Reliable, Well-Planned, Good Service
We travelled to Kenya with family (4 Adults & 2 Children). Thanking Martha for making the experience a good one. She was quick with her responses, provided all the necessary information we required and quite helpful. It was a great trip and within budget. I would highly recommend this company and Martha as a point of contact. The only minor issue we had was with our guide in Masai, he wasn't very interactive but he did a good job on the safari, took us to the right places, made sure we had the best view possible and we saw the Big 4 (we just missed the Rhino).

Keep Off
We a group of 6 make an African safari almost every year and we got to know about this operator through internet search. We were happy initially as we felt the owner himself Mr. Denver Mbewe is dealing our travel arrangements, but the shocker came after our lower zambezi leg when we were supposed to fly from royal zambesi to Mfuwe for our South Luangwa, but Denver informed us at 9.30pm the before night that the flight is unavailable (not booked to save moneh) and so we need to drive to Lusaka. As we didn't have any other option, we were driven for 5 hours in roads riddled with potholes at break neck speed, starting at 2.30am!!!!!
We had a good time at South Luangwa and Mr. Denver struck again. He was trying to arrange a vehicle for us at 10am, for a trip to Nfesu which was supposed to start at 9am. Ultimately he got some money from us(not part of package??? ) and arranged a vehicle at 2pm.. Nfesu was great and Mr. Denver struck again to deliver the final nail on the coffin.... He had not paid the entrance fee to Nfesu sector with the park authorities and we were stopped for more than an hour on our way back and the park management was magnanimous enough to pardon us. This guy hasn't invested any money for his travel company and arranges with the money of the customer at the last minute to save money and this seriously backfires on seasoned travellers. So Keep off this guy / company? if you really wanna enjoy Zambia in peace

Wonderful
It was a great experience, we spent 2 days in Maasai Mara, 1 day in Nakuru, 1 Naivasha and the last in Hell's Gate. We saw all the big fives and a lot wild animals! If you have less days, maybe Naivasha is less interesting.

Fantastic experience, we saw more animals than I ever expected to see
For me the highlight was Serengeti where in one day we saw more than 60 lions and on the second day a pair of cheetahs, as well as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, impala, and elephants so close you could touch them
We had a fantastic guide, Joseph from Bestday Safaris, and we saw Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Manyara National parks in a 6 day tour.
I would recommend this trip to everyone.

Unforgettable experience with great safari driver
We (couple) booked 7 days safari (2nights in Masai Mara <with hot air balloon "highly recommended"> , 1 in Lake Nakuru, 1 in Lake Naivasha and 2 nights in Amboseli).
Communication was very easy with immediate response. we agreed with Robert from office to pick up from the airport (one day before safari) with full day trip in Nairobi. It was great. The driver was just a driver not a tour guide.
The next day, he pick up from the hotel to start the safari with "Edward Lore" a great driver and tour guide. He was friendly, answered all the questions. It was a budget safari and we really enjoyed the whole experience. The accommodations are basic but fit to the purpose, except in Amboseli (Kimana Camp) which was really terrible. But Edward help us to find another camp in late hour (about 12 AM) where we have spent the 2 days. For vehicle, we were 7 in Masai Mara & Nakuru, after that only 2 couples.
In the last day, we agreed with Edward to drop us in Emali to get the train to Mombasa.
Finally, it was unforgettable experience with very friendly people. Thanks a lot.
