Excelent

I had an incredible 9-day vibrant journey touring the breathtaking landscapes of Uganda. The communication was seamless, and the flexibility of the itinerary was truly exceptional. It was an unforgettable and remarkable experience that exceeded all my expectations.

Olly's team lead by Liberty were fun and very informative
5/5

Our Guide Liberty and his team KG, Dennis and Dickie took excellent care of us. Our tent and the amenities were comfortable. We had no want for warm water either in the makeshift sink outside the tent or for the bucket shower in our "ensuite". KG the chef prepared wonderful wholesome meals for lunch and dinner. We especially loved his morning porridge and the midmorning coffee and snack he prepared for us to have while out on the morning safari. Over 7 days we travelled from the Khwai Concession on the Okavango through Savuti to Chobe, all diverse habitats seeing a stunning array of species from pygmy mongoose, and honey badgers at one end to jackals, wild dogs, lions on the move, hippos, even a leopard, giraffe, all manner of antelope and herds of elephant. And I haven't even mentioned the prolific bird life. Without Liberty's astute eye we would have missed a number of these. His knowledge of these habitats, both the flora and fauna is extensive and is volunteered with clarity and patience. A safari worth repeating and recommending.

4 wonderful days in 3 parks
5/5

It was a wonderful experience and it was a good choice to book the 4 days in the two parks. Everything was good organised and the driver was very friendly and informative. I had one night in a lodge, the second in a Luxury tent and the third in a tent in the Ngorongoro Camp. Today I would prefer to stay the third night maybe in a lodge. The Camp is good but its basic. John the Ceo of the company are always open for my questions, before and during the tour. He was very helpfull in all the things I was asking for. I always would book again a safari with John and I recomand it very much. Thank you for everything to John and Sam the guide.

Excellent first time safari experience!
5/5

Awesome safari experience! Despite initial doubts about the affordability of the package, it turned out to be an incredible deal!!

Our guide, James, was knowledgeable, friendly, and sweet, though a bit soft-spoken. He drove really well in the challenging terrain and also managed our group well, ensuring everyone was informed and engaged. We saw pride of lions snoozing after lunch and a stunning sunset encounter with a herd of elephants on the first day! Magical moments ✨

The food at the camp was nutritious and tasty, though the tent washrooms could have had hot water. Nonetheless, the overall service was excellent.

I highly recommend Terminal Tours for their transparency and excellent communication. It was a memorable adventure, and I’d definitely choose them again for future safaris — Amboseli 👀👀

Amazing
5/5

Wow… what an amazing 3 days. The whole trip was fabulous. Jambo lodge was lovely very accommodating and the staff were happy to help in anyway very welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. I am pleased we chose this lodge as opposed to alternative tented camps it was worth paying that little bit more. The safari itself was unbelievable thanks to our guide Kevin who went the extra mile to ensure we saw as much as possible and that the experience was magical. Communication and organisation was seamless. Could not have asked for anything more. We also took the extra option of the visit to the local village this was also a great experience and would recommend this as a must do.

My tour guide was very knowledgeable, engaging, enthusiastic and professional.
5/5

We had a great time on tour with our tour guides from Olengugih. They met us on time to pick us from the hotel and we were well taken care of from the start. They packed our luggage into the Land Cruiser and headed to Samburu. They spent time getting to know us and pointed our landmarks and sights during our long drive to the first park. Once we arrived at our lodge we settled in, had some lunch and set out on our first game drive.

We saw so many animals on our first day! Elephants, unique birds, antelope, giraffes, predators… Each time we stopped the guides gave us a wealth of information about the area, the animals, their eating/hunting/mating habits. I learned so much because of how knowledgeable and engaging our guides. I’m not kidding when I say I took thousands of pictures during our trip.

We spent a couple of days at our first lodge and they were punctual for all our scheduled activities. They made sure that we got to see all the animals that were unique to our park and I’m so happy that we got to see the big five even though it was low season. They were great about changing the schedule if we were feeling tired or needed to grab some food. When headed to our next lodge at Naivasha we did move a boating activity because of how long the drive took and the weather turned on us. We went the next morning and it was so beautiful that the time we spent on the lake was perfect. It made it such a pleasant experience knowing that we weren’t being rushed and could relax and enjoy our vacation.

Our last park was Masai Mara and we had so much fun. We got to spend time at a couple Masai villages during our trip and one of the Masai joined us on our last game drive! He knew so much about the area and I really liked getting to know him too. I was bummed when we had to head back to Nairobi on our last day. Made me wish we had booked a longer trip to see more parks and hang out with our guides for longer.

I can’t recommend this company enough. The planning was excellent and we were well taken care of. This was a once in a lifetime trip with my boyfriend and I can’t wait to plan another one with them! :)
