A perfectly planned taste of Uganda
I had two days to explore Kampala and its surroundings and opted for an excursion to the source of the Nile in Jinja, followed by a hike in Mabira forest and Sezibwa falls. The whole trip was perfectly planned, including our stops for meals, boat trip on the Nile, and expert guides. Joan knew everything about birds, and even how to imitate their calls. Fiona was a very responsible and conscientious driver and it was empowering to see a female take the wheel in Uganda. I felt very safe. Finally, management checked in on a regular basis to make sure all was well. Because I was travelling on my own for most of the trip, it reassured me that the company was keeping tabs on its clients. This is an ideal tour if you have just a couple days to spare. I will definitely book with MUKISA when I return to Uganda next time!

Awesome safari trip!
We was at 5-day safari in the southern national parks of Tanzania: Mikumi and Ruaha with Selous Explorer.
Everything was organized perfectly from the beginning to the end of the trip. Manager Asna quickly and efficiently answered all our many questions via email and chat. All agreements were fulfilled, everything was on time, for Tanzania it is rare)))
Accommodation and transport are in accordance with the declared.
The parks are very beautiful, we saw a lot of animals. Our guide Endrick is a very good driver and an excellent, experienced guide. It was evident that he was interested in seeing as many animals as possible.
I recommend the company - guys responsible, they can be trusted.

Review of Fantastic NBZ Private Nature/Birding Tour Led by Cronje of Nature Birding Travel
This is a belated review of a private 14 day nature trip of Northern Namibia in December 2018 that was led by Marc Cronje of Nature Birding Travel, who served as our superlative and indefatigable host, guide, driver, fixer and companion throughout.
Beginning with an airport pick-up at Livingstone in Southern Zambia, the tour encompassed a brief stop in Zimbabwe to visit Victoria Falls; two days in Zambia to bird the Zambezi River; two days in Botswana to bird the Zambezi floodplains and Okavango River, and the remainder of the time in Namibia, with a route that took us through the Okavango to Etosha for 4 days; a day in the spectacular, other-worldly Damaraland region; two days in the Erongo Mountains, where we stayed at the amazing Erongo Widerness Lodge; and a final morning of coastal birding in Walvis Bay.
We are experienced, well-travelled birders with an equally strong interest in all other forms of wildlife, as well as in natural landscapes and ecosystems, so our hope for this tour — which was fully realized — was to experience a wide range of Southern African flora, fauna and avian life at an unhurried pace that would allow for full immersion. As this is a review rather than a trip report, we do not provide here a detailed account of species sighted, but the birding and wildlife experience was richly rewarding and exceeded expectations, with nearly 350 species of birds sighted, 40 species of mammals (including no fewer than ten separate encounters with lions), and one exciting sighting of a Black Mamba on the first morning of the trip.
The itinerary of the trip was exceptionally well designed, with consideration given to keeping daily travel distances manageable in order to allow time for leisurely enjoyment of all wildlife. The well-chosen lodges were (other than in Etosha NP) small, privately run establishments with individual character and charm, allowing for varied experiences while delivering a uniformly high standard of service.
Marc Cronje proved to be a world-class guide, whose deep knowledge and appreciation of wildlife, landscape, and birds is matched by his superb wildlife spotting and identification skills and by his infectious enthusiasm and passion for his job. He worked tirelessly on our behalf, from first light until night fall, and even then he was always eager to go owling.
Beyond his skills as a nature guide, Marc is a great communicator with a robust sense of humor. His patience, politeness and respect for others was a pleasure to behold and a real asset when dealing with border officials, a necessity on a trip that encompassed four countries.
We could not recommend Marc and Nature Birding Travel more highly and look forward to arranging our next nature safari adventure with him.

awesome, amazing, breathtaking, life changing experiences each and every day of the 2 month trip!!!
Everything about this trip was first class and top notch. Chris and Jen were excellent, and answered each and every question promptly. We are so grateful to have worked with such professional consultants. Every detail was taken care of, all accommodations were first class, all guides and drivers were where they were supposed to be, at the correct time. Guides were pleasant, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of us. We will go back to Africa, and will definitely book with Safari Partners again.

Amazing, excellent host and guide!
One of the best experiences I have ever had! I can say that the level of professionalism, hospitality, and courtesy exceeded my expectations!
Great team and of course a beautiful country. If you ever decided to go there (and I highly recommend to do so) ask for Charity and George and they'll make sure you get the best Safari.

worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As we arrived, at the airport, we went to the car and the guide wanted us to pay the parking bill.
At the first day of the safari after about 30 min driving the manger called our guide and told him he need to pick up other clients from the airport ( our driver doesn't speak english!!!!!) And we had to insist he will stay.
At the end of the first safari day, there was a problem in the car (red charging light) but they kept driving. The guide didn't know where our accomodation was, and we got lost in the area. he missed the turn and got us into mud and the car got stuck. We had to walk in the rain, mud and in the dark for 20 minutes to the accomodation while
Our bags are in the car.
When we arrived we realized this was a solar accomodation (Sunrise) which has no warm water after 9pm. We were cold, upset and without any other clothing.
We called the manager (tarimo) to ask for some warm water but he ignored us.
The guide finally came back and promised us that there will be hot water but there wasn't and he just went away.
The next morning was a big waste. We were told to be ready at 8am but they didnt fix the car at night and we had to wait for 6 hours!!!!!!!!
6 hours was waste of time!waiting for the guide
To solve the problems that he should have solved at night. He lied to us all the way. He said he would bring another car but of course it never happened. We lost a full safari day.
Again, Tarimo was ignoring us and even hung up the calls from us.
When we faced the guide and asked him for the truth he was rude and ignored us the whole day.
Also the car was slower than the other cars and every ride took much more time than the others .
Dont spend your money on this company!

"A wonderful experience : Katavi,Ruaha,Mafia NP "
We (a group of 5 adults) did a 16 days tour in Katavi , Ruaha NP with Mafia island at the end to see whale sharks with Chabo Africa of Iringa . We had carried out already safari in Botswana, Zimbawe, Zambia; Uganda ,then we had chosen the wild west, and south parks of Tanzania
The scenic and animal views ( 25 lions in a day) were well over the expectations and it also thanks to Sam ,a very skilled guide He was also a safe driver and always available .The tour was a success
The planning was well done by Hilda and also the contacts were easy and immediate .
Hilda was very efficient when Air Tanzania cancelled an internal flight . She solved the problem (effecting the program ) by an immediate alternative solution.
We were assisted also in Dar and their representative Anna also help us for the small needs (i.e. local sim purchase etc) .
Then we have experienced Chabo Africa as a fully reliable and advisable travel agency.and
we strongly recommend Sam as guide .

Incredible experience in a short time frame
My experience with Rumara Safaris was fantastic. They were very communicative and were willing to drive to our hotel for us to pay to reserve our tour while we were in the middle of a workshop. Our driver/guide went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible and were able to see more animals then we ever expected! My colleague and I only had 48 hours between workshops we were running in Entebbe, and Rumara Safaris were able to squeeze the most they could into our short time frame. Highly recommend!
