I can only write about our two amazing guides- Paul and Issa. All the communication was done by our son. But the tour itself was very well planned. Paul and Issa became our dear friends who succeeded to make our trip - the best experience ever ! We really hope we’ll come back one day and will FOR SURE choose only Paul an Issa again. They have very good prices that are so affordable, my trip budget was fare. Queen Elizabeth National Park has so much to offer. I didn’t have a clue on how to begin my journey to there so a friend of mine advised me to book a trip to there with Umarella Voyage Safaris and just leave everything to them. we stayed at ashnil camp, I was not so impressed by the camp. price quality I think it was a little overprices, place needed some renovations.

Absolutely nice trip to Uganda
Absolutely nice trip to sipi falls ,kidepo valley national park,pian and Murchison falls Np ,the comfortability of the company cars were on point ,it was over 6 to 9 hour drive away from each park ,the guides were knowledgeable especially Guide Solomon ,our family tour to uganda was well prepared and I can’t wait to come back in 2024 .

Friendly, correct and flexible!
We did a one day safari, which meant many hours on the road (pretty exhausting, nevertheless a great opportunity to experience the towns/rural areas as well as the surrounding nature on the way!) as well as beautiful encounters in the national park, as nature did not disappoint!
The drive from Dar es Salaam was way longer than announced, which leads to the one aspect that could be improved - providing snacks and/or previously communicating that the included lunch ain't enough for what in the end were ~20h altogether would be great!
Other than that the communication regarding the booking etc. was easy and correct, the pick up punctual.
We have felt very safe despite the crazy traffic and we've been making stops whenever we've expressed needing one! A much appreciated flexibility!
The value for money was decent, we'd wish for a bit more input regarding the animals but in the aftermath it seems that our initiative was asked for, sth our tired brains missed - so if you wanna know more - ask! :)
The tour in the park was great, we were being given enough time to enjoy whatever has caught our eye so we've enjoyed every minute of it and it felt very satisfying!
All in all an enriching experience we are thankful for and would recommend!

It was an extraordinary experience.
The management was able to make visiting arrangements in time as it was during the festive season. We were well received and explained to about the areas and places of visit. During the tour, the guides were well versed with the area and one could just feel free and comfortable.
During the visit we learned many things of a different culture and the foods were awesome.
The charges were pocket friendly and I recommend Kisambi Tours to those who need a quiet, hospitable and worth visiting areas.
Would wish to visit again in the near future with more of my friends.

Great communication and service
Noel was amazing and very helpful in everything around the safari admin as well as getting around Arusha.
The actual safari was great, only one note, it felt a bit intrussive when “chasing” a cheetah.
Apart from that the whole experience was great and surely recommended.
As a note for the food, quantities could be slightly bigger and would appreciate some snacks for the car.
