Incredibly well planned and life-changing experience!
5/5

Debbie is absolutely fantastic to work with, extremely knowledgable, and thoroughly professional. This was my first trip to Africa and my first safari experience and she was incredibly patient as I kept changing my mind early on (I had a traveling companion at first then that person dropped out so she had to re-do the trip), and when I ran into problems with my bank transfers. (And hesitating to send that much money to Zimbabwe!) She worked with me for 9 months, kept the trip within my budget (which was very tight for what I wanted) and made GREAT suggestions for camps and activities. She is extemely responsive, enthusiastic, and set the right expectations. As a first-timer, I didn't know what to expect and she planned the sequence of my trip perfectly, sort of "easing" me into slightly more rustic camps step by step. She explained the trade-offs between saving money by driving between camps and saving time by flying - making a recommendation but leaving the decision to me based on what I valued more. Debbie even called the camps when I was there to make sure things were going well! Victoria Falls Safari Lodge (where I started) was entirely her suggestion (I had researched camps but not places in Vic Falls to stay) and it was perfect. The Ra-Ikane cruise on the Zambezi was also perfect - a more unusual, and much better, choice for this activity. I highly recommend working with her, and trusting her to make your trip wonderful! I stayed at Davison's Camp (Hwange), Musango Camp (Lake Kariba) and Goliath Safari Camp (Mana Pools) - all have warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgable staff and guides. I put my faith, trust, and the most money I've ever spent on anything (including my car!!) into Debbie's hands and she produced an incredible safari for me.

UMUBANO TOURS excellent and very proffesional services!
5/5

Umubano tours-excellent and very proffesional services! Our group of 6 persons booked 2 weeks tour Burundi, Rwanda and Uganda with Umubano, and we were fully satisfied with their excellent services and best prices in compare with other travel agents. If you plan your tour to one, two or all three countries, I recommend Umubano tours. Bellow is my message sent after our tour to director Herbert who organized us whole tour:

Hello Herbert!

We arrived home, and we just want to thank you for excellent service for our tour. Program was great (we only missed drum makers on the way to Kampala, since they were not on the way), accommodation was very good (only at Nyungwe was a bit lower because of common showers and toilets and lodge was full of guests, but on the other hand for example accommodation with a view to lake Mutanda was stunning), and the food was great all the way. Gorilla trekking in Uganda was unforgettable. The price for the tour, even high in compare with other destinations, was the best in compare with other travel agents which I contacted, and I contacted many of them.

We all traveled a lot before, and we agree that this was the most beautiful parts of Africa we visited.

Specially we want to say that we were very satisfied with Chris as our guide and driver. We really don't have any complaint to him, since he was on high level each day.

Finally I want to thank to you for your prompt and detailed answers to all my questions and e-mails. All by you was professionally done.

We will surely reccommend your agency to anyone who plan to travel to Burundi, Rwanda and Uganda. And I already recommended it to my friend who has travel agency in Croatia and who plans to run this tour in the future.

Great guides+ great location=Awesome experience
5/5

I would strongly recommend booking with Jobovic. Our trip leader Piet did a great job helping us plan or safari. The fact that there was a 7 hour time difference had no impact on our communication. Piet's responses were timely and thorough. Our safari as a whole was an awesome experience as well! Our tour guide Bryce was not only friendly but very knowledgeable as well. Piet and Bryce make a great team! They consistently ensured that we were satisfied and having a good time. We were able to enjoy amazing views, learn more about each place we visited, and explore new areas. Piet and Bryce helped create wonderful opportunities to build lasting memories. It was an incredible trip!

Professionalism from start to finish
5/5

Our experience with Moriti was fantastic, right from our initial inquiry through to being dropped at the airport after the safari. We did the 6 day panoramic route and Kruger safari tour and couldn't fault a thing.

Shaun (Moriti owner/manager) was terrific to deal with via email when planning and booking the tour, and usefully for those travelling from overseas has arranged a fee-free bank transfer for payments. Our tour guide was William Cook who works with Shaun (William also does private air safaris). You couldn't ask for a nicer guy or a more professional guide - knowledgeable on the history of the area and the wildlife, had everything very well planned but always consulted us on what we wished we to, and just an all round helpful, polite guy. Great company for the safari.

Adequate time is allowed for in the schedule to relax and enjoy the sights without being rushed off to the next destination, like some tours. All the accommodation Moriti book is very nice. Small establishments that know Shaun and William well, giving it a very welcoming, at-home feeling.

The private game reserve and safari in particular was our favourite part. Totally private (just the 2 of us plus the staff - no other tourists or safari vehicles!) in a beautiful setting, and again with super professional staff in the form of the ranger/guide, tracker, chef and manager.

This tour was worth every cent, even more, and we're so glad we booked with Moriti. They are by far the best tour operators we've ever experienced including previous tours in Africa and other parts of the world. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Nice detour/side-visit between Chobe and Okavango. Not as great as those but still good for a sunset drive into the pans. May be different (much better) in low (water) season.

Memories forever - elephants and hippos eating on the riverbank, a few meters only from our boat! Croqs, lions, giraffes, every wild animal you can wish to see. Amazing place. Best safari(s) we've done.

Canoe (mokoro) trip into the Okavango Delta is a mandatory experience in a visit to Botswana. Even with not-so-good weather as we had (light showers, cloudy sky) it is still an experience like no other. Close contact with nothing but nature - sounds, smells and sights. No motors, no blabbing tourists, very, very relaxing!
Accomodation in Maun was OK, and we were sorry that a fly-in safari to a luxury lodge inside the Park was out of our budget-range (but it must be stunning!).

A quiet drive with rhino and lion on the move.

3/5

Even though we had an inexperienced driver who got lost, we had a lovely day. But we saw a lot of animals on the savannah. Zebras, ostriches, antelopes, giraffes but also rhinoceros and a single lioness hunting. Female lion was suddenly on the road in front of our jeep. It was special to be Nairobi National Park with city skyline in the background. I would highly recommend people to visit the park.
