Wonderful safari holiday
5/5

The service Silas provides is second to none. Both he and our safari driver James took care of us with the highest professionalism and made our Nairobi city tour and safari (Masai Mara, lake Naivasha, lake Nakuru and Amboseli) a great experience we will never forget. Thanks a lot to both, we wish you all the best for the future and hope to use your services again soon.

Great trip to Tanzania !
5/5

We spent 5 awesome days with Endrick, we could not imagine getting such a nice tour guide for our first safari. We saw a lot of animals, we had time to take the best pictures with the right angle. Amazing experience, thank you very much :)

Do not use
1/5

A dishonest man, a crook. We booked a 11-day tour with Enrico’s Tour and Safari, fully paid in advance. What happened was incredible. When we arrived we found out that he had not booked two guides and two cars as planned, and not all hotels rooms and dinner were paid for as well as all the activities. This person calls himself Clarence or Enrico, and acts at the expense of tourists. He left us in a torrential rain in an unassembled tent with no beds. We ended up paying the accommodation and visits again. Do not trust him.

INCREDIBLY THE BEST TRAVEL OPERATOR WITH FRIENDLY SERVICES IN UGANDA
5/5

I choose this Avens Travel World among the rest because of their good services and customercare towards their clients. This cause the best value for money yet not very expensive. During one of the safaris in Queen Elizabeth National Park, I saw at close range, a variety of animals where some were so fiece and others looking so calm, surrounded by incredible nature!  My point of contact Anatooli was great at responding to my requests and our guide was Peter,  who always found the best viewing spots, explaining many things regarding the behavior of each species and he managed well all the other aspects of the tour (drives, orientation, accommodations, etc).
The experience of the tour was better than expected, thanks to Avens Travel World. Asante Sana..
I highly recommend this experience for it's  worthiness and great interpersonal relationships yet at lower and manageable cost making it affordable for everyone to enjoy the beauty of nature

10 unforgettable days with Abuu in the nature parks of Tanzania.
5/5

We spent 10 unforgettable days with Abuu in the nature parks of Tanzania. Abuu, a competent, reliable and extremely friendly guide, was exactly the right person for our 7-person family (2 children). With justifiable pride and respect for nature and the environment Abuu showed us the beautiful landscapes and wildlife of his home country.

Matoke Tours was fantastic and surpassed our expectations.
5/5

We had a fantastic tour through Uganda. It was very well organized, we couldn’t have a better guide/ driver who accompanied us throughout the trip. Everything was always on time, just as planned. The guides in the National Parks were very good qualified , knew everything about nature and animals. Everybody was concerned about the environment and respectful to the animals.
We would absolutely recommend Matoke Tours. They did a very professional job. Many thanks to all the hidden organizers and of course especially to our guide Barnabas.

Family Holiday in Uganda
5/5

Hi there, I had my vacation in Uganda last December with Xmas, it was mega and massive beyond expectations.
When i searched about reliable and honest companies, Gorilla Bookings was ranked number one in Uganda.
And besides, they have quick response to email regardless if different time zone with Justus ahead of everything. My family had best and outstanding vacation.
Our driver Charles was always on point, full of fun.
The choice of accommodation was best of the best, swimming pool at Pakuba safari Lodge made my kids wish to stay longer.
We will come agian and probably stay 3nights at every hotel. Just drop them an email and you will have your questions answered.

Scammed out of $3000AUD
2/5

It pains me to leave such a negative review on what was actually an excellent tour. Myself and my husband took a 6 day luxury tour using right choice safaris in December/Jan and had an excellent time. While the tour was as hoped, all accommodations were excellent and the driver very good unfortunately I have to leave this company a negative review as we were scammed out of thousands of dollars when making payment to this company for our tour. On arrival we were informed we needed to settle final payment I advised that we had already made final payment and had emails from them and confirmation from the bank, they then informed us that their email had been hacked and the person I had been communicating with and who I had transferred money to was not them. Unfortunately they informed us they had suspicions that this may be the case and neglected to contact us using another form of communication to inform us of this suspicion knowing that this had happened to them before when their email was hacked on a prior occasion. We were forced to make another payment at the office of $3000AUD. While they attempted to contact the bank to make amends we have unfortunately not at this stage been able to get our money back and I have no idea whether their email really did get hacked or whether they were part of the scam. If using right choice safaris I advise make payment at the office on arrival not via bank transfer.

Mesmerising
5/5

Africa is really a great place to travel, and being a foreigner, this place has made me feel at home. I visited Kenya this new year with my family of four. I was happy that my kids loved the safari experience, and enjoyed every part of the trip. We were on a 5-Day Masai Mara-Nakuru trip and loved how Esther and the team made us feel at home. The tour guide Alex was friendly and everything was managed efficiently even though it was a joining tour. Our kids were very delighted on spotting animals starting from baboons, rhino, Lions, Elephants, giraffes and flamingos among others. Lake Nakuru Park was the first destination we visited. My wife being an ornithologist loved bird watching as there were over 200 species of bird all over. Rift Valley View Point gave us a panoramic view of the mesmerising valley. Maasai Mara was therapeutic for our family to watch all the big five, I advise everyone to visit this place as our Maasai Mara-Nakuru trip was truly a great experience and also budget-friendly. Esther and the Starvel Safaris team made sure that we enjoyed every bit of it. This was recommended to me by a friend and I recommend it to everyone.

Great experience with great nature!
5/5

We were extremely happy with our journey. Thanks to our guide, Hoza, and our chef, Godson.

Hoza is a person who is both strict and polite yet very professional and informative about various topics. Though the tour company is known for highly skilled tour guides, it is rare to find a guide such as Hoza, who is a professional and can care for all customers. I enjoyed casual conversation with Hoza about lifestyle in Tanzania which was eye-opening.

All meals prepared by Godson were delicious! Especially I loved the zucchini soup which I now regret not asking him a recipe. I think he tried his best to cook food that accepted by most diversity, which included spaghetti to rice. I appreciate that, but I wanted to enjoy some of more local recipes too!

The tour itself was equally good! With our tight schedule, Everlyn, the coordinator, restructured the whole travel so that we would not miss a thing while we are in great nature which was truly thoughtful. We saw the big five, the great migration of zebras and wild beasts, the endless plains of Serengeti, the animal paradise of Ngorongoro. Each of the experiences was astonishing. Everything I saw made me speechless. This tour truly is a life experience.

Though--I cannot emphasize more that this is none of the tour company nor guide's fault, yet, unfortunately, our travel companions were (simply put) terrible. They were gullible, arrogant, filthy, ugly, uneducated, and shameless African Americans who cannot respect this great nature but constantly murmur about the most trivial "problem" they can find to bother both the guide and other customers. (If you happen to be one of those who cannot show some respects to the locals/culture or only care about how many "likes" your selfies can get, do me a favor and don't travel at all. They are truly a cancer of tourism.) I feel sorry for Hoza for what he had to go through; regardless, he tried his best to accommodate all those uneducated swine while trying to be fair to the rest of the pack. That is, after driving more than 11 hours of bumpy roads of safaris! It was truly shameful! I feel sorry for the tour company, that a customer can freely pick a company, but not vice versa.

All in all, we were very happy with what we experienced and all of the services which we receive from Seven Wonder Safari and Hoza. With all the hospitality which they offered, we now only wish to come back again to Tanzania in the future (perhaps with longer periods with a little more flexible schedule), and when we do, hopefully, we do have a better tour companion.
