Great experience! Great Crew! Amazing people!
5/5

We were picked up once we arrived the kilimanjaro airoport and headed back to Hekima house in arusha.

They accommodated us and also took care of our every need, all of us even went out at night to party :)

Along the tour itself not everything went smooth (no ones fault), but the hekima crew were very flexible and did everything to get us
back on track (some things even on their self expense). everything worked itself out and we had the full experience.

after the safari the hekima crew offered us to stay with them in arusha (for free) for some sightseeing and unless our tight schedule we would have stayed for sure!

Rwanda and Uganda Tour
5/5

I did this 12 days Rwanda golden monkeys, Congo mountain gorillas, Bwindi gorilla trek, Queen and Kibale Safaris on February 12th, 2018, with Trek Gorilla Safaris.
Our driver and guide, Wilson, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humor, punctual and professional.
A lot of driving was involved but he helped to fill the long journeys with many interesting facts and historical information about the areas we were driving through. He kept the group interested and laughing with his stories and jokes. Mountain Gorillas were the highlight of our trip.

The golden monkeys in Rwanda were stunning. Gorilla trekking in Bwindi, though hectic, was really a good experience. This was a highly memorable trip where I checked off several items from my bucket list.
I recommend this Safari for anyone planning to visit Africa.

i love the care and support
5/5

one of the best things about aone safaris is how well they communicate and supported me throughout the whole tour. i was always aware of what was happening and was heavily involved in the decision making of all the things that we had to do and places we had to go. Time keeping was also excellent which made me love the whole experience. In general i can easily say i got more comfort and fun than i had expected from my tour. Thank you aone safaris.

An Experience to
5/5

My time with Steven traveling around Uganda and experiencing the chimpanzees and Mountain Gorillas was an exceptional experience. I began the planning six months before arrival and Richard was always informative and prompt in his correspondence. I knew exactly what to expect and that was how it happened. The lodging, meals, and travel were all at the level I expected and met my needs. Both the chimp and gorilla tracking went off without any problem and were lifetime experiences. The interaction with the gorillas was fantastic. Steven had good relations with all the tracking rangers and Gatatu seemed to have a very good reputation. Steven's commentary as we drove across the country was informative and interesting. I have a much better understanding of the country and it's people as a result. The visit to the school was inspiring and fun. This was the fifth time I traveled around the world and I've visited and toured in133 countries to date. I found Gatatu Safaris right at the top of quality people and offerings from all my travels.

Outstanding mobile safari in Chobe River, Savuti, Khawi and Moremi national parks Botzwana.
5/5

This was my second safari. The first was a lodge safari in South Africa in 2017. The mobile safari with Ulinda Safari Trials exceeded my expectations by far. Comparing with my lodge safari, which was very good, the mobile safari with Jane and her team gave me however a much more genuine feeling of the stunning nature and wildlife in Botzwana. Photography was an very essential factor why I decided for Ulinda and since Jane is a photographer she knows what is needed to place the car right to get the right light etc.
Everything worked perfect from the first contact and on. I can really recommend Ulinda Safari Trials especially if photography is essential.

Value for Money Experience in Uganda with Saso Uganda Safaris
5/5

In June, my wife and l with our children planned to make a trip to Africa, We all finalize that we should visit Uganda to such that we trek the mountain gorillas . We contacted several companies regarding our trip to Uganda but we selected Saso Uganda Safaris because their pricing was friendly and also the nature of their package setup was unique.

My family and I have just returned from a two week trip round southwestern Uganda. We visited Kibale Forest, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Lake Mburo and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Our driver/guide, Wilson, was a fount of knowledge, a superb driver and a real pleasure to be with for the whole of the trip.

We have come back keen to visit other parts of Uganda in the future and would definitely go to Saso Uganda safaris again. I highly recommend Saso Uganda Safaris to all those we love to travel in Uganda, Rwanda and Congo. I will recommend my friends too.

Fantastic first Safarai experience!
5/5

I've just returned from my first trip to Kenya and Africa.
Before I left I was, maybe unjustifiably, wary of many bookings and reservations we had made... thankfully there was absolutely no need.

Allan provided a very quick response to my request on Safarai bookings and followed with a detailed itinerary. He was also very quick to reply to any questions I had regarding the planned trip.
Allan and Obama (our soon to be driver and friend) arrived to meet us at the hotel before we set off. From there everything ran smoothly and was well organised. We chose the rainy season, or more accurately, the rainy season was when we could travel to Kenya. Therefore certain detours and alternate routes had to be taken. Obama was a safe and reliable driver who always chose the best route for our overall gain even if it meant a slightly longer route... we got there without incident or breakdown when other drivers seemed to encounter many problems.
Obama himself was an excellent driver and guide. He provided lots of information on wildlife, culture, local politics and even some Swahili lessons. We all got on great and he made it feel more like a group adventure rather then a generic tour.
I would highly recommend Obama and Back of Africa Adventure Ltd if you are considering a Safarai in Kenya.

We lost all of the money we had transferred to the director Joseph Mafuru , over US$3000.
1/5

We are 3 well travelled women and knew of others who had told of good experiences with Africa Traditional Safaris , so we are unsure if the company just experienced financial difficulties around the time of our tour BUT whatever the reasons were of their impending failure , we were kept in the dark for the first few days believing that we were off on the safari to the Serengeti that we had paid US $ 995 each for. On day 3 ,the director Joseph Mafuru met with us and admitted the company had no money and were unable to proceed with the tour unless we agreed to loan them money. The requested amount was US $ 18,000 which was reduced to US $1800 which we guessed was the cost to actually take the 3 of us on the tour we had originally paid him for. We declined and as we had travelled from Australia , decided to go it alone rather than fly away totally devastated. This company needs to be inspected by the Tanzanian Tourist Board ASAP.

Trip of a lifetime!
5/5

From the first time I contacted Saso Uganda Safaris until the end of my trip with them, everything went incredibly smoothly.
I contacted many different tour operators when I decided to go to Uganda, and out of all the ones I contacted, Wilson was the quickest to respond, with the most specific cost and itinerary information.
He was flexible as I changed the trip around, and once we settled on an itinerary, all went quite smoothly. Vincent, our driver showed up right on time, and proceeded to navigate the roads of Uganda flawlessly through rain and shine and all in between.
He was quick to point out all wildlife and intriguing sights, and took care of us every step of the way with ease. The places that Saso picked for us to stay were fantastic, and a great match for who we were as travellers.
The activities were also well-selected, and adjusted for our taste, such as when we wanted to add trekking in the Kyambura gorge to see the Chimpanzees Would recommend them highly as a great choice, with very reasonable pricing.

Excellent safari operator
5/5

I did the Kidepo safari itinerary suggested by Saso Uganda Safaris, with the amendment of adding on a visit to a Ziwa rhino sanctuary. Saso Uganda safaris were excellent from the start.
Quick to respond, answered all my many questions. I imitated another reviewer here and paid the full balance of the safari in advance, as this felt safer than carrying a large amount of cash.
On the safari itself, their chosen driver/guide, Ahmed, was excellent - a safe driver and an informative and interesting travel companion. I would strongly recommend their Kidepo safari in particular - Kidepo was beautiful, worth the long drive. We got lucky and saw a lot of wildlife, including lions. Thanks Saso Uganda Safaris!!!!!!!
