Kenya's Jewel of Masai Mara
Overall rating
5/5

A very scenic park with enormous wildlife populations worth viewing. The Wildebeest migration is indeed a magical thing to see. I was amazed at the wildlife numbers and the Mara River crossing the highlight. Overall, a must see before one's death. I was glad we had a good safari company arranging the tour for us, worth the mention - African Sermon Safaris.

Ni Refund for Booking
1/5

I have had a really bad experience with Ambula as did a friend of mine a few years back. I booked a trip in March for a trip to Victoria Falls at the end of June. At the beginning of if April I had to cancel the booking s I will be traveling overseas in business this is virtually 3 months in advance and I was told I would get a full refund and the it would take 4 to 6 weeks and could expect the refund the first week in May. It is now end of May and I still have not been paid my refund despite repeated requests.now my emails etc are being completely ignored. I just find this completely unacceptable. So I would never chose to use them again even though the prices are more reasonable than the bigger operators at least you would not get this experience with them

About: Go2Africa
Beyond Amazing!
5/5

The communication and service was excellent! Go2Africa exceeded my expectations. The safari tour was so very exciting and I have to say, my tour guide was very knowledgable. In addition, I had the best day / night drives and saw various animals. I saw my favorite animal (lions) every day. Hiking deeply connected me to even the smallest things. Lunch in the open and that was the most incredible experience. I also went to a village and met a chief and his family. The greatest experience was listening to animals at night and taking it all in. This is the way a real safari should be. Thank you Go2Africa for the excellent service and experience. I will be back next year.

Kruger is great , but it is better to stay for a longer stay , and vary the places you stay inside, to appreciate this huge park.

Marakele- worth the trip
Overall rating
5/5

Marakele , has been one of my favourites national park i've been to .
the park in , 2 parts : once is more rocky mountain, with stunning view on surrounding, and the other part more flat .
The wildlife for ones who loves mamal has been great : kudu, white rhino, antelope is really lovely.
The tented camp is great and well situated , You can enjoy, very early morning , animals coming to drink, while you'll hear sometimes fishing eagle.
i overall rate it as excellent, and also considering that kind of camp and price range.

We had a wonderful time while on Safari at the Masai Mara. Our pick up was on time and the driver was courteous and knowledgable. This was trip of a lifetime. Our heartfelt gratitude to Seven Wonders Safaris team who worked tirelessly to ensure our safari was the best possible Safari. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We will definitely use them again next year and highly recommend them to anyone looking to go on holiday.

An arid wilderness heaving with wildlife
Overall rating
5/5

The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park (KTP) is a really special place. It is extremely arid and hot, yet the wildlife and bird life (raptors in particular) are extremely abundant.
The park basically consists of two roads that run along the two (dry) riverbeds that run through the park, the Nossob and the Auob. Along the rivers, vast views are limited because they are both surrounded by the famous red dunes of the Kalahari, but that is not an issue because the water points are all along these rivers which attracts all the wildlife, plus the dunes really are beautiful.

I gave a 5 star rating for everything and I'm tempted to warn readers that I gave these rates based on an arid savanna benchmark where seeing a lion and a few birds within a few days is a good trip but that is far from the case in the KTP as you will find loads of wildlife!

Accommodation wise, I have camped at Mabuasehube on the Botswana side which was awesome (lions came in to drink our dirty shower water and would cause shivers right down our spines as their deep calls vibrated right through us in the night)! As well as in a research camp within the park close to Twee Rivieren, this camp is unavailable to tourists so not much use in me telling you about it. I also can't really speak for the rest of the accommodation as I have never stayed at any of the other camps. I can however, recommend going as deep into the park where there are less people and you can enjoy the true essence of being out in the bush. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter because you'll want to spend every woken moment out there game viewing.

If you are reading this and on the fence about wanting to go to the Kgalagadi Tranfrontier Park, do it. You will not be disappointed.

Enjoy!

Brendon.

The WOW factor...
5/5

Just returned from an amazing trip to northern Tanzania, organised by Amazing Tanzania, who, from the start, knew what we would like!
After a few e-mails the only thing that was needed was fine tuning!
The week of safari, on which we saw so many different species, and days at the coast were a dream.
Still don't want to wake up!
Photos, memories and stories make us ( a group of 8) realise what a great time we've all had.
The only thing Amazing Tanzania could not have taken care of, was the rains....it was because of these late rains this year that we could still see a big part of the migration.
The lodges were very good, their camp excellent...
All in all: WOW!
I need to do this again!

Experience of a lifetime - life changing
5/5

The service we experienced was professional, courteous and efficient. The wilderness guides who accompanied us on our six day hike through the Delta were extremely knowledgeable, hospitable and friendly, and unselfishly imparted their vast knowledge of the region, its people, animals and wilderness with us. They went out of their way to make our trip and journey through the wilderness as safe and comfortable as possible. Thank you all for an incredible six days - never to be forgotton.
