Good memory forever
My wife and I traveled to Kenya for safari about 4 years back, time really flies. Mr Li invited me to write a review about the last trip. Let me tell you, it was really fantastic trip! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. Driver was called Mike, showed us everything he could, the service was good, hotel was perfect, and Mr Le really care about us, call us everyday to make sure we are happy. I could remember his company's name but Mr Le has a really responsible team, care for his clients, solve problems quickly. We really enjoyed. We might go back to Africa this year, and we will go with Sino Africa Safari for sure!

We are coming for you Sino Africa Safari
We visited Africa four years back, and we absolutely travel again with Sino Africa for sure! Their company is professional, nice people, rich experience. I didn't feel like booking a safari with an agent, but feel like visiting an old friend in Kenya. My husband and I fully tailor-made our safari and exceeded all our expectations, best memories in my life! Trust me, pick them!

Prefessional guides, best lodges and nice people
Sino Africa arranged best guides to us. Professional and make jokes during our safari. We could not imagine that our guide could even sing! Amazing! About our lodges, they selected the best lodges for us to view animals easily. We saw big 5 Special 4 ( total 5), and we enjoyed Ballon Safari. Sino Africa called us everyday to make sure we are alright. Thanks to the team and we would recommend Sino Africa to any body!

Sino Africa did an excellent job of coordinating our safari to Kenya
Excellent coordination and arrangements from Sino Africa for our family visit to Kenya. The care, service, meals, accommodation, safari drivers and game drives were first class. I would highly recommend Sino Africa to anyone who is thinking of visiting Kenya. We appreciate you.

It is the most fanstics travelling experience I ever have, Sino Africa Safari is the best of all.
Sino Africa Safari is the best of all.
The communications are very smooth, the Safari driver speaks very flunent English, and he knows everything about the animals, not only the animals, but also the history of the Africa, the whole picture of the wild world. He also have a good sense of humor, all the way along chasing the wildbeasts, he gave all the stories with a sense of humor.
The service is also first class, the driver knows exactly every spot of where the animals hides and lives, we have the big fives the first day and even more and more in the following days, Sino Africa Safari always the first gets to the exact spot where the big fives are, and also the very time wildbeasts go across that river.
Accomadation is another surprise, luxury nature reverses provides the first clase living conditions, and the food, the service, the equipment including the shampoo, the body wash are with luxury brand, makes you feel the like a king.
Overall, Sino Africa Safari is the most reliable and capable travel agent among all the travels I've made, arrangement and service are all incredibly extraordinary.

Best tour experience so far!
My trip to Kenya was very well planned by Sino Africa Safari! I was recommended the company by a friend who just visited Kenya in 2019. Before the trip, the itinerary was communicated clearly to me and Li is very responsive. After I landed, I was warmly welcomed and taken very good care of. They provide careful service regarding my dietary restrictions and never asked for extra tips (as you would normally encounter in many developing countries)!
I went wildlife safari and also had a bit taste of the city life. It wasn't the Great Migration season but I still saw a great variety of animals thanks to the guide and the driver. They are on top of everything and seem to know the location of every animal! The travel to the sites are a bit long due to the poor infrastructure of the country but it was totally worth it! The conversations I had with my guide and driver are super interesting and I sort of forgot the time.
Will definitely come back again with Sino Africa Safari!

Perfect experience at the best price!
Throughout our journey in Kenya, Sino-Africa demonstrated high level of professionalism and strong sense of responsibility. The designated officer was able to diligently follow up with us and respond timely to all queries raised prior to the travel despite time difference. The driver and guide assigned during the entire journey were experienced, caring and to the details. Through discussion with other travellers, we realised the price quoted by Sino-Africa was highly competitive, yet without compromising the quality.
We would highly recommend Sino-Africa to any guests who would like to get a true taste of the charm of Kenya and eastern Africa!

