Pleasant accomodation and wonderful game viewing
All great. Only suggestion - fresh milk would be a massive improvement on the long-life stuff.

Fantastic service, a wealth of knowledge and an experience we'll never forget
Our safari with Golden Africa was an incredible experience that we'll never forget. We had Rob as our guide who was extremely knowledgable, friendly and always went above and beyond what we expected in terms of service. We saw some incredible game including Leopard which has always been a goal of ours, it was magical. We were initially nervous of going with a smaller operator, despite having been recomended by friends, but as soon as we arrived we knew we had made the right choice as Golden Africa were fantastic from start to finish. We highly recommend them to everyone we know.

Tanzania Safari
We have recently returned from a brilliant trip with the Norman Group which had been arranged by Easy Travel and Tours Ltd. We cannot say enough positive things about our whole experience which was enhanced hugely by our very friendly and knowledgeable guide/driver Adriano. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and along with the other guides we all enjoyed a very happy exciting safari in magnificent Tanzania where the game viewing is amazing. In tandem we were thoroughly spoiled in superb accommodation with Serena Hotels and Lodges, in outstanding comfort, and enjoyed wonderful food and hospitality. All in all it was a fabulous experience which we would love to do again one day. Sincere greetings and thanks to Adriano, Emmillion, Gerard and Ndini (I'm not sure I have all their names spelt correctly) - our "Tanzanian Friends". Thank you all.

Simply incredible and amazing experience with excellent customer service!
From the moment we were picked up at our place of residence to the moment we returned, Chabo Africa Safari operated with the utmost of professionalism. Understanding that not all factors are within their control, the drivers and other associated staff conducted their tour with courtesy, humor, and a wealth of knowledge that definitely enhanced my experience. We were able to see many of the animals present within the park (not all) and our driver was responsive to our remarks and comments if we happened to see something that we wanted to stop for. When we unfortunately got a flat tire, the staff was very responsive in handling the situation and ensuring that we were able to get back on the road with all due haste. I would definitely recommend using their service if you happen to find yourself in Iringa region and have the means and time to visit Ruaha National Park.
First Safari Experience = Awesome
Ernest is one of the best game drivers by far. He really knows the good spots, is very knowledgeable, and is a great guy! Accommodations were great too. Thank you so much for making my first safari a great one!
Excellent service, planning and tour guide!
This was our first trip to an African Safari and we had the most wonderful trip of our lives. Every member of our family thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. And, I must say that the team at Wildlife Safaris and their partner made our stay and safari a wonderful experience. The tour guide is the MOST important person to make your trip pleasant and exciting. We had the best guide I can think of. He was diligent, methodical, courteous, experienced in tours (17 years of expertise with Kruger Park) and he knew all the critical points in the park and made sure that we got to see all the Big-5 animals. He would look out for all the species and gave us a sheet that listed all the animals and birds and I think we were able to check-off almost 95% of the creatures listed on it. He would take the time to explain each new species with history and special features of that creature. I will make sure that I recommend the folks at Wildlife to all my friends, who are already excited to make their trip to South Africa. We started planning with Wildlife folks almost a year in advance and their staff were so prompt in communicating all details via email and made sure we had the best deals. They made the entire exploration and reservation process so simple and stress-free!!

Photo Tour in Kruger National Park
This was a small scale and informal trip within Kruger NP for 11 days which is designed especially for keen photographers.
The vehicle is equipped with swivel mounts which work well and our hosts/guides Lourens and Bernhard were very knowledgeable.
The trip exceeded all expectations as we saw plenty of animals. Importantly, we had no time pressure to move on, so we were able to stay with good sightings and get plenty of photos.
For safety reasons, you are required to be back at camp between sunrise and sunset, and you can only get out of the vehicles at designated stops. Hence there little prospect of doing landscape photography! We travelled a long way into the park and spent 2 nights at each rest camp. We used both sealed and gravel roads and both provided us with plenty of opportunities.
The accommodation, food and facilities provided by the National Park operators were reasonable but lacked polish, and service levels were often low (as you would probably expect in a NP). Usually there was no WiFi available so you need to have your own plan.
Highly recommended if you want to see plenty of wildlife , and like no fuss, good value, informal touring.

Rip off
Doing a safari was one of my biggest dreams. This operator defiantly ruined it. Everything went wrong, but I´ll try to keep it short. I had to pay a 50 % deposit by bank transfer so that a guy sometimes called Donald sometimes Daniel could make a reservation for a hotel. It cost me a fortune and as it turned out: nothing was reserved. I had to share not just a room, but also a bed with the other girl on the tour. Yes, two strangers in one bed! Daniel/Donald stayed in Daressalaam. The driver barely spoke english, but enough to tell us that his boss turned off his phone when we insisted on two rooms or on the pop up roof jeep we booked and payed for. We had to do the safari in a little Toyota. After the rain season the grass is so high that many times you can't see a thing. We never went too far away from the lodge since the car couldn't manage many of the bumpy roads without 4x4. Yes, sometimes we saw animals, but there was no real safari feeling. I am so disappointed. :(
