Experience of a lifetime
5/5

We cannot say enough great things about the tour and experience that Kambona put together for us. Kambona was highly recommended by a close family friend who has hiked Kili and gone on safari many times with Kambona. What you need to know about Kambona is that he has been hiking/guiding for over 15 years, is highly respected in his field, highly educated in outdoor recreation/safety, and just knows his stuff. And you don't want to mess around with amateurs when you are hiking a dangerous mountain/camping in the bush with wild animals. We weren't interested in hiking and turned to Kambona to plan the trip of a lifetime to Arusha, Safari, Dar and Zanzibar. We highly recommend asking Kambona to set up a private camp site for you in the Serengheti where you sleep under the stars and listen to animals. It was amazing and the food was incredible. Kambona plans every detail, is extremely responsive from thousands of miles away, and is trustworthy. We cannot say enough about Kambona's skills, knowledge and character. We are happy to now call him a friend.

Well organized, professional organization that cares about their clients and the animals.
5/5

From Day one when we signed up through a Groupon, we were impressed with the professionalism and consideration given by Mark Cahill and his staff. We initially were concerned about safety issues but every step of the trip was super organized and at no time did we feel our safety was at risk. Accommodations and meals were excellent and the wildlife viewing is out of this world. The guides did their best to ensure a safe trip but one with the most wildlife and daily outings. My husband became ill during our trip but with their concern for his well-being and his privacy, he was well looked after and able to continue the trip for the duration. If I am fortunate enough to travel to Africa again, I would certainly not hesitate to book with Odyssey Safaris in the future.

Tanzania Odyssey made my safari unforgettable - I'll def be using them over and again
5/5

From start to finish, the staff at Tanzania Odyssey were the most dedicated group of safari professionals I have dealt with. They tailor-made my Tanzanian safari to suit my needs and work schedule, and gently guided me towards a safari of a lifetime. I visited the Selous and marveled at the Elephants and stayed at Beho Beho - truly one of the most spectacular luxury spots in Africa. I cannot say enough about the excellent crew who took care of me at Beho Beho. The safari guides were amazing, and I felt like I had made new friends at the end of my safari. Once back home, my very own holiday specialist at Tanzania Odyssey rang to ask how the safari went. We talked for hours! Top notch personal service from beginning to end. If you are wanting a tailor-made safari then I highly recommend using Tanzania Odyssey. In fact, we are now pulling together our next safari adventure in the Okavango Delta.

The wild dogs
5/5

It was a great fun to join Dave and the team at Kruger Flexi Tours on this particular safari. Dave's motivation and organisation was outstanding and we had a lot of fun. While we saw many different animals, birds, insects etc. during our trip, including the rare wild dogs which welcomed and farewelled us upon entering and leaving Kruger national park, the lions remained illusive. This is clearly no fault by the tour organiser as you just have to be at the right time at the right place and late summer with high grass and lots of water makes it more difficult to see all big, small and ugly fives. Otherwise, we have been taken good care of and we can certainly recommend this trip to others in the search of fun and animal watching.

About: Biwakwango
Travel with Biwakwango and your dream becomes a dream
5/5

We have been travelling 3 times in Africa with Biwakwango :
• June 2003 : Okavongo,
• September October 2006 : Namibia - Zambia,
• October 2008 : Tanzania
Discovering Africa with Biwakwango organization is the must. For each journey, Biwakwango has got this rare talent to chose every place with a very great attention and professionalism. We are four friends travelling all around the world and we do appreciate luxury lodges and general conditions : we are ready to pay even expensive rates at the only condition that everything is perfect. We were never deceived with Biwakwango and this is the reason why we decided to keep on travelling across Africa always with this same company. Even in luxury conditions, Biwakwango knows how to let us feel the spirit of Africa, its soul, its roots. We met men and women living out of the time and shared unforgettable moments.
For all these reasons, I did chose Biwakwango to organize a very special and luxury lunch in the middle of the Ngorongoro crater in Tanzania to ask my girlfriend to be my wife : she answered Yes!!! And we remain saying that it was the most beautiful and romantic day of our life : What else ?….

An amazing experience
5/5

We're still overwhelmed by our Kruger experience and frequently relive it through our many pictures. The trip was well organised by Wildlife Safaris (Pty) Ltd. Clive was a great guide, providing a wealth of information to accompany our amazing wildlife sitings. Accommodation in Kruger and Chisomo tented camp was excellent. The downside of the trip was learning about the poaching crisis in Kruger and the knowledge that many of the rhinos we were blessed to see will likely have already fallen victim since our visit. We feel immensely fortunate to have seen so many of these majestic creatures in the wild and hope future generations of South Africans will be able to experience the same. We hope Wildlife Safaris (Pty) Ltd will join in calling on the South African government to do everything possible to eliminate this scourge!

Seamless Travel experience great food hotels and sights
5/5

Great, everything ran like clockwork with minimum input from us linkups just happened. Hotels were very comfortable and food was good. Travel guides were very companionable and made the tours fun. Safaris were wonderful although quite cool in the early mornings animal sightings were frequent and we managed to see the big five as well as african wild dogs. Our tours were well combined we did Victoria Falls and Chobe NP, South Africa down the Garden route and took the Premier Classe train from Capetown to Joburg

Wild Winds Safaris provided us with a sensational safari to Etosha!
5/5

My travelling companion and I decided at the last minute to make the most of our work time in Namibia and go on safari to Etosha. We looked at a few tour operators but were immediately impressed with Wild Wind Safaris' emphasis on wildlife and their flexibility. I was so impressed by Martha, our tour guide. We liaised with her to make the last minute bookings and also to organise things around our flight times and she couldn't have been more accommodating. She was also, however, so enthusiastic and this was catching. I came away just wanting to do more and more safari trips with Wild Wind Safaris. She has such extensive detailed knowledge of the people, landscape and wildlife of Namibia (and beyond), but you don't feel like you are simply listening to a walking encyclopedia.
She is friendly and engaged and we had a lot of fun. She also helped make the most of photography opportunities and was very sensitive to the animals and their environment, which was very important to me. We went for the camping option and it was absolutely comfortable and the food was excellent. I can't recommend this highly enough and will be back for another trip.
