A lifetime experience with a fully professional and reliable operator
We (myself + 2 children) booked a 3-day safari to Mikumi and Udzungwa N.P.s. Already before our trip to Tanzania even started we were “taken by the hand” by Mwajabu, who responded very promptly to any my queries by email and always professionally explained everything so that we could settle all the details of our safari in advance (the communication during our stay in TNZ via WhattsApp was even faster and more efficient). Travelling with children made me extra concerned about the quality of the booked services but there was absolutely no need to worry – Mwajabu & the her team did ensure the top level – frankly speaking much beyond my expectations. I also cannot say a single word of complaint about our driver Michael and our guide in Mikumi, Bob – they both spoke good English and were very helpful and made their best efforts to ensure that we have great memories from the trip.
On the spot in Mikumi we were lucky enough to see almost every big mamal species that can be found there (except for leopards and hyenas – hope for better luck next time). All of us, not only the kids, were fascinated with the African wildlife.
Mwajabu booked us a lodge at Camp Bastian – we got a huge and comfortable apartment, they have a very nice swimming pool on the spot so we could refresh and cool down after the daytime emotions. Also the food they serve there was delicious.
During the second day of safari, prior to our trip to Udzungwa N.P. we paid a short visit to the Massai boma nearby Mikumi N.P. – contrary to my concerns it turned out to be a real village, not any fake for mzungus

Very fund 5-day safari
Had a great time with Viva Safaris. Did a 5-day, 4-night safari, with the first night at Tremisana Lodge and the last 3 days at Marc's Treehouse. The various drives and walks to see animals were fantastic. We saw tons of animals and had knowledgeable guides who could tell us a lot about what we were seeing (and find more animals for us). The trip to the animal rehab center was fun, too. All in all, the safari was very well organized by all the Viva Safaris staff. The food provided was also very good, and they were very accommodating with dietary restrictions.
The one negative would be the accommodations. Our room at Tremisana Lodge was in poor condition and the bathroom was basically in the same room as the bed. This may have been an outlier room at Tremisana, but it was still below expectations, particularly since Tremisana is supposed to be one of their nicer lodges. Marc's Treehouse also was a bit disappointing. Only a few of the cabins were true treehouses - the rest were just cabins made of bamboo and tree branches. And because the property is sprawling, some of the cabins are a 10-15 minute walk from the main lodge area, which was inconvenient and difficult to do with suitcases.
The staff at both lodges was fantastic, though, and helpful at all times. Viva was also helpful in planning the trip, and answered all questions ahead of time. Highly recommend using Viva for a South African safari, but I would keep expectations regarding accommodations a bit low.

Amazing big 5 experience
We booked a 7 day safari tour through internet with Fredinah. The communication was very good and she was very helpfull. We did a bike tour through hells gate park and a boattour at lake Naivasha. (Extra cost). We saw the white rhino and the black at Nakuru National Park. Our good driver/guide Joseph is a good wildlifespotter. At the Masai Mara we saw in one day the big five. Many lions and a male lion with a deer in his mouth. A leopard next to our car and a jumping cheetah over our car. At Amboseli we saw Tim the biggest elephant and hunderds elephants walking with a nice clear view with the Kilimanjaro. Everthing was great and well organised. Thank you again for the great holiday.

Amazing
What an excellent experience! We've just returned from the 7 day tour around Kenya (Samburu, Mara, Lakes). Australken did a great job at facilitating the experience. Our driver / guide was wonderful, and we were provided with delicious and plentiful food throughout the week. We saw every animal we ever dreamt of seeing enjoyed the variety of activities (not just safari drives 24/7). The journeys between parks were long and tiring, but I have no doubt that it was 100% worth it.

Excellent trip planning down to every last detail!
From the first emails with Lizette at Adventura I was very impressed. She asked the right questions and was able to plan a tour for us in South Africa, suggesting the perfect itinerary. Although we only had in mind a safari, she also suggested 3 days in Cape Town and a final evening in Johannesburg. Every minute - from the time our plane landed to the time we took off, was perfectly planned. We had an excellent guide and driver in Cape Town - Marco - who was able to fit an extraordinary amount of sites and adventures into 3 days without seeming rushed. Our Safari at Jamala Madikwe was the stuff of dreams. We were crying when we left. And our final stay at the Saxon in Johannesburg was a nice way to pamper ourselves before our return to real life. Adventura also took care of all the little details from meals at great restaurants, airport transfers, charter flights and even arranged to have someone take us through customs to meet our connecting flight. I can't over state how well we were treated and taken care of. The owner of Adventura, Shaun, even organized a surprise vineyard lunch and cooked for us himself!!! I can recommend Adventura Africa with every bone of my body!!!

Superb Tanzania Safari!!!!!
We booked a tour from Kibokoland Adventures and enjoyed our ride. It was our first experience with them which was unbelievable. The food and accommodations were amazing during the tour. Our wonderful guide, Gasper showed us all over the safari and shared his detailed knowledge about animals and their behavior. We can highly recommend them who is looking for safari tour in Tanznaia.

"Amazing one week holiday in Kenya."
Hodari Kenya Safaris, our tour planner, organised a fantastic tour for our family of 3. We had a private guide and driver throughout our trip. Our guide, Samy was courteous, knowledgeable and proactive. He made every attempt to show us the wildlife in their natural habitat, and was so knowledgeable about the animals and their ecosystem. The itinerary was excellent and well planned to ensure we saw the highlights of the country. It was truly the best and most efficient and stress free way to explore Kenya. We highly recommend Hodari Kenya Safaris.

It was great experience with their team, especially those tends set up in Amboseli. Cheap & Best
It was really good experience with Big Time Safari. Actually i had opted for package which included Food, Lodging and transportation. They arrange it well and all on time. I would highly suggest someone to try them and experience. Our guide cum driver was very talkative and birdwatcher himself, so he could spot animals and birds very easily. Also he always tried his best to reach to the animals (keeping safe distance). Tents inside the jungle were amazing. Food was not that great but when it comes to a traveller, whatever you get to eat is very much. Since the package they are offering is value for money and you would not dis-satisfied.

it was like planning a trip with a friend
It was a pure joy to plan our safari with Tunu. She was always there - online, writing quick responses with thorough descriptions of situations or things. And not only, She really steps a extra mile to make your visit to Kenya memorable and wonderful. Her compliance and understanding is so heartwarming. These qualities are so appreciated if you plan your trip from far away.
Not knowing the country one can ask for things that are not reasonable to do or want to do in terms of time it takes to achieve this or that. And Tunu appoints this out and makes her own suggestions.
She came to meet us several times in Diani Beach resort explaining things that waited us ahead next day and have a little chat . Lovely.
She even made a birthday surprise for me. So heartwarming.
Our safari driver, Badri - he was kind and cheerful and helpful man, who loved to answer our millions of questions about everything we saw on our way. He knew a life and nature and we are so grateful to him for a fuller picture of their country. The same goes for Tunu also.
So, Tammy Tours made our stay in Kenya happy and cheerful. It was pure and very very fortunate chance that we found them. And we recommend them to everybody. They really make you happy and your visit to Kenya wonderful!
