3 Amazing days in Nyungwe National Park
I booked my trip with New Horizon Tours. I wanted to see the chimps and hiking in Nyungwe National Park. Team New Horizons assisted promptly to my queries and suggested some nice trails to hike in Nyungwe. We finalized itinerary and got a link for making payments for booking.
During my trip day (August 22nd,2019) , i met my driver Emmanuel at my Hotel in Kimironko and we started what turned up to be the most memorable trip of my lifetime. We started with visiting several museums including the King palace and Ethnographic as well as the history of the rocks and other historic attractions in the south. Reaching Nyungwe Forest was amazing as we started viewing birds, monkeys, spotted a shy Antiloppe and indeed the natural forest.
In Nyungwe, activities started with early morning chimps trek ( wake up at 4:00), did Colobus monkeys trek, Waterfalls hike as well as Canopy Walk. Also had a fantastic tea factory tour and tasting which is indeed fantastic.
My trip continued with more exploration of Western Rwanda with visiting the boarder with Bukavu in Congo,Lake Kivu experience and boat trip in Kibuye as well as singing with locals at the Ndaba's rock. Tasted local meals and dishes and met many locals and international friends. Thank you very much Emmanuel and team for showing me a lot about Rwanda and organizing such nice trips.

Magninificent safari
We booked jumbo adventures after being recommended to us by our friend in Tromso norway. He told us how fast and efficient they are with great offers and so we decided to try. true yo us Jane recieved us at the airport and booked us in a very elegant hotel in westlands.In the morning the safari commenced with Samburu all the way for 8 days at the highlight being masai mara where we were lucky to still find migration.The lodges were awesome we spent at serena high end lodges which were awesome.Thank you so much Jane and Mwai.

Has any group/person has initiated any effort collectively to get their money back ? Can we register a complain online somewhere ? police, embassy, etc ? Pls do mention if anyone has initiated. I will get in touch and co-ordinate for sufferers from India.

Real Tailor Made Trip
A very agile company!!
We arranged everything wiht Sharl, who is a very fast email responser... LOL. She is also very kind, and we talked a lot by Whatsapp, helping to avoid any lack of information, and arranging a totally tailor made trip for my friends and I. SHE IS THE BEST.
Our guide and driver Eddie is also a very good professional and a lovely person who shared with us for 3 days his huge knowledge about world history and geopolitics, especially from East Africa.
The prices were very fair.
It was an amazing experience. I totally recommend!

Wonderful experience of the Masai Mara
I did a 3 day Safari trip to the Masai Mara with Namayiana Safaris.
Mpairo and his team were very professional in organizing my Safari. They were in touch with me all along the way to support any requests which I might have.
I also enjoyed meeting Mpairo's (John) brother, Moses, when staying at the camp site and he showed us around the Masai village near by, which was a fantastic experience as well.
The Masai Mara, of course, was stunning with many wildebeest and zebra herds still around, despite it being late in August.
I would certainly recommend organizing your trip to Masai Mara through Namayiana Safaris. Especially since it is a company run by members of the Masai community themselves.

Successful trip to Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage
Marhaba holidays organised this half-day trip for me, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Felix is super responsive, patient and flexible, and even dealt with a last minute change without a problem.
As for Ashleen, who took me to and from the orphanage, she was absolutely perfect. She arrived slighty early, was delightful company and even helped me find a lovely little cafe where to drop me off before we parted.
I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly trust them with organising my bigger trips when I come back. Thank you!

Natural Life Experience safari company were a pleasure to deal with. They tailored the safari to our needs and were very helpful with offering suggestions and tweaks to ensure we made the most of our time in Africa. The transport and accommodations were perfect and the staff super friendly and inclusive. We all felt respected, safe and welcome. A very knowledgable and helpful tour guide in Victoria Falls
Liberty is a very useful tour guide and driver to have in your visit to Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe). He is very knowledgable about Vic Falls and the surrounding area. It is easy to arrange trips to any location you want in the area including Livingstone (Zambia) and Kasane (Botswana). Liberty also helped me out when I got sick on my trip by buying some supplies from the local supermarket. I would recommend him as a friendly and reliable tour guide.

Communication, service, guide, help, could not have been better, fantastic!
Overall safari experience including guide could not be beaten, fantastic.
The only let down was one nights accomodation was below par, but then I did chose budget, I would book it again
