Being in Nairobi,Kenya without going for Masai Mara Safary is something that should not happen,
Going for Safari with Jocky Tours is a must, being guided by the awesome David is a real luck

Overall speaking quite good.
4/5

Everything--lodges, food, services, tour guides, etc.-- is as expected or better, with one exception. One of the safari lodges did not have air-conditioning. At 40C during midday, which usually lasted for about five to six hours, it was very uncomfortable. Even though there were no safari drives during midday, staying in our room with the fan blowing only hot air, it was close to unbearable. The one way out was to take a dip in the pool, but not everyone wanted to do that.

The way Bildad communicated with us and handled the whole tour was remarkable.
4/5

We were very happy the way Bildad- our tour operator- handled the tour from the beginning till the end. He was very helpful, answered patiently all our questions, explained in detail everything we asked. He was also helpful during the tour whenever we called him to ask for his help. And most importantly transparent with payment. He was the main reason we chose Super Eagles for our safari. The safari itself was an unforgetable experience, we were taken to all the spots worth seeing in Kenya and Tanzania. Both countries are of incredible beauty and offer amazing views of planes, animals and people. We felt that our driver- guide could be more flexible when we both got sick to accommodate our needs. We also felt that he was stressed to keep a very strict time schedule even when all the people involved agreed to start the day 20 minutes later. He could also give us more information about the animals we were seeing other than the basics. We chose the 10 day safari to Kenya and Tanzania so we were many hours in a van or a jeep traveling from one place to the next and that was very tiring taking into account the bad condition of some parts of the roads. Overall an amazing trip which I would recommend to anyone who can afford to take it.

Committed
4/5

The journey with Moran tours was good. We really appreciate that there was an honest commitment for us to have a great time and we did. We were super lucky to see many mammals and that the weather was in our side. Thanks

Value for money
4/5

The price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodation, food, and activities.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The food was delicious and plentiful. The activities were well-organized and informative.

Perfect duration to see all animals
4/5

All in one: the 6 days were the right duration to become the best experiences from safari! Definitely the best parks- Masai Mara and Nakuru. Our driver James was very helpful and did really great job to bring us so close to animals:)

Great! Went the extra mile for all we needed in the trip, BIG5in1day! Always in a good mood!
4/5

The service Axis provided corresponds to the description. They were very responsive the whole time, realiable pick-up in Nairobi, friendly services the whole time. The tour is worth doing to know Masai Mara. The lodge was modest, yet confortable and very clean. Peixes should be negotiated, as there are several companies doing the same packages for lower prices.

Comptency, reactivity and kidness
4/5

We really enjoyed our 7 days safari, our guide, Salomon was great ! He spotted all the animals and explained a lot about them, taking time to observe and explain their behaviour. He also decscribed Kenyan culture and this was really interesting. He made from our safari the greatest experience. Thanks to him !
The hotels were as expected apart from one which was not very nice, noisy and the "room" was tiny.

Great service provider for Safaris
4/5

I did the Masai Mara safari for 2 nights 3 days with my husband and my 2 year old.
Morris from Balu Travels was coordinating with me. He was very prompt in responding to my questions.
Everything from pick up to drop off was well coordinated. The quotation had everything listed out in detail which was very helpful.
Would recommend them to anyone specially those travelling with toddlers.

Pascoe was very knowledgeable and lovely, really improved our trip!
4/5

Loved our tour to selous national park. The driving and boat safaris far exceeded my expectations. The walking safari wasn’t good and I wouldn’t have minded skipping that entirely, though it was quite funny. The accommodation (though we stayed at a slightly different accommodation than usually provided with this tour, at Selous Ngalawa camp) also wasn’t great, and the food wasn’t great there either.

BUT Pascoe our guide and our driver (whose name I forget!) were great, determined to get us to find lions and made for a really enjoyable tour. They were able to sort issues for us on the fly and I would definitely go with these guys again. I think they provide good value for money.