Poor experience
Never in my life have I written a negative review, so I honestly feel bad about this post. However, if I were a potential customer of Tanzania Mwangaza Safari, I would want to know this information.
I was volunteering at a hospital in Dar es Salaam for a few weeks and decided to splurge on a safari at the end of my trip. I chose this safari company because they were affordable ($1450 USD) and offered a 4 day/ 3 night trip that fit my time constraints. The communication and payments prior to the trip were excellent. Turns out that nobody else signed up for this particular trip so it ended up being just myself and the driver.
Day 1 - Departed right on time and the day went completely as expected on route to Selous. We did get delayed for 1.5 hour behind multiple trucks stuck in the mud and blocking the road, but that just goes with the territory of travel. Went on an evening boat trip with another group, with a French speaking guide, but he was nice enough to offer some info in English to me.
Day 2 - Driver showed up 1 hour late then had me wait while he went to the restaurant and ate breakfast. We then drove to Selous entrance gate where we waited another 1.5 hour for him to locate a guide for the day. I watched in envy as dozens of others tourists arrived in plane and jeep and went on safari while we sat on the side of the road waiting for the guide to arrive from the neighboring village. I just chalked it up to inconveniences associated with a budget minded safari. Other than that, it was a great day in the park with many animals seen.
Day 3 - Driver showed up 1 hour late again. The day was supposed to be a sort of game drive on our way through Selous park on our way to an afternoon game drive in Mikumi park. The driver told me he needed to drive quickly so he would not incur additional park fees. As a result, absolutely zero wildlife viewing happened as we drove at 70 kph through Selous. I thought the vehicle might completely come apart as we sped along the rough roads. We ended up with three flat tires we throughout that day. The spare tire and jack were not suited for the fixes so the driver and I spent hours that day collecting stones in the brush, crawling in the mud under the jeep to precariously prop up the vehicle, and stopping at a roadside tire shop. I am amazed that one of us did not get seriously injured they way we were forced to rig the jeep for the tire changes as the jack and stones repeatedly did not hold thus dropping the vehicle violently back to the ground. It took us 14.5 hours to make it to Mikumi that day so our planned afternoon safari definitely did not take place. It is a budget trip and all part of the adventure, right?
Day 4 - We made plans to go on a half day game drive in Mikumi prior to our drive back to Dar. Unfortunately, the driver showed up 2 hours late that day and was unreachable by phone. Mikumi was beautiful , but we only had two hours in the park before we had to make the 8.5 hr (normally much quicker, but we had to drive slowly because of the tires) trip back to the city.
I realize I am incredibly fortunate just to have the opportunity to go on safari in Tanzania. Perhaps my expectations were far too high for a budget safari. Looking at their current reviews, it appears I am one of the only customers to have a less than optimal experience with Mwangaza so take this negative review with a grain of salt. However, when I look back and realize we spent 31 hours driving, 8 hours waiting for the driver and fixing flat tires for only 8 hours of actual safari related time, I feel this trip was far from worthwhile in terms of time and cost.
In summary, even though the people at Mwangaza were very nice, I personally had a very poor experience with them.

Great company delivering a mind-blowing experience
From initial communications with Francisco, everything was great. Organising a custom itinerary for a private tour and keeping in regular contact with us throughout.
From using my branding on the vehicle (unrequested, a very nice touch), to collecting us at the airport and transferring us to the hotel.
Amani the guide was a great host, helping out with issues on check-in at the hotel, his eyesight (without binoculars) was incredible, spotting animals from distances we needed binoculars to identify!
We picked the food up at the start of the safari from local suppliers, the chef created some remarkable meals from scratch while camping, incredible what Cabello managed to create.
Everything was organised perfectly, we had some incredible animal experiences and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lappet Faced Safaris to anyone and everyone.

Driver is really professional about bird!!!
Bird watching is good all year round in Kenya. I really enjoyed the trip with the best safari driver - Solomon. He is very knowledgable about birds which broaden my birding experience. Really appreciate Sino Africa for the arrangement!
