They were great, we had an incredible experience
It was an incredible experience and we saw sooooo much! We covered so much ground to see loads of animals which was amazing! My only negative is that we never really knew what was going on and we’re told times that weren’t stuck to, so we were hanging around a lot waiting and unsure when we’d leave or when we’d eat but this got better over the trip. Overall, I would recommend this! We loved our upgraded accommodation and have so many great photos with our memories!

Awesome Tanzania, with Tiem Tours and Safaris
Incredible trip to Tanzania thanks to the Tiem tours and safaris team. Charles worked with me to design an itinerary that we could get excited about. he also arranged the level of accommodations that were absolutely perfect. The actual trip was awesome. Our guide Salum, was absolutely relentless in making sure we saw as many animals as possible, including the black rhino, yet made it all very interesting with his knowledge and insight about the various animals, birds, and plants. The team there also provided us with a fantastic night drive. And of course, the tent was luxurious and the food delicious.
All the best,
Liliana

Very helpful and service minded.
Good communication and service. Not that many animals in Serengeti at this time of the Year (end of October). But on the other hand not as many People as during high season. More animals in Ngorongoro. Regarding value for money I am unsecure. The safari costed a lot of money. But part of that might be due to the fact that I travelled alone. One passanger - one driver. The driver/guide, Harrison, was excellent and did really do his outmost in order to deliver value for money.

Perfect organizations but no so much animals
The organization and the guide were a 10. We visited the Nyeguere park for three days and we really didn't see many animals, perhaps because it rained a little in the morning or quozas because they don't have many animals... we were left with a doubt. We also did the boat safari and we didn't really like it, it was quite boring.

Great trip!
I had a great time as a solo traveller; my driver, James was brilliant and so helpful.
The safari itself was amazing. They were able to secure fuel during a shortage which was really tricky.

Seven Day Safari
We did the seven day safari between Masai Mara/Nakaru/Naivasha/Amboseli and had an amazing time.
There was a slight delay in the airport transfer although this was very early in the morning and not too long. There was also a 5% fee for paying by card when we arrived which wasn't communicated beforehand (even though we had used the same payment method for the deposit with no fee!)
Once the safari was underway everything was great, particularly our driver Alex who was friendly and knowledgeable in spotting and telling us about the animals and also helpful in stopping at cash points/safaricom shop and anything else we needed when travelling.

The tour guide is very good and explains everything really good. The lodges are also really good.
The lodges are really nice and clean. You have a lot of space in the lodge for 2 persons. The food is also very good and fresh.
The outlet didn’t work, I couldn’t put a charger in it.
The tour guide explains everything when you wanna know something about the animals.

Would recommend!
Fiona and Lillian took care of me and my partner during this trip. We went to Kenya and Tanzania for a 10 day Safari tour. I think the National Parks we visited were AMAZING! We saw the big 5 in this trip and we were lucky to see a live hunt by lionesses and a live kill by hyenas. They are very accommodating and responsive and checked up on us throughout our trip. They were also open to suggestions and they really listen and put action what could be better. Our driver Eric was so nice and very knowledgeable. Super professional and patient. Saw 4 out of the 5 “big 5” with him. I’m very happy I booked with touristline safaris. Thank you so much!

Very good
My dealings with Kenya Bush Safaris were excellent from initial contact until after our safari had ended. Our driver turned up at the agreed time, drove us to the Masai Mara and we had 3 excellent game drives - one the afternoon we arrived (though our driver did a detour en route to the hotel when he spotted a herd of buffalo). Our driver was excellent. He was good company, knowledgable and wanted us to have the best safari experience we could. Kenya Bush Exhibitions also arranged a hot air balloon ride (at a cost cheaper than what the hotel was charging) which I would highly recommend.
My only criticism would be that on our last morning we wanted to see if we could see some giraffes in the wild as we didn't manage to see any previously. To be fair we did try but not for very long. Instead we were taken on an optional visit to a typical Masai village. We were stunned to be charged 3000KES (about £15) per person for the visit. The chief who greeted us said after the tour we would visit the gift shop and then invited to make a contribution to their education fund. As we were leaving Kenya the following morning we had very little Kenyan shillings left and even less when we left the village. They seemed very adept in extracting money from the tourists! We would have preferred our time looking for giraffes rather than going to the Masai village. In our opinion, as it was an optional visit, we should have been given the choice and certainly advised about the entrance fee. We felt put on the spot as once we had arrived we were committed to the visit.
That was the one issue we had on the whole tour and would not want anyone to think that it somehow ruined our experience. It didn't. We just felt we should have had the option of how we spent our last morning and what to expect should we have chose to visit the masai village.
