed many interesting conversations together. The accommodations and food were among the best and though we moved around a lot, we delighted in the hospitality and comfort of each new place. In short, E & H Blessed Safaris goes above and beyond to ensure your safari is memorable, exceptional, exciting, safe and the trip of a lifetime!!

The best way to travel in Uganda
5/5

We have just returned from the holiday experience of a lifetime in Uganda, and have to thank Uzuri Safaris for making it possible. As we had only four days to cover huge distances, have as wide an experience as possible and of course see some gorillas, it was a logistical proposition for them to tackle. The gorilla experience was of course the highlight, and will be remembered long after the photographs fade. The flights to Bwindi, the accommodation there, and subsequently in Queen Elizabeth National Park were Extremely good. Our guide, Noel was the perfect combination in a guide in Africa; wildlife expert, safe driver and a courteous, lovely guy. I would recommend highly.

Exhilarating
4/5

The tour was very nice, it provided an in depth insight into the sights and sounds of Kenya which I probably
would not have experienced if I travelled by air. The tour guide was absolutely amazing ,he was constantly
assisting to capture some breathtaking pictures
of the scenery. He deserves a 5 star applause. He was also very knowledgeable about where to find the animals
because I managed to see lions, elephants, giraffes and hyenas on the first day of my tour.
The hotel accommodation was simple and adequate with the lovely sights of the hippos and crocodiles.
It was a wonderful experience and I hope to do it again soon.

Great experience!
5/5

We did a 10 day safari and beach vacation with Regional Tours and Safaris. Although communication was sometimes slow or nonexistent, we definitely got the tour we hoped for, with no budgetary surprises. Our driver (a contractor) Athuman was very helpful as our luggage didn't arrive and we needed a few basic items before leaving on our safari. He was very knowledgeable about the birds and mammals we saw, as well as local history and languages. The accommodations ranged from basic to 5 star(imo). The tour was very well organized, no stress. We saw everything we wanted to see except rhinos. The hotel in Stonetown had a few issues, it was a spectacular historic building but our room had plumbing issues, so we were relocated to another room. The African Tulip hotel in Arusha, Serengeti Kati Kati, Tloma lodge and Villa Kiva were very relaxing after long drives. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone planning a Tanzania tour, and actually am already saving for another tour myself!

Great Kili climb and safari with TE!
5/5

We had a fantastic Kili climb and 5 day safari to Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater with Tanzania Expeditions. If I had to summarize the main reasons to choose TE, it is both the value on a budget and the quality of the employees- they genuinely care about you, and are some of the most experienced you will find on the mountain or safari. It's the people who truly determine your experience, so finding great people is key to having a good trip.
The owner, Justin Mtui, is a great guy who built the business from years of experience. He clearly cares a great deal about your experience, is very communicative over email, checked up on us throughout the trip, especially came to meet us in person on our last day in Arusha.
Our group did the Lemosho route with our guide Frank along with assistant guides Robert and Justin (other) who are experienced guides in their own right and have led many prior expeditions. But Frank was clearly one of the most experienced and respected guides on the mountain, everyone from other tour operators knew him. He's exactly the kind of mountain guide you need- great personality, experience, and right balance of flexible and strict.
Our driver for the safari, Julius, was also one of the best drivers in the parks which is very important for seeing the animals. We saw 45 lions with Julius, 3 leopards, and 5 cheetahs. While most of the other drivers didn't seem to care much and would park their cars somewhere near the animals, Julius would always be sure to position the car in just the right way to get the best view and photos, and we were often given the best vantage point.
We were on a budget, so chose more basic accommodations (tent camping) and such which might not be for everyone, so if that's your preference, maybe pay more to upgrade to safari lodges or go with a more luxurious outfitter, but I personally don't think it's worth it to pay thousands more as it's all more or less the same once you're there on the mountain or safari.
Overall we had a fantastic trip with TE and would recommend it to anyone on a budget.

Looking for an amazing experience to never forget? Look no further than Warrior Trails!
5/5

We wanted a honeymoon to remember and it was exactly what we asked for. Warrior Trails exceeded every possible customer service request. From William responding to my many emails, and there were quite a few!. To meeting our first driver at the airport with such ease, then meeting Clamian himself on our first morning to discuss the itinerary for our honeymoon. Clamian is such a warm, welcoming man who wants nothing more than for you to remember every last detail of your time with his company.

Our driver Joshua has 18 years experience so knows exactly how to make your safari memorable. He knows every bird, plant, tree, animal, park rangers and local masai.

We spent 9 days with Joshua, travelling to Tarangire for two days, the Serengeti for four days including the Western corridor along the Grumeti River for the Wildebeest migration and then finally on to the Ngorongoro Crater to see the famous Rhino.

We also managed to squeeze in an early morning balloon ride, a night drive at Lake Manyara and a crater rim walk at Ngorongoro. Every last detail was managed by Joshua, he spoke to all of the lodges/camps/balloon reception/ranger for the crater walk and the rangers for the night safari to ensure there were no issues and that we were looked after.

Once we had finished our 9 days in Tanzania we flew over to Zanzibar for 3 days relaxation, again everything was organised by Warrior Trails. We finally got to meet William who is such a lovely man, he provided us with our boarding passes and told us exactly what would happen when we got to the airport.

Every camp/lodge/hotel we checked in to made us feel so welcome, they wished us well for our marriage which is all thanks to William. We were truly spoilt.

You can either book with a big company and give them your money and in return have a good Safari, or you can book with Warrior Trails to make your holiday one to never forget. Warrior Trails are simply there to make memories, they want your dreams to come alive and this type of personal commitment and energy is rarely seen with bigger tour companies. I would never hesitate to recommend Warrior Trails. We will never forget their hospitality and genuine enjoyment and pride they have in providing the best experience possible.
