I found booking with Bonfire very convenient and they tailor make it to suite ones needs at an affordable cost. We got the best room and service at the hotel we stayed and the journey was smooth! Thanks for making me create lovely memories with dad this time round!

Great deal price/quality
4/5

Hi,

-Reliability: they delivered as specified in the tour description.
-Paiment: We didn't bring al the cash on the plane for the payment. Because we thought we could get it from an Atm when we landed in Kenia. This was not the case, but they were flexible and let us pay by transfering the total amount
Car: old van type with roof that opens. Broke down 2 times. Definitely a car that has already done alot of safari's.
-Animals: We saw alot of animals including the "big five
-Stay: Manjaru tented camp:Very nice, intimate place that limited the number of people.
Nguli: Awsome viewing points, with animal drinking pools. The rooms and hotel were a bit old fashioned.
Salt lick:Luxery lodge.
Voi lodge:Awsome viewing points, with animal drinking pools. The rooms and hotel were a bit old fashioned

-Conclusion: Great deal of you compare it to others and price/quality whise.

Caring and informative

Amazing service and communication before the trip, answer all the questions and worries not only about safari, but South Africa in general. Good locations for accommodation, comfortable minibus, knowledgeable guides, helpful drivers, good service during the trip. Reliable provider!

Nice trips with good value for money
4/5

The 5-days group safari trip through Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara was a great experience. We did 2 nights camping and enjoyed it a lot. Our guide, Benjamin, was a good driver and animal spotter. We saw many animals and he always tried to drive as close to the animals as possible. Our cook prepared varying and tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We would recommend everyone to do a safari in Tanzania, for either 4 or 5 days (for us, Lake Manyara was least impressive). Travel Africa Safari Agency offers the trips for a good price.

A amazing experience
4/5

We had five fantastic days with Hoppy in Kruger. Everything was precisely planned and organized. We saw far more than we expected when we arrived and had a fantastic time. I will strongly recommend this company to anybody who are considering a safari. They communicated well and answered all of our questions.

It is possible. Extraordinary safari experience without luxury and WiFi thanks to Bogosi
4/5

Booked the safari for 2019, but due to corona started in 2021 with 2 teenagers aged 13 and 15. We actually wanted to book a self-drive safari and were glad that we chose Bogosi, who has contributed to the success of this tour through his many years of experience. A tour with a guide also gives the driver a holiday feeling. We're talking about 6 days of African massage, as Bogosi used to fondly say, since there are no paved roads from Maun to Chobe. Bogosi drove with us over paths that we didn't even recognize as such and would not have dared to drive alone for fear of breaking an axle, always looking for the best spot, of course. We saw all the animals that the national park has to offer and there were a lot of them. Whether it was giraffes or elephants in the middle of our path, herds of lions gathering strength for the next hunt, leopards sharing pumba or the lazy cheetah resting in the tree, Bogosi always had the right nose. His open safari car with three rows of seats made the trip even more enjoyable than in the closed, air-conditioned pickup. We slept the 6 nights at 3 locations in large, high-quality igloo tents that were very quick to set up and take down. Also the sophisticated mattress system. One of us wouldn't recognize the campsites as designated campsites, somewhere in the middle of nowhere, but that was the charm of the trip. Although hyenas and anteaters frequented our camp in search of our kitchen supplies, our chef Timo always guarded our camp well. Timo is a real bushman, who conjured up real miracles on his small lattice over the fire and always gave us security. We didn't know what we were getting into and when Bogosi picked us up with the car and trailer we weren't sure if this could be really great, but it was and we would do it exactly the same way again and again. Thank you, a great experience - also for teenagers!

I can really recommend it!
4/5

I can truly recommend doing a safari with Karibu.
The persons are very friendly and you will have a nice time in the Masai Mara. The Campside at Masai Mara truly was amazing. The food was very nice and you will get to see the Masai and can talk to them, ask questions etc. They made a little campfire for us in the evening, which was very nice. Nevertheless, you should be somehow flexible. We only had warm water, energy and light for a few hours a day.
Thr safaris where truly amazing, even if you spent a lot of your time in thr car. Please note that the tour from Nairobi to MM takes about 6 hours (with having lunch).

Affordable tours for solo travellers
4/5

Flexible and easy going tour company. I climbed Kilimanjaro and could decide one day in advance to go. Our guides were two friends who hand picked their porters and chef in order to make it as fun and good service as possible. They served us three warm meals per day and the instructions were very good. Overall they gave us the best conditions to reach the summit which we eventually did!

Good service but incredibly expensive - some costs could have been avoided
4/5

The service was seamless and prompt. Thought I felt that some costs could have avoided.

For example, I had a driver and car booked to pick up from airport and take me straight to Naivasha. After a night's stay in Naivasha, I headed to the Mara for 3 nights. The camp where I stayed had its own vehicle to take me for the game drives. This was not known to me as I was a first time traveler. Africa Keys car and driver stayed there for 3 nights in that camp AT MY EXPENSE. The guy and the driver could have gone back to Nairobi and returned for pickup.
By the time I realized it, it was already too late. I ended up paying for the parked vehicle and the driver for all 3 nights.

The last night stay at Nairobi wasn't great. The suite was a cramped one bedroom suite for a family of 4 , two adults, one 13 year old and 7 year old.
Considering the amount I paid, I was expecting a 2 bedroom suite.

Please be clear about what you are being charged for and the deliverables.
