OMG I over came my Fear factor!!!
5/5

Everything about the trip was perfect. From start to finish. The trip was exactly what we wanted after 6 years away from Uganda. The organisation was by far brilliant. Our guide Kesiime was excellent...
I and My brother had lots of fun tracking the Mountain Gorillas in Bwindi National Park .Seeing them face to face was mind blowing. It’s the type of experience one will never forget.
Hail Tours Uganda gave us a memorable experience and I kindly recommend them to anyone looking to go for tour in Uganda particularly for wildlife and nature.

Great safari, honest & fun people
5/5

I loved this safari adventure! It is amazing when you see all of the animals (and so many) up close! But you have to remember this is real and not Disney. You have to work to find the animals sometimes. Sunrise Travel helped us see all of the “big 5” ... we got up close and they were also aware of our safety at all times. You need to know you can trust the tour operator, and these guys were so great. Plus, they took care of all of our tent camping and making delicious food. I made long time friends with one of the operators, Issa, and I hope you have the pleasure of booking your trip with him!

Climbing kili was amazing, doing it safely, even better

Now it is very popular to climb kili. It makes it seem easy and in some ways it is because it is not a technical climb. But you have to realize you are going to 20,000 feet! Next time you are in an airplane, realize how high you are. I was excited but a little afraid because I have asthma. African Sunrise Travel made me very comfortable. We all took it slow “pole pole” and on some times when I needed extra help, they helped me but didn’t make me feel like I was Standing out. I also paid a small amount of extra money (around $80 USD I recall) to have a porter to just help me with my backpack and water. It does help a lot to know you don’t have to carry 20 lbs all day! My guide was Issa and we still stay in touch today. I know the people who work for this company are trustworthy and will do their absolute best to create an amazing and safe experience for you! I have been on all 7 continents and this was the most memorable exceptional experience of them all!

Truly amazing experience
5/5

We booked a 3 night 4 day safari which started in Tarangire, then through the Serengeti and ending up in Ngorongoro Crater - it was a budget camping safari. The safari itself was amazing, would 100% recommend. The camping was certainly an experience we won’t forgot, being woke up in the night by howling hyenas and grazing buffalo. We saw every animal and bird imaginable, including all the big five, and even got to visit a Masai village. Seth the tour operator was helpful, he organised the trip, he responded to all emails quickly. Seth is an agent and it will be a different company that you will have the actual safari with but this isn’t a problem. We went with big five voyager - our guide and chef were great! The balance we paid on the morning of the safari was 150 usd more than what Seth said it would be however we didn’t really mind as we still paid under the market rate for this type of safari. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Seth again. All in all great experience.

Great safari with great company!
5/5

Journey started with planning. I reviewed a lot of proposals on Safaribookings and liked the one proposed by Soul of Tanzania. Unfortunately it was only for 4 days and I wanted for 6 days. I sent a request for custom journey with some personal wishes and immediately got and answer from Sandy with the custom proposal. We discusses many detals before the trip, Sandy always answers immediately.
Then we made a payment and came to Kilimanjaro. Our guide Edward (a real professional!) met us in the airport. After this moment we could relax and thought only about which animal we can see today)).
We could see leopards twice, one time even with kids. We've seen cheetahs, many lions, elephants and many other animals.
We had no one issue during our journey. Just relaxed, didn't worry about anything. It's very important for us that the journey was exactly how we planned, no even minor changes. Accomodation as planned (I could check the ratings beforehand on Tripadvisor), planned routes. No surprises!
Clean and new car, as many water as I need, and I espessially like hot meals for lunch instead of lunch box.
There was a power socket in the car, we could charge camera batteries and phones. It's very important as our Serengeti camp had problems with charging.
We took standard accomodation variant and found all camps and lodges quite acceptable. The staff was friendly and rooms comfortable.
Next time I will go to safari only with Soul of Tanzania.

AMAZING safari with Arch Treks and Safaris
5/5

We just came back from an amazing 12 day trip in Kenia!!!
The owner James picked us up personally with driver Charles.
2 amazing friendly guys wich want the best for their customers.
From the border of Tanzania and Kenia we went to the Maasai Mara.
What an incredible experience was that. So many animals!!!
The skilled driver Charles has a six sence to find those beautiful creatures.
Lions with a prey protect it from the hyenas.
5 cheetah brothers crossing our car.
Big elephants parades.
And so much more.
This was only our first day and we saw a lot.
After a good sleep in a nice safari lodge we say goodbye to James.
After the Maasai Mara we went to Lake Nakuru where we did a nice boat trip.
After this to olpetjetta National park
With a lot of Rhinos.
Also we went to samburu buffalo spring national park.
Amboseli national park with thousands of elephants and hippos and a lot of other species of animals.
After this we go to Tsavo east and Tsavo west.
There we stay in amazing lodges were the elephants came for drinking just I front of the restaurant.
The whole trip was so well arranged and there was no downside.
James really wants the best for his customers.
The accommodations were very good.
And the whole trip was very affordable.
You can book in different price ranges
Thanks Arch Treks and Safaris for this unforgettable journey in Kenia

The safari was amazing
5/5

Our safari with Gilmag was amazing. From the first contact we made on-line through the website to inquire about options, we experienced highly professional and responsive service from Mary in the Gilmag’s office. Mary developed an excellent itinerary for us. We were met at the airport and had a fantastic 9-day safari. We were looked after by our experienced guide Gilbert. We saw amazing wildlife due to Gilbert’s experienced eyes. The game drives were wonderful with Gilbert’s unparalleled knowledge of the animals and nature, as well as his intuition for when to wait and watch and when to move on really added to our experience, meaning we observed many animals before any other vehicles arrived. We stayed in excellent accommodation, the tented camps being an absolute highlight. I would unreservedly recommend a safari tour with Gilmag Safaris.

Very fast answers to all questions in preparing this trip. Nice accomodations, driver/guide was very kind and told us a lot about Uganda. Everything went smoothly and we were pleasantly surprised by Uganda and the peoples we met. Service was excellent from beginning to the end.

Lack of separation of business and private
2/5

While I cannot complain about the organization of the safari in terms of equipment and game drives what spilled the experience for me after was the unprofessional behavior of the company owner. The lack of separation of business and private matters ruined the experience completely and prompted me to give the bad rating.

Adventure in pure nature
5/5

We landed at Kilimanjaro Airport and Marco, our tour guide for the next six days welcomed us warmly.
We enjoyed sleeping in tents to be close to the unforgettable sounds of the wild nature.
Abdallah, the chef always surprised us with excellent meals, thank you!
Seeing all the animals in their natural surrounding was absolutely amazing.
I would recommend "All around Tanzania" highly because it was an unforgettable experience!
